Room was very spacious and clean, the location was ideal for the beach and to walk along the beach front. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a shopping Mall a 4km walk away. The aquarium was on our doorstep and the marina was a 5km walk away. Plenty to see and do. You can book local tours at the tourist information booth just 100m from the hotel. Breakfast was good, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was not particularly soundproof so our sleep was often disturbed by other hotel guests coming back to their rooms later in the evening/early morning. The patio door to the balcony reduced some of the street noise, but not fully. You could hear the roadworks in the street and the beach cleaning vehicles from 4.30am. That said we are not used to noise in the evening so are particularly sensitive. If you live in a city you probably wouldn't notice it.

This is a great hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Las Palmas. The location is fantastic, right next to the beach, with restaurants, bars and shops all nearby. The room was nice, a good size, great shower and very comfortable beds. The wi-fi worked very well. There is an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. This is also very close to bus stops so transportation around the city is easily available. This is a great hotel for anyone wishing to explore Las Palmas and Gran Canaria and is highly recommended.

No kettle in the room, but we took our own travel kettle, so bear that in mind.

We had one of the Luxury rooms with sea view and balcony, what was very nice. The room is nicely furnitured, and has a small fridge. Upon request we got a water cocker and 2 cups at the reception, as we don't want breakfast but just have a tea on the balcony. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in this aerea, and a big supermarket in the street. On the roof the hotel has a roof bar.

At a certain time they activated a very garish light on the balcony, that can't be deactivated, so you have to live with this, from approx. 7 pm to 11 pm. THis was very harrassing. On the other hand you cannot switch it on if you e.g. want to read on the balcony in the night. In the morning there is a lot of delivery tracking in the street starting 7 am, so not the best for people who prefer to sleep very long with open windows.

Fantastic location, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely rooftop bar with a great sea view. Very friendly, courteous staff who are always available and willing to assist. Lovely clean room and comfortable beds, for a perfect sleep. Breakfast is also very good at the hotel. Extra blankets can be requested from reception if required and beach towels are also provided. Overall, extremely pleased and would certainly recommend. Will definitely be returning to Hotel Aloe Canteras :)

Unable to turn the air-conditioning up to warm the room, as it gets a little chilly in the evenings and it can only be used to cool the room down.

Good location close to the beach. Had a room with a nice little balcon with afternoon sun. Nice terrasse with view of Canteras. Breakfast fine. Great service from staff - but could fix the parking to do it in a smoother way.

Could have been easier to put in the license plate before arrival to park at the place the hotel have an agreement with. We had to park there first and then pay a rather high price until check-in at the hotel, where we just put in the license plate in an app. And since the hotel is so close to the beach very hard to find a place to drop off luggage and park until the deal is put in place.

Great location, right in the city centre and next to the beach. Sea view is a must. Amazing mattress. Clean. Good internet connection. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Staff professional and nice. Secure parking available for 10e per day.

The room was too small for 3 people. Not enough storage space. Only one closet, no drawers. No shelfs in the bathroom. Curtains didn’t close fully. The breakfast was very basic, not worth the money. The roof top terrace had great views but the prices were much too high.

Location, staff, market downstairs and all other things. Even if they didn’t have some kind of special service, they managed to buy a gluten free bread right on spot. Cheers to chef!

I had one thing with house keeper, she moved my shades on glass and other personal things during cleaning and I was pissed about that. Sorry for being rude, but my point was that I found my pretty much expensive shades moved on lenses side. I was scared about scratches. Parking, but if you are away all day long, you can find in the public “blue zone” (after 2-3 searches) a pretty cheap, almost free during night and Sundays spot, or in the private one on their suggestion. Here they have some deal.

Very nice 3 star hotel with big rooms ,clean ,very big terrace with view towards ocean ..very delicious breakfast with a lot of food choices ... Quality - price service high level Nice views from bar that is at 8 floor And close to bus station Santa Catalina from where are going buses to almost all big cities and the same bus from airport stops here ...a 10 from us ..

Perfect location. Very friendly staff at reception and comfortable room. Overall it was great to stay there.

Just a small thing but may be it can make difference. At the time of breakfast, no dessert forks are placed. All tables have a set a fork,spoon and knife. We asked kitchen staff for an extra fork to eat the fruits and we were questioned "dont you have fork on table". Ofcourse but its not ideal to eat the fruits with same fork you ate breakfast.

Great location. Las Palmas is very multi cultural city. But everyone seems at peace. Good example to rest of the world!. Beautiful promenade, lovely beach, warm sea. Plenty nice restaurants nearby. No taccy & rowdy bars with drunk tourists. Everyone enjoying life in peace. Nice breakfast at hotel. Staff most helpful and polite. Will definity come back
