We can put every tick about our stay! The most important things are very comfortable beds, nice pillows, what is very important when you are walk all day and 60 years old. Hotel very clean. The swimming pool on the roof is amazing, very clean as well, every night sunbeds and tables getting cleaned ! We think si, because every morning they been a little bit wet , but no rain during our stay. Breakfast is brilliant. Even you can get a free glass of sparkling! Amazing view to ocean from Breakfast area. Staff is very friendly, trying to help you with everything. Good bar downstairs, taxi point at front of hotel. Hotel Concord we love you 😍!

A bit old style but still a nice hotel 2 steps away from the seafront. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice (the view from the restaurant is 10 out of 10) but to be honest a bit overpriced compared to what you can get outside for the same price..

The only drawback I would say was the lack of any view - my window was facing the wall which was pretty claustrophobic to be honest. Also 90% of people staying in the hotel are older age, if that matters to you.

The hotel is beginning to look a little tired. It doesn’t matter a great deal to us as we spend a lot of time elsewhere but the pool was not in use and several of the loungers around the pool on the roof top terrace are broken. We had a late flight home following check out. We were unable to pay extra to keep our room and sadly there were no complimentary rooms available for showering

Location is great, you have one minute walking to the beach. The breakfast is fantastic. I cannot expect anything more than that. The rooftop is nice to try.

There was noise from streets outside because of the location of the hotel which is around some places that are not family oriented. There was some little insect on the curtain, probably coming from outside or hidden in the woody closet.

The terrace was nice with a view of the beach, the rooms were clean, the service was nice, the staff were friendly, the location is great and it has a supermarket just across the street if you need anything late at night.

The room is a bit out of maintenance (the wardrobe kept opening its doors) and the terrace (including the pool) was not as clean as I would expect.

Stay was room only so didn't experience dining. Perfect location if you want to be close to the seafront/promenade/shops. Taxi rank outside and secure car park opposite (2 minute walk). Rooftop terrace with plenty of loungers and good size swimming pool at a pleasant temperature end of March. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room with huge bed and excellent shower.

The room was spatious and comfortable. The hotel is very well situated, just a little way from the prime beach of the city of Las Palmas. We had dinner there and the quality was very good, and above all very good value for money. The panoramic view from the restaurant was attractive.

There was only one negative point in the whole stay. The shower water spreads out into the rest of the bathroom because there is nothing to stop it. This could easily be put right. Everything else very good.

Great breakfast with a great view from the restaurant looking over the beach. Staff were very welcoming. The swimming pool on the top floor is very clean and the sun terrace is a bonus overlooking the beach and the city.

The fridge in my room wasn't working. Some noise from other residents slamming their doors when coming in late at night.

Breakfast exelent choise, location was very good, close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus station. I was celebrating my bday and got a nice surprice frewm the staff a bottle of chanpany and fruits in the room.

Could be more tv programs (english, italian) maybe less news and repeted programs.

The staff were lovely, close to everything, perfect location, the house keepers were amazing and comfortable beds.

Wish I was told about the yellow towels when arrived and about the restaurant. No one let us know about things had to find out by ourselves
