This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable, and the inner courtyard is a lovely place to relax. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Amazing location, facilities were fantastic. The aesthetic of the whole property & rooms are phenomenal. When you walk into the property you are wowed by the decor & the smell that hits you is just amazing we forgot to ask where we could buy the scent to take home! Staff were outstanding couldn’t do enough for you and even packed us a picnic to take home on our early morning flight they coiling do enough for us! Would recommend to everybody!

We thought there was a pool due to pictures on booking.com however there wasn’t but that didn’t matter as there is beautiful sofas & chairs to relax on in the courtyard it was perfect!

You could not ask for a better location. It is accessible to everything - restaurants, shopping, public transportation, etc. The hotel is an oasis in the heart of Old Town Palma. It has a wonderful courtyard to relax in and the breakfast is fantastic. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

I wish the room was just a bit bigger. In the end it really wasn't a big deal - it was ultimately a place to sleep and shower. We really took advantage of the shared spaces that are lovely to hang out in!

What a lovely hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is well located - tucked away behind the main shopping street - but great for walking to main tourist parts of the city. We loved the internal decor of the hotel and were very happy with our room. Lovely ensuite and a super comfortable bed. The choice at breakfast was excellent and you could have as much from the buffet as you wanted. They even had a kettle I could boil to make myself a cup of my favourite decaf tea! :-) Delighted with everything we experienced in our two night stay at the Icon Roseta - and would happily stay there again! This obviously means that we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on enjoying a short stay in the city of Palma.

Nothing - We were really happy with it all.

I liked everything about my stay, from the quality of the room and everything in it. The friendliness of the staff who were very helpful. They even gave some great recommendations and made sure we knew where were going while in Palma! The breakfast was great as well with the kitchen staff constantly checking and making sure that everything was stocked. They were very quick with serving and the service was to a very high standard. The design of the hotel is beautiful, very authentic and had a lot of history. The hotel has been designed in a way that celebrates the history of the building which was amazing to see. It was my first time visiting Palma de Mallorca and I had a great experience, ICON Rosetó was a big part of this. I would love to stay here again. A special thank you to Tanya and Nabil, the experience was great!

The hotel is located in a quiet street just away from the heart of the city. As such it is an ideal location for the city of Palma. It appears to be a converted old building and has a central courtyard where you can take a rather comprehensive and excellent breakfast. As for the rooms they are standard hotel rooms but kept very clean. All in all I think it was an ideal choice for a stay in Palma

I don't really have any complaints.

Breakfast was very good. The room was small but comfortable. A mini fridge would have been great, but other than that our stay was terrific. The staff was very helpful, and they have no problem keeping your luggage if you have a late departure. The bus from the airport is easy to take, and it's a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel. We were there off season (Jan) and discovered the local festivities of San Sebastian by total coincidence. A lot of fun!

Location spot on Clean, tidy, comfortable Breakfast has plenty to choose from if your willing to adapt and not be fussy. And the staff are excellent, such a great team, would definitely return . 👏 👍

Big problem, there is no pool, false advertising not good, they should have said something ... ! 😒 General wear and tear needs addressing especially the grout in the bathroom, This is not a 4 star, 3 star at best , all be it a very good 3 star .

Gorgeous design as you would expect in Palma old town. Great location & lovely attentive staff

Slightly disappointed to see the roof terrace was undergoing works however we considered that it’s probably the only time for them to do this as it’s ’out of season’ so the best time to be able to renovate.
