First of all, the park is really beatiful. All kinds of tropical and subtropical plants, many in blossom, palm trees, small ponds and fountains and a really big pool with water of nice temperature. The location is also great, just outside is the beach (Playa de Veril - though there are some stairs to get down) and the famous Playa del Ingles is also not more than 500m away. The bus station is also just outside from where you can easily get everywhere on the island. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of different kinds of food. Though It was not varied between days, it was possible to eat something different all the time. You could even have a glass of champagne for breakfast :). The buffet dinner was also great, every day there is some specialty foods (e.g. Italian, Canary kitchen, Spanish, etc.), there was some freshly grilled fish filet every day, sometimes also other seafood. Could use slightly more seasoning maybe. The only thing, which I found really stupid is that men have to wear long trousers for dinner (ladies are allowed in shorts though), this is clearly discrimination :)

There are some rooms with not-so-great view, like ours on the back of the restaurant, a bit dark, but even there there are some flowering plants.

Exquisite and peaceful property , a hotel - park, with lots of flowers, plants , palms so it does reflect its name- tropical and traditional style architecture, with easy access to the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well done, very tasty! Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff of the hotel are very professional ! I will highly recomend and I can wait to come back again to this beautiful place

The attitude of lady waiter who served on the terrace of the restaurant and the rudeness of the guy who cooked the eggs . Unfortunately the restaurant staff is not very well trained compare to the rest of the personal

This hotel is centrally located, the grounds and outside facilities are exceptional. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with sunbeds as comfortable. The room was a great size. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short but wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Although we had paid for breakfast, we never ate in the hotel, mainly because whatever time we passed the restaurant, there was a huge queue to get in and it looked like a rugby scrum around the food. We had brunch a little later by the pool which was also lovely

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet is good, of course the garden is absolutely beautiful! The beach is a 5 minute walk and also very beautiful. The rooms are also nice - keep in mind that the theme is more tropical , hence the rooms aren’t super modern but it definitely fits the theme, it’s very comfortable

If you want a safe, you need to pay an extra daily fee. Some rooms (in the tower) are very loud as they are facing the street and a bus stop. However, we asked if it possible to switch rooms and the staff was very friendly about it and gave us another room the next day.

Our stay in the hotel was perfect. The rooms are really big and nice, the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing, the hotel is really close to the beach. We had some problems with our first room but after we told the reception, they directly gave us another room, which was perfect. The staff is really friendly and I would definitely book the hotel again.

The cook at the breakfast and dinner buffet was really unfriendly sometimes.

The whole experience!! This is the second time we have been and it's an awesome place. From the welcome when you arrive, to the great restaurant, evening entertainment, pool and location ( so near the sea with fabulous beaches nothing disappoints! Our large room was beautiful with a balcony looking into the beautiful gardens.too.

Having to leave after 5 nights, but we know that we will be back! Thank you.

We loved the garden and pool area. It was very hot during our holiday and this was like an oasis. There's a restaurant and terrace where you can get a drink, lunch or snack. Staff was always friendly and smiling, we felt very welcome. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so much choice and different every day. The rooms are beautiful, huge and comfortable bed, very clean and good airconditioning. It's located right near the beach, though it was very hot during the day. In the end of the afternoon it had shade and it was perfect. It was a perfect honeymoon for us and we hope we can return some day!

Very friendly staff, food was very good, perfect rooms, awesome pool. Location couldn’t be any better as it was close to the beach, lots of shops, supermarkets and bus station. Hotel was excellent overall. A couple of minor issues: the pool was very cold, the gym was very limited and the elevators were not working on occasion. Still a well-deserved 9/10.

Staff was awesome. really helpful and considerate. The inner courtyard was super cool. Felt very tropical. There was always a place together for our family of four by the pool. Showers were nice. Bed was comfortable. The ping pong table was actually super fun! The food was pretty darn good considering it was buffet style. The overall feel of the resort was NOT one of "just another resort", that made us very happy indeed. They had live music on a couple of the nights. One night was a 3 piece band that I would have paid money to se at a club. So, yea, not stellar, but definitely good value and a comfortable, nice resort that we may stay at again and would definitely choose it above most of the other cookie cutter offerings and definitely over the big hotel buildings.

I wanted our rooms to look over the tropical garden, but we were stuck out by the parking lot. So our balcony was not the greatest. They were fully booked to be fair though. At least 1 alcoholic beverages should have been included in the meals. I booked this place because it looked like it was on the beachfront, it absolutely is not and is a very long stairway walk down, thus never made it to the beach. The stand alone singer on the third night wasn't great (the 3 piece band was vastly better).

Lovely rooms around the pool area, very clean and all surrounded by lovely gardens. To appreciate all of these though u would not want a room in the tower block above reception!

Being on the 9th floor of the tower block facing busy road and shops when the rest of the hotel was within an idyllic setting.
