The stuff are really nice , we received out room earlier than the check in . The room and the facilities were clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious and the hotel location is great , few mins walk from metro and the tram. in order to get to the city you need to ride only 2 or 3 stations which takes around 5 mins. at Saturday there is a local market near the river and it is 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The room had clean and comfy beds. Concierge was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast is tasty with a good spread. The hotel is close to tram lines that take you to Old Town/Stare Mesto/Prague Castle etc. This is a great option for anyone visiting Prague.

The hotel is in a fantastic location approximately 20-30 minutes walk to the main sites of attraction. We didn’t need to pay for much public transport because we could walk to most places every day. To get to the hotel from the airport was also very quick, and only required a single bus (100) and a metro (B line). There is also a very convenient lift across the street from the hotel which takes you down to the metro if you have luggage. Our room was extremely comfortable with lots of space, and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast, as others have described, was also delicious and very consistent every morning! Lastly, the hotel very kindly allowed us to use their luggage storage room on our final day due to a late flight.

It was a little bit warm (18-20°C) and the air conditioning didn’t work (perhaps due to the wrong season and the fact that it wasn’t summer), but we opened a few windows which kept the temperature regulation fine.

The location is fabulous. A little way out of the bustle of the city centre but not too far out that it’s hard to get anywhere. Public transport very close by, otherwise about a twenty minute walk along the river to the centre which we loved. This hotel was so comfy and so clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and were planning on sitting in the lobby to wait for check in, but our room was ready so we were able to get in sooner. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, so many options and very good food - breakfast staff were lovely and so kind. The room was spacious and comfy whilst being cosy. We were street facing and could barely hear the trams going past outside or the road noise.

The rooms were of a decent size and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. While the hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, the availability of nearby metro and tram stations made commuting convenient. Overall, I found the Best Western Moran Hotel to be a good value for the price.

The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection of options, though the dining options outside the hotel were somewhat limited. While the overall stay was enjoyable, I felt the pricing could have been slightly more competitive considering the location and amenities offered.

rooms were bigger than normal/expected. Very clean. The location was superb for walking around and close to all the main sites. Very grateful for the help and service the staff who had a wealth of local knowledge, polite and willing to take the time to talk There was one lady at breakfast who was the eldest/more mature staff member - she was absolutely lovely - she made my family and I feel so welcome despite speaking very little english...she made up for the other rude member of staff member

one of the members of staff at breakfast was quite rude and grumpy...this was consistent for the entire stay.

SUPERB breakfast buffet in a very attractive room! Room, while not large, was not cramped: plenty of space for luggage, kept immaculately clean by hotel, etc.. Location was not in town core, but was only minutes away, and was easily reached from multiple angles, through public transit. And an INCREDIBLE staff who were always informative. A special thanks to Tatav, Dominika and Jiri!

It would be nitpicking to suggest areas for improvement. This hotel was everything we could ask for, at a remarkable price.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the river, within walking distance of the city centre and just a couple of minutes' walk from a tram stop. The breakfast selection was exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. The beds were comfortable, and the entire hotel was clean. The presence of a mini-market was a nice addition. The staff were kind and helpful, and they spoke excellent English.

The temperature in the room was quite warm, and the air conditioning was not functioning. The shower continued to change temperature on its own while in use, and the bathroom floor easily got wet because the shower was situated halfway down the bathtub. The shower screen only covered the first half of the bathtub. Additionally, the pillows were very soft, and I would have preferred the option of a firmer pillow.

I had such a great stay at the Best Western Hotel. The location is perfect, everything you need is nearby, and it’s just a short walk to Charles Bridge and other main spots. Breakfast was amazing, I enjoyed every bit of it. My sister and I had a fantastic time, and I honestly give this place a 10 out of 10. Next time I’m in Prague, I’ll definitely be staying here again. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly, kind, and always happy to help. When we checked out, they let us store our bags in their storage room, which was really handy since we had a late flight.

The location in Prague 2 was convenient for Metro and Trams; we had not stayed in this area before. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room was quiet, overlooking the courtyard rather than the main street. Breakfast was excellent. The foyer lounge was a good place to wait for friends. The location gave good opportunities to walk towards central Prague along the river.. The staff were helpful when we needed to book a restaurant, and pointed us to a very good nearby coffee shop.

Nothing
