Very convenient location - 10-15 minute walk from major city attractions, eliminating the need for public transport. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained.

Disappointing breakfast, with most items being stale. Certain staff members at the front-desk were very unhelpful and grumpy. Despite the cold, they initially refused extra blankets, and later provided dirty ones, making them unusable. Additionally, the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Quit, clean, great staff

The ability to park street side for check in is extremely difficult. Parking instructions should be made readily available during booking process. We found our own parking a quarter mile away after attempting to park for check in near hotel for 20 to 30 minutes. Traveling with suitcases on wheels is not a good option for a walk to the hotel. This is a major issue for those that visit the city in a rental car. Please if you read this review, keep this in mind.

The hotel was clean and neat. Housekeeping was regular and thorough. The staff were polite and pleasant. The room I stayed in was very cozy, even though it was small. Everything was always at hand, and the interior created a cozy, home-like atmosphere. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed with clean, fresh linens — it was a pleasure to rest after a busy day. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the towels were changed daily, and all toiletries were regularly replenished. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of options to suit every taste. In addition, the hotel’s location is very convenient — close to cafés, shops, and public transport. Overall, I was left with a very pleasant impression of my stay and would gladly return here on my next trip!

Unfortunately, there was one downside. Behind my room, there was a door that was constantly being slammed, especially late at night and early in the morning. Because of this, it was difficult to get a good rest — the noise would start around 6 a.m. and only quiet down close to midnight. I hope this issue can be resolved in the future, as everything else about the hotel was very enjoyable.

The location is perfect, hotel is clear that an old one but very clean and comfortable.

We travelled nine countries and we stayed at 7 hotels in this holiday with my son and in any other place except this hotel the receptionists didn t make us wait because of our passports that we have Special Passports ( the Green passport).Two Lady in the reception were unaware of this passport and they couldn t give a decision whether to accept us to hotel or not and one of them called somebody and asked. After that they accepted us in the hotel.In a place like Prag which is a global city which many kinds of People Come there to visit , the hotel receptionists should/ must know what is Special Passport is.

Amazing family room.. actually it was like two big double rooms together, super nice, with a table and four chairs, hall, and a big toilet with shower. It also has a fridge. We really enjoyed it as we had lots of space.for a family of four. Breakfast is good, amazing eggs, all types, and apple strudel! Very close to city centre walking. Lots of nice restaurants around and a mall too. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would stay here again..great price and great super big family room!

Location is good, it’s closer to main railway station and tram station and also shopping centers like palladium. Also you could go to old city by walking easily. Rooms are adequately big and beds are very comfortable. Complementary water and storing the luggage is appreciated.

Unfortunately, in the welcoming section, there was a long waiting queue, and the receptionist was not focused to make the things go smoother and quicker to avoid us waiting more. There was no ear stick in the bathroom. The last one and the most important one is a general issue for most European hotels. We are in 2024 and still there is no bidet function. This is insane. That function must be a must for all the hotels at least as an option like smoking or non-smoking rooms.

A wonderful, quiet and peaceful hotel. Comfortable bed, everything available for a short stay is available - Shampoo, shower gel, towels, hair dryer, refrigerator, couch, table, chair. Clean and comfortable. Large and comfortable bathroom. The bed is of normal size, enough for two. A 15-minute walk from the center and a 5-minute walk from the metro. In front of the hotel there is a stop for convenient transport to all points. The breakfast is small in choice, but sufficient and the coffee is good. There are shops, a mall, cafes and bars in the area. We felt great and I definitely recommend the place.

The cleaning staff is very noisy. I don't mean the vacuum cleaner, but the early morning yelling in the hallway.

Cozy small hotel, not too crowded. Great location: bus and tram stop right in front of the hotel, a metrostation very close, also easy and fast to walk to the old town. Very helpful personnel. Breakfast had many options to choose from and when checking-out very early for the morning flight also take-away -breakfast was prepared on request.

Traffic noise from the street all night throuhg. Matresses slided off from the beds (perhaps it was a double bed and just splitted into twin beds?)

Big room, excellent location, great value for money, comfortable bed, comfortable shower and clean bathroom, window to the street, friendly staff, easy check-in, good breakfast, 24-hour front-desk, normal hairdryer in the room including diffuser.

It was a bit noisy during the night, but that's to be expected due to the location. There was no ceiling light in the room, so it was a bit dark. Chairs in the room could be a bit more comfortable for working longer periods.

First, the hotel is really in a good place and public transportation is right in front of the door. Second, all the employees are extremely kind. Furthermore, the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom nice and clean, the bed linen neat. We had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay in Prague. However, what I have to emphasize is the breakfast. It's incredible how much effort and how many offers were on the tables every morning. Everything was fresh, tasty, rich. It is rare to find such a good breakfast. All praise and recommendations!
