I liked the location, very near to attractions. Breakfast is quite good buffet. Staff are helpful and nice people. Shower area and hot water perfect. Air condition is good.

Rooms are a little small but ok. Toilet has no shattaf (water hose for cleaning) just a built in nozzle which is not convenient and consuming more water (however most turkish hotels using the same ). They don't privide iron machine. The refrigerator noise in the room. The exhaust fan in bathroom not working. Generally classification of 4 stars for this hotel is not matching with modern countries classification... but for Turkey this hotel level as 4 stars is reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. Doors are opened by normal keys. Noise from neighbors can be heared but still ok. Only one chair povided in the room.

The hotel was very well located amongst the major tour attractions, all in short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants around providing a lot of choice. The hotel itself is neat, very clean and well presented. The staff were extraordinarily helpful with 24/7 reception. The breakfast was included and very suitable. Overall a very nice place and I would stay again.

The location did have a downside being next to Hagia Sophia with a 6am call to prayer “wake up call”.

The location of the Hotel was ideal - a short walking distance to the main attractions, the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and also some excellent restaurants and bars. We booked a Bosphorous Cruise tour through the Hotel which was excellent and great value for money and we would also highly recommend arranging a transfer to the Airport through the Hotel. Our rooms and en-suite facilities were spacious and comfortable.

There was nothing we didn't like, but we were a little surprised that the Hotel did not offer any lunchtime or evening snacks to make better use of the terrace area while enjoying the view on offer.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Sultanahmet, just a short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapı Palace, yet tucked on a quiet street so you can actually sleep. The T1 tram stop is close by, which made getting around the city super easy (Grand Bazaar, Karaköy, Galata - no problem). Getting to and from Istanbul Airport (IST) was straightforward, too. With a simple Havaist connection, the route was easy even with luggage, and I appreciated not needing a pricey taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with both hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, drinks and cakes/pastries. If you want to be in the historic center with effortless public transport - especially quick access to the tram and an easy link to IST - this hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d happily stay here again.

Breakfast felt quite monotonous. It was the same selection of cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, and salads every day, and the hot dishes hardly changed either. A bit more variety or a rotating menu would help - over a week-long stay it can get repetitive.

Excellent Location and very warm and friendly staff

Staying at this B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Turkey. The room was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable — we slept like babies every night! What truly made the difference was the staff: kind-hearted, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. They were always available for anything we needed and went above and beyond to help us. They also organized some unforgettable tours for us — everything was seamless and well thought out. From magical balloon rides to scenic hikes and hidden spots, we saw the best of Cappadocia thanks to them. But the most touching moment? They surprised me with a birthday cake and candles on the evening of my birthday — they had noticed the date during check-in and planned everything without saying a word. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made the day truly special. An exceptional experience from start to finish. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back!

Close to Blue Mosque and main sights. Clean and staff efficient. Breakfast was ok, limited choice and didn’t vary at all, but plenty there. Breakfast staff were excellent and hard working. Bed comfortable

The rooms were spacious but soulless. I was hoping for something with a bit more personality. Sorry to say but the front desk staff were pretty grumpy, especially the night manager who couldn’t pull himself away from his phone sometimes to speak with you…it’s a shame, a smile costs nothing but it can make a difference to your impression of the place….

The location was down the street from Haghia Sofia and the Blue Mosque there were lots of restaurants nearby, and there were several ATM machines. Taxis can also drive to front of hotel. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.The staff was always very friendly. We loved walking to see the Haghia Sofia and Blue Mosque every night the way they were illuminated was magical. We are very happy we stayed in the Sultanahmet area as our base and then visited other places like Tasim Square during the day. Whenever we return to Istanbul I would definitely stay at this awesome boutique hotel. I highly recommend it.

Nothing everything was wonderful.

The hotel and room were clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and the coffee was good. The location is so convenient to many of the main sights.

The a/c in the room stopped working one evening, but was working the next day. Toiletries could be a bit better quality. Some appeared to be reused if they were not completely emptied by the previous guest - some bottles were only partially filled. The elevator was broken the 3 nights we were there and was still broken the day we left. One of the workers said it was as supposed to be fixed in a few more days.

Quiet clean nice staff. Breakfast good. Let shower run a few minutes to get hot not a big deal. Our room 315 faced Hagia Sophia (omg 2 blocks away! ) Blue Mosque 1 block further. Right in the middle of all tourist must do spots. Hotel will arrange airport pickup. Even that was amazing 1 block over from the hotel go to The AND Hotel and restaurant On the roof. Amazing views ... ask for Ken ... he makes it an amazing experience. Takes photos for you. Takes care of you Is a bit pricy but worth every penny. Made for a memorial evening! A once in a lifetime experience. We are loving Istanbul and have only been here 3 days. Doing 10 day tour around western Turkey. Tour Radar ... we used them in Morocco and were very impressed with our knowledge 3 m?
