We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and 8 days on half board basis. The first three days everything was perfect with a rich buffet dinner served in the lounge. Due to, I believe, few requesting dinner in hotel from the fourth night dinner was served in the restaurant cafe where they were broadcasting soccer games with a selected menu. We expressed our disappointment to the reception which promptly took action to seek a solution that would meet our needs by proposing a different location and a greater variety of dishes. We especially thank Mr. Tarek for the commitment and seriousness shown.The unexpected can happen what matters is how they are handled.

It was a nice and relaxing experience which I highly recommend, the best of the best the costumer service from the reception, thank you very much to Hanna and Nancy super efficient and kind, the food was great breakfast unreal and the special nights really good and the hospitality team remarkable Dona and Ehab were amazing. Everything was super clean during our stay and Linn made our room special everyday tidy and always with a big smile :) Thank you all team you made our holiday amazing!!!

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel multiple times, and it has become my default choice whenever I visit Dubai. The hotel's strategic location, surrounded by numerous services, is incredibly convenient. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is consistently outstanding, with the staff always greeting guests with smiles. This time, I want to highlight the exceptional culinary experience led by the head of culinary, Master Chef Dawood. The food is not only super delicious but also healthy, showcasing his remarkable talent and dedication. Every meal has been a delight, adding to the overall fantastic experience at this hotel. All the staff at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel are great, but I want to give special recognition to a few individuals who provided exceptional service: - Tariq from management, who was incredibly helpful and did his best to make our stay super convenient - Alfin from the restaurant service - Natwar from the restaurant - Marco from the restaurant - Mohammad Risme at the concierge service on reception Their dedication and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I just spent the kindest, most fun, most welcoming vacation at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. It indeed deserve the five stars rating and much more. Check-In: The check-in experience was a “breeze” with lovely and welcoming receptionists, the escort to the room by the receptionist was a nice gesture. In-room amenities and housekeeping: Everything a family needs as amenities in the room is available or can be arranged by the excellent staff. The housekeeping staff was excellent and attentive to all details as they make up the room, the room sparkled at each make up round. Sheets, towels, and tissues were regularly changed to pristine and neat replacements. Shout out to all housekeeping staff, especially Linn and all other workers whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. Gardenia Brasserie and Americano Cafe: A role model at hospitality. Breakfast at the Gardenia was vibrant with variety of dishes and hospitable staff. Ann was kind and hospitable to my family, especially my daughter. Waiters and waitresses at the Gardenia were kind and helpful with everything we needed. Coffee and pastry are mouthwatering at the Americano. During my stay, I had my morning turkish coffee fix by either Ann or Yelis which was done by the best people, and the perfect morning routine before I went about my day. Family Activities: Some days we didn’t have to leave the hotel as it offers nice and fun activities. Gym and Swimming pools, for adults and kids, with refreshments are available. Kids play area are also available. For relaxing, in-house wellness spa can be used. My daughter had an accident by the gym. The security and the duty manager were attending and offer all the help there is. They offer first aid and even asked to call a doctor. Later, they send a cake to our room which was a tremendously kind gesture.

Excellent location easy access to Mall of Emirates and a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Also being Dry Hotel make it suitable for families. Room was comfortable and very big. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a chance to be served by Nabil, he was very helpful and professional. also at breakfast all staff were very professional, smiling all the time and running here and there o serve all guest without compromising the serves. Chef Tony was exceptional and very polite.

Because the hotel location is within city, there was not that much nice view from the room. It will be better if they can add more shuttle tripes a part from the existing routes and schedule

I really liked the breakfast and the presence of Russian-speaking staff. The room cleaning is excellent and the rooms are very spacious with a smart home. The metro is a 5-minute walk away, the Emirates Mall is 10 minutes away. There are 2 stations to the Marina, 4 to Dubai Mall.

You can’t just come for breakfast, you have to wait for your turn, but usually it’s less than 5 minutes of waiting. There are no doormen. Even in a 3* hotel our suitcases from a taxi were picked up by a doorman, there is no such thing here. They didn’t offer water/juice while waiting for check-in. We also had dinner once - barbecue. The choice was small, on the roof by the pool, where it was cold and windy. Plus, there were no drinks except water at dinner.

The hotel is very nice and generally spacious, with a clear family-oriented focus. We appreciated the nice and comfortable rooms, which made for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and we might come here again. I want to highlight that Hanan from the front desk offered great help and support, and I would like to give her a big Thanks.

Our experience was somewhat let down by a crowded and not very clean swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel's view was disappointing, and the location wasn't good due to heavy traffic and difficulty reaching it. While the rooms were a highlight, the issues with the pool, view, and accessibility impacted our overall stay.

12h buffet breakfast from 6-12 noon. Lots of choices and you can order food from the kitchen too, all included in the breakfast. Gym. Easy checkin and out. Lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around.

Dry hotel. Not friendly to visitors.

Excellent professional staffs (reception, housekeeping, persons at gardenia restaurant). Extremely clean room, beds, spacious family room with excellent wifi. Large spacious wardrobe. Awesome clean rooftop swimming pool separate for kids and adults, children play area, gym, steam, sauna. Free basement parking. Abundant choice in breakfast. Staffs were very helpful, Margaret at reception, Md Rafiq in restaurant, people taking care in the gym and swimming pool area. It is class hotel, easily the best that I have stayed in UAE. All spaces in room, corridor, parking, lift, etc extremely clean, and modern. Family loved the stay. Start your journey here!

Some Indian food in breakfast could be added, but anyway present one was very nice as well. Nothing I can think of complaining, although I am extremely critical of places I stay.

I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller and had a fantastic stay. Everything from checking in to checking out was faultless. The staff are friendly, hard working and professional. They will do everything to assist you. The hotel is in a fabulous location. A 5 min walk to the Metro station, which I used daily. The rooms are spacious, it's exceptionally clean. Has all the modern 5 star amenities like gym, sauna, steam room and a rooftop pool with the wow factor. There are local eateries, shops, supermarkets right on the doorstep. The shuttle bus to the Mall of the Emirates and Jumeriah Beach runs daily on a regular basis. The unique selling point of this hotel is its value for money without compromising on quality. Book it, you won't be disappointed.
