The themed rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Many activities for the kids. We loved it. The breakfast is ok but not as good for the price we paid for other hotel package in Dubi parks which offers good breakfast.

I guess there is construction next to our room and we hear noise until 6pm. The pool is very small and not clean. I hope they will install a better filter system because it is unsanitary to see an unclear pool water. The popcorn should have been free at least for the kids during movie time. Cookie decoration should be free too like other hotels do. Check out time is 11am compared to most hotels which is 12nn.

I like that the place is family friendly. The whole place’s interior decoration is amazing. There are free workshops and it is just so fun to stay there with the kids. I would also like to mention that though the place was jam-packed during our stay, the female receptionist was very polite during the whole process of our check-in despite some complaints here and there from those who were checking-out (maybe because the place was full that day). I didn’t get the receptionist’ name but she checked us in and out of our stay (June 29-30) at around 10:30am (check-in) and 11:30 (check-out). I would also like to add that compared last year during our stay in Legoland, there wasn’t much variety of food served during breakfast this year but the staff was nice as usual (the chef doing the live egg cooking was kind and polite as well as the lady named Rizza). The staff in creative workshop office was wonderful and also the staff in the kids’ play area.

The AC was not working properly during our stay. It was hot and a little uncomfortable in the room.

Truly a place that kids will enjoy every moment, there are plenty of things to do for them, they can play, make friends, have fun and give parents a bit of peace of mind 🤣🤣. We stayed in a Ninjago room 342, everything was as described. The room was clean and well maintained.Besides the main bed, the room had a bunk bed where 3 children can sleep. I guess is a nice feature for larger families, my son enjoyed it a lot as play area. The treasure quest was a nice to have surprise upon arrival! Complimentary water was refilled generously, this was appreciated as we consume rather large amounts of water. The restaurant in the hotel is a fairly ok one, breakfast was fine with enough options, having the ice cream machine is definitely a nice feature. For the future I would definitely consider getting the half board option as there are not that many options to dine around. Besides the buffet, the menu of the restaurant is scarce but still fairly ok one and portions are well sized. And definitely not overpriced, considering is a “niche” staying. The swimming pool is perfect for kids to play, including infants. Not so much for adults and teenagers, though you can enjoy a sunbath. The staff of the hotel is very respectful and responsive to any request. I asked for an ironing board, was brought in immediately. We asked for later checkout and this was accommodated immediately. A warm thank you to the reception desk team, they were so nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a remote area, there is an outlet shopping mall within walking distance (7-8 mins) which was a nice to find. Hotel is offering complimentary access to theme parks, depending on the length of your stay and preferential rates for hotel guests, like 50%cheaper. Is worth to know before booking.

There are things to improve and things to consider. One of the support staff was giving confusing info and was quite expeditive, communication could be worked out. Some of the facilities in waterpark were under maintenance, therefore, access was limited. This should be informed on the main site, so the ones booking tickets can consider if still worth. There is no pedestrian side anywhere outside the hotel, even a short walk seems odd, especially in the evening. That could be considered as some people enjoy walking even if there is a bit warmer outside. The menu of the restaurant would definitely benefit an upgrade. Some soups would be welcomed as option.

The whole place is designed for kids (and kids at heart). Everywhere there were statues made with Lego, continuous activities for kids, and free access to water park and lego park. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel needs improvement on the cleanliness part. As soon as we got in the room, the sheets were dirty while during our stay, we had to replace some of the towels. The staff was happy to assist and replaced them immediately, but still.. In addition, the entire hotel including the rooms are covered with fitted carpet and even though it adds to the whole image, our kids got red spots while sitting on it.

Loved that our room was all Lego themed and we could choose the theme which suited our family. The treasure hunt when the kids entered the room was awesome! The staff in the restaurant as well as the lobby area were so nice and friendly. Our kids were sad when saying goodbye to them.

The room was a little small to fit all our luggage bags. But in saying that, we did bring a few too many bags.

Excellent facilities, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of activities for kids. Adults do get excited not less than the kids do.

A bit long wait during the checkin. It takes about 10 min to register one family. Also I missed a zone where adults can comfortably sit and have a meal and drink with a feel of a bar/restaurant but not the canteen.

The staff was great. The location was nice. The room was WOW for the kids and also the lobby that fit perfectly for them. Great for kids and need the legoland park and water park.

Part of the facilities could be a little bit better. Strangly, we asked for a blanket for the baby crib, and they said that they didn't have one.

Friendly stuff , nice themed rooms , complimentary tickets to legoland and motiongate during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and dinner had lots of options. The pool was nice (max 1.20cm) and was extremely kids friendly with three lifeguards watching everything around. You felt safe and welcomed. The area around felt so nice for a walk during the evening. We really liked motiongate park and enjoyed the legoland. Its a nice hotel for a short stay if you want to visit the theme parks and relax with your family. I would not recommend staying there if you would like to visit dubai and its attractions.Its far away from dubai city.

Felt a little bit chilly inside the hotel.I did not like the fact that legoland water park is closed on Wednesdays so we did not have a chance on visiting it.

everything is amazing from the staff to the activities held.. pool was amazing and the lego theme park but the staff in seaport are a bit inconsiderate we arrived 5mins before 6pm(closing) they didnt even consider for a last ride for my son who wanted to ride the seaport.. a single ride in seaport would only lasts around 2 to 3mins.. whats hard about that? that place makes memories for kids i guess 1 or 2mins extra will not hurt the management.. happened in july 24, 2024 5:55pm

the staff in seaport.. they are pretty excited to close the seaport(venue) without thinking 2x that kids go their to celebrate their birthday and create memories yet the staff at seaport is a bit insensitive about that matter and don’t care. happened in July 24, 2024 5:55pm
