I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City by IHG, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The building itself felt very secure, with security cameras and personnel on the premises, which gave me peace of mind. I particularly enjoyed the buffet each morning – it was always a pleasant experience to start the day with a variety of delicious options. All of my needs and expectations were met, making this stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay in Dubai.

We loved everything about our stay. Location is great. It is a green walkable neighborhood, not overcrowded yet live - with great cafés, restaurants and groceries. You can easily cross the busy road by air-bridge and arrive at the tall-buildings area or have a walk to the beach on the other side. We highly recommend the grocery store Zoom that is located in the next building. Metro is two-steps away, that is wonderful as you can easily have this kind of this experience too. People/Staff are very friendly and helpful 24/7. Whenever we needed something, we got it asap or as agreed. Restaurant Charlie Lane/Breakfast is perfect to our liking - every day some new dishes were added/substituted, everything was very tasty, and the Team were always friendly and quick though they work really long hours. Our experience in the café/restaurant was perfect, too. The 24/7 self-service tea/coffee bar was a good addition. Cleaning service was daily, including weekends. The guys did a great job - whenever we came back home, it was neat and tidy with new water bottles added as well as tea, etc. Rooms are spacious, ones that have sea view get less sun and the ones overlooking the busy road are more bright, yet there's the busy road sounds too. We booked several rooms for our big family reunion and loved all kinds of rooms :) Views are nice as well. You get bottled water every day during your stay. Amenities like sauna, fitness and heated pool - we enjoyed them a lot, yet it would be good to have the swimming ones to be open longer, they are closing at 8 pm. The community hall downstairs is well organized to be a place for chilling out at a cozy place. Social Wednesdays is an event where you can have some tasty food and relax in a good company or alone listening to a pleasant music. Fun experience. Activities for kids are provided too. All in all, all of us had a fantastic stay here and loved the hotel and the city, will come back for sure!

Since it is a place where people can live for years, some furniture and appliances at some rooms are in used condition, not a problem for us, yet you might like to check in advance if it can be an issue for you.

Our experience at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and genuine hospitality. Shalika at the front desk welcomed us and had our room ready well before check-in after a long flight—what a thoughtful gesture! Alex, Maureen, Lakai, and Anam were also incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The restaurant team—Ashish, Salome, Elya, and Nerud—made sure we had plenty of delicious vegan and vegetarian options. Huge thanks to chefs Pedro and Nisal for the amazing food! Our suite felt like a luxury apartment with ocean and city views, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. Thiha and Abdullah kept our room spotless and cozy. The gym (open 24/7), sauna, steam room, and pool were all pristine. Special shoutout to Prashad, the Security Supervisor, for his professional and friendly presence. We also had the pleasure of meeting Claudino Pereira, the Guest Experience Manager, who made sure everything was perfect. My husband, 18-year-old son, and I were truly blown away. We read the 5-star reviews and didn’t fully believe them—until we experienced it ourselves.

Lovely hotel! Maureen was very pleasant and welcoming she even gave me an upgrade. I ended up extending my stay for a week, and the next :-) The food is great, and the housekeeping was very thorough and had attention to detail. Nino always checked if I needed anything in the kitchen. The room is huge and spacious, and the hotel is close to the metro. Plus, there are also lots of taxis just outside. The breakfast was good, the spa and massages are very relaxing, the gym is well equipped too.

Nothing, all was good. Had a moment during my first extension where the day receptionist thought I was overstaying an odd miscommunication that at first felt rough, but that was all.

Location, 4 minutes walk to metro, Very convenient. Suites were cleaned everyday by very polite staff and all supplies replenished. Very well done. Breakfast robust (you can order your own omelettes too). I also liked the smell of the hotel generally. Staff arranged fireworks viewing from the terrace on the 6th floor on New year's eve, we watched all 3 locations of fireworks except the Burj Khalifa one. That's exceptional! I got checked in early at 11am instead of 3pm. That was very kind. Staff were very helpful. Thank you!

Breakfast menu was a bit repetitive. The Business suites are rather small but ok for 1 person (Afterall, it'sa business suite). It has great views including of the Burj Al Arab though.

This is a wonderful property for business travelers who are in town for meetings or work in the nearby area. Self-contained studios allow for you to be able to easily store some food for quick dinner, snack or breakfast on the go, and the room itself is quite sizeable.

There's nothing I don't like, per se. With that said, objectively speaking, amenities are probably. better suited for business travel than personal travel. Other hotels in the area probably have nicer recreational areas (pools, spas, etc), but if your expectation is function and not design or polish, than this would be a great hotel for families as well.

I would like to say that the stay at the Staybridge was amazing! The suite where we lived was well-decorated and functional, making it suitable for potential long-term stay. The breakfast was great, with great variety of vegetables and pastry. Location of the hotel worked well for us, since it’s close to the metro station. Rayya Spa and the gym were also great, and they definitely added a lot of value for our stay. One important feature of Staybridge is the Social nights that happen every Wednesday. They gave us an opportunity to meet people who stay in Dubai in a comfortable setting. These details show that the hotel cares about their guests, well appreciated. I would ljke to especially thank - Mukul and Smarika from housekeeping team, - Puput, Ei, Prabhan and Abdalla from housekeeping team, - Lawrence from Charlie Lane restaurant - and, of course, Eleanor for their great work! I will highly recommend Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City for stay.
