Nothing it was a great place to stay!!

It was very clean. The pool was amazing for the kids.

The standard room is too small for families with a child. Not comfortable in terms of size. There is a very strong fish smell coming from the outside canal. It was very disturbing

The hotel is new and spacious. Heartwarming customer service. Jude, Marwa and Nagham from front desk did a wonderful job. Their attention to details was amazing and really helpful. ++ the gym ++ the beach-like pool ++ unlimited free water in the room

I travel for business 230 days out of the year and stay in an average of 120 hotels annually. In recent years, I haven't come across such a well-maintained, modern, and well-insulated hotel with such well-dressed and courteously trained staff. I am more than satisfied with the performance compared to the hotel's rating and price. The rooms meet the highest modern standards, boasting fantastic views and a spacious balcony with excellent soundproofing. Despite the various construction sites around Creek Harbour, it is quiet at night. A large pool and an impressive beach offer perfect spots for relaxation. Modern loungers, impeccable cleanliness, and friendly, respectful staff add to the experience. As for breakfast, it truly makes the day. We can only give 5 out of 5 stars for the vast selection and top-notch quality of the food. Thank you for the pleasant stay! Special thanks to the hotel staff and especially to Marwa at the reception for the excellent service.

Staff very friendly, polite, customer centric, helpful & kind. Specially at check out, a very nice lady extended my check out time with 1.5 h with no charge, due to my flight schedule. I appreciated very much. Service fast, cleaness very good, room welcoming and confortable. Gym fantastic. Great TV quality.

Shower water pressure not so good, shood be higher. Very noisy around hotel due to constructions, not hotel fault, but if you stay outside to enjoy the air, it s not so pleasent. No taxi service ensured by hotel concierge. Should be added.

Nice clean hotel only opened a month ago . Very beautifully decorated and smelled really nice through out. The breakfast spread and food in the resturant was very good. Nice pool and beach unfortunately the beach was closed due to construction work nearby.however we had access to the beach next door. Very nice view from the hotel rool of the pool and the beach but the constuction area is also visible . Staff were friendly. Overall a very nice stay

Construction work in the neighbouring area. Flies in the resturant. Location was hard for taxis to find. Usually confused with nearby hotel with similar name.

The people living in the apartments coming out with their dogs and letting them defecate on hotel property.

The (pool) beach was very nice and enormous. There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants nearby, which is great for (affordable) lunch or if you’re to tired to go explore in the evening. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The view from the room is fantastic. It was a calm residential area, if you want to rest and recharge it’s the perfect place. For a 5 minute extra taxi (which you need anyway) you save a lot of money by staying here. We would definitely come back.

This is all nitpicking, but the hotel rooms should be a better isolated for noice (if you’re neighbours decide to make love at 2 in the morning you’ll hear it!) and I would strongly recommend the elevator chime to be lowered (mega loud when it opens). There was also a cleaner who decided to vacuum and clean loudly the neighbouring room at 1 am…? The lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly, she got us a more quiet room. Staff could be more attentive in the breakfast area, I always had to hunt someone down to order when sitting outside which was an annoying habit every morning. Any small issues the staff resolved quickly and professionally.

Excellent location. Very central. Easy to get to and within a 15 minute drive from the airport. Great marina walks near by and plenty of eating establishments on the doorstep. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We had a corner balcony room with superb disabled facilities for my elderly mother. There was a wheelchair loaned to us for the duration of our stay. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. A particular mention of the bellboys Roshan, Anoop and Sinai who were brilliant. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable an were exceptional in caring for my mother who is deaf and has difficulty walking. The pool and beach facilities were very comfortable and there was a well equipped gym. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel very highly.

There is nothing that I disliked.

The first thing I liked was the staff. From the parking people to receptionists. They were very friendly and helpful. I should thank Nagham and Marva at reception who helped me a lot. The design and facilities were perfect. The room was super comfortable with excellent design. I loved the Arabic calligraphies in the room. I also loved the breakfast with huge selection.
