the staff at the hotel specifically a member named Raj (I hope I am spelling his name right) was phenomenal. every need and question we had he went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable. my toddler wasted to go swimming the first night we were there but we did a late check in, and still needed to go get dinner. Raj to us not to worry about the 10pm pool cutoff time to accommodate my toddlers want of swimming. we still didn't stay past the 10pm cutoff time, however that was extremely exceptional service.

the 2nd days breakfast on Sunday the apple juice was out, when someone went to tell the staff, they removed the sign and didn't refill it.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was a great stay.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Do not leave anything and expect to ever see it again. My teenage son left a very important device to aid in his recovery and it was never turned in. We called as soon as we realized, and It was as though I was wrong for expecting it to be turned in. I was just very disheartened. It hadn't happened recently, but in the past I have always gotten items left mailed back to me by a hotel. They acted as though I was crazy for expecting house cleaning to turn it in, and did not further investigate. Very discouraging.

Lobby and rooms were beautiful. Pool was a good size and the front desk staff were amazing, we went downstairs to let them know that housekeeping didn't make our beds after we specifically asked them to and Monique who was working apologized and went up to our room at 11pm and made our beds herself!

Breakfast was kinda gross (our eggs were grey) with limited options. Housekeeping, my friend and I stayed here a week and we only got our bedsheets changed once and it wasn't even by a housekeeper! They didn't know what or where the garbage was and made me grab it for them and then just exchanged towels

No pets allowed. I do have allergies on pets. So, I found this place very clean and nice. I think it's more family friendly and there are only several hotels available like this in Arizona. Most hotels smells by pets like you are not staying in hotel, but in zoo. However, I found this hotel very clean and nice. Only thing to recommend is, they should include chicken or beef to breakfast. I am Muslim and I don't eat pork. I asked service several times, is this pork and ignored my message. I stayed a week, but my message was ignored. Hope they can change Pork to Beef or Chicken, so it can be eaten with others as well.

Breakfast was fine, but it was missing beef or chicken sausage. Only pork. I also recommend bringing for salads or fruits.

The location was convenient, the neighborhood was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. I would defiantly stay here again if I return to the area. Thanks!

The breakfast area is very small. There is large, often unused seating area connected to the breakfast area this area should be converted to breakfast area space. Need to dust the top of the juice and coffee machine in the breakfast area and top of the tv in room. The internet required constant reconnecting with password entry and checking a terms of service box, it was annoying.

The breakfast was most appreciated, fresh and comfortable setting. The location and the accessibility to lots of shopping and dining was a wonderful surprise.

Even though the room was nice and clean, one exception was the cleanliness of the bathroom tub, the lack of water pressure in the shower and the wait (lack of) for fresh towels We could have used a clean or new shower curtain and the bathtub needed some TLC. Maybe consider removing Tub and just having a Large Shower

Spacious suite good for family gathering. Comfortable bed. Clean and affordable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Closet rod (oriented front to back) was awkward to access clothing. Breakfast was limited and supplies were poorly stocked. No one was staffing area to ask for help. Friday Breakfast hours didn’t go as late as we needed. When on vacation, needing to be up, dressed and ready for breakfast before 9 am after late nights out isn’t good. Elevator was slow.

The breakfast was definitely adequate and filling. The location is awesome , its right off the interstate 10 plus Chandler Ave. has many stores that I frequent back in California . This is the second time staying in this location, the first time was back in 2022.

I believe it was room 214 , it looked like someone tried to kick the door in , the door had damage and the frame was also damaged too. It definitely wasn't repaired correctly .

Was charged an extra $100 fee and $3 fee I had already paid the fee that was charged of $95 and change for the room Plus my room was giving to other customers with my same last name. I agreed because the other customers were already settled in the room. Sorry wrong space for this comment. We do like staying here close to the casino after a good Dback game. Thanks

The breakfast was what I was expecting as far as a continental breakfast goes. The surprise was that they use a waffle maker that the guests use to make their waffles fresh. Ice water furnished in the main hall all day long. The staff was friendly and courteous every time.

Nothing! My experience exceeded expectations.
