This was just the perfect Stay as you arrive and not quite settled in or didn’t get a car yet, literally everything is walking distance! so perfect 😍 and don’t get me started on the receptionists Zuhmalia-zuhara ( sorry) if that’s not the correct name and Donna, the sweetest ladies everrrrr! if they were to hold the place ferever , ppl will be coming back from their sweetness and kindness with the travelers! they make you feel that they know you or your one of your friends! and to me they are 🫶🏻 literally I extended my stay bcz of their wonderful treatment before we moved to another water park resort for the kids !

teeny tiny thing- there wasn’t a washing station on the site we had to go across the road to their sister hotel to do our laundry but all is good !👍🏼

The hotel was a 25 minute walk from Disney Springs and a 2 minute walk from the Lynx bus route. Any questions we had, we always received great customer service. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was delicious and we had a variety of hot and cold food. There is a lovely pool on premises, we didn’t utilize;We wished we could have stayed longer. We were also happy to see it is a pet friendly hotel. We had no complaints about our room. It was clean and modernized furniture. At night we could see Disney fireworks from our balcony. We would definitely stay again and will recommend other family and friends to stay there as well.

I enjoyed the food, and drinks however I was ecstatic, about how Quiet & relaxing it is. The tv selection was enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Slept very well. I will most definitely return. Thank you everyone!

It was smaller than expected. The photographer definitely knew what he was doing. I believe I would’ve enjoyed a room with a shower then, a bathroom. Overall I was pleased. I will still return.

I was not told about where coffee would be in the early morning, I went without my morning coffee for 2 days as it was before your restaurant opened and I had no idea where I could get coffee there till the l last day when I by accident saw a coffee machine by the little food stand. I feel you should mention to guests when they check in,that if they need early morning coffee,where that is. Everything else about our stay there was perfect.

Breakfast was outstanding! Good variety of food. Love salsa and cheese on my scrambled eggs. Didn't try the pancakes but overheard someone else say they were great. Enjoyed a drink in the lounge before we left for dinner. It was quiet and we found a small comfortable corner that afforded us a measure of privacy. The lounge/breakfast area was fairly large, easy to navigate and attractive. Our room was very comfortable with the normal amenities that we expect. Shower was nice and hot!

Well...since you asked..the coffee maker in our room didn't work, but no worries, we went down to the lobby and got some. Also, the shower curtain did not stay in place. It wanted to slide both ends towards the middle on the rod. Even strategically placing the mangets didn't work. So we pulled it almost taut and placed a heavy object on it where it fell on the rim of the tub at each end which provided better coverage. These two issues were very minor and I would not have brought it up, but you asked.

We stay here annually because my kids love the pool. Its just big enough the kids are occupied but not large enough they're out of your line of sight. The staff was friendly and helpful. No long waits for elevators. Its also walking distance to many restaurants and a couple of stores.

Prices at the bar are a little steep. I would love to see a mini tiki bar in the pool areas for the daytime. More transparency with parking fees

Everything except the breakfast. No issues really, not over crowded. Not a bunch of kids running around in the hotel tearing up the places. Mainly for adults. Both elevators are working. They didn’t charge me for parking. Pool was great!

10$ a day for breakfast from each person and the food is still mediocre. Only thing that really tasted good was the fruit.

Amazing this was my extended stay by the way! as I said from the minute you enter the hotel you just fall in love with everything!

as I mentioned in the first review, the credit card machine in the market doesn’t work properly and when you wanna pay cash they don’t have sometimes change…. so have smaller bills on you 😅

Nice, clean, spacious rooms with good size beds. Great breakfast with an excellent hosts at the restaurant.

1. I asked at the front desk if it was ok if I received some mail and they said it was ok, after It arrived I was informed I was to be charged a fee for every single envelope I received. 2. I was not informed the breakfast hours 3. I was not informed there was a “complementary” shuttle to the parks (you are charged a resort fee though). 4. I asked three times during my stay to speak with the manager about my mail situation and she was never available.

One of the ladys at the desk the morning of 07/29 was EXCELLENNT!! She needs a raise. She was courteous, quick to find any answers, and pays very well attention to the guests. Other staff were pretty nice as well.

Unfortunately, the first night of the 28th, we arrived at almost 1 am. the man at the desk insisted my husband to pay although I already paid online when i booked, the man disagreed, hubby came out to where i had to literally prove everything that we paid. He made us stand for quite a few minutes while saying nothing and snarking till he finally said it was indeed paid. We dropped it, it was whatever. Second night of the 29th. We booked a second room for our family. When they checked in we paid AGAIN. Where i already paid 170 online for the room, he was charged 250 again for the same room. This occurred with the same guy at the counter both nights. Now we are waiting to get back the second deposit and room fee. Please, have him trained on this.
