Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Concierge in house for info about area, tickets for trolley, etc was a big plus for us because we didn't know anything about Savannah. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Complimentary bottled water always available.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was having to pay $39/day for valet parking - a little steep in my opinion. We walked everywhere. The garage across the street stayed full, so would've been hit or miss to find a spot for $15/day. During the week it might be easier.

The room was great! We enjoyed our breakfast both mornings that we were there. Check in was a breeze.

No parking on site and they charge a good bit for valet parking, but there is a city parking garage across the street that only cost us $9.

The breakfast was excellent! The consier was fabulous! We booked a trolley tour which I thought was nearby. She arranged for a tour bus to come and pick us up and take us to the trolley. She was very knowledgeable about various restaurants in the area too.

I guess the only thing I didn’t like was the car being far away. We had no idea where to park so when we checked in, we used the valet and had to think quickly about what we needed because others were trying to check in too.

Too much cold air conditioning in the room. Toiletries: lotion container was empty. Hard to press the pump without knocking the container off the wall. Bathtub had debris coming out of the drain when taking a bath Breakfast was ok. Could improve with better baked goods (sliced bread and pastries were bland and boring) Need whole wheat choice. Staff could be more personal. They seemed overworked and tired.

Freshly remodeled. The travel concierge was helpful. I liked having a chair and desk chair in the room for down time.

I’m used to receiving a daily water bottle as a Hilton honors member but treated differently since the reservation was made with booking.com. The air conditioning didn’t remove the humidity from the room and as a result everything felt moist.

Staff was very helpful… we were welcomed by the manager at the front desk, who was very gracious, and the breakfast was great, the service area was very clean and the attendants were polite, friendly and very conciliatory. The Concierge was so easy to talk to and not only explained how our Trolley excursion worked, but also walked us to our stop after arranging for a shuttle. The pool was fun!

Great location and staff!!! Arriving there, I forgot about the valet parking matter... front desk lady and bar manager halped me make a bad moment worth the time and aggravation, thank you. Very good hot breakfast!

One small elevator running for 7 floors worth of people... during the labor day weekend... Waiting for elevator was unnecesarily a waste of time and those of us waiting were not in a 'good mood' while waiting....

The breakfast was great. Parking garage was close. Great view of the river and cargo ships from the pool area on the roof. Good location to walk one street over to River Street to all activities.

The pool hours are 8-10 but it was being cleaned until 830 and there were no pool towels available on the rack. Didn’t like that there was no onsite bar.

Everything was great except for the cleanness of the room and the breakfast. We actually had garbage piling up in our room. The housekeepers come every 3 days. This is unacceptable due to the cost of a 4 nights stay. Lastly, the breakfast needs a do over. It's not very good at all. If possible, I would suggest you hire real cook to prepare a hot breakfast for your guests!
