i like how the property came with a microwave and the faculty gave us plenty of extra towels when we only needed 2. We ordered and King room and it came with a massive bathroom; it was also very clean. The staff was extremely nice and I will definitely be coming back to four points !

the shower structure was weird but i still enjoyed it. the shower doesn’t come with any doors so the water just sprays everywhere in the bathroom. we had to use towels to clean the wet floors.

Our room was spacious and very quiet as we were way down the hall. The staff was super helpful. Especially since we were there during an evacuation do to storm conditions in our area, which is why we were there. There was a fair amount of chaos in the lobby but they got us checked in quickly and efficiently.

Our room was fairly cold and the thermostat hard to figure out. It took hours to heat because of the heater was mounted on the ceiling in front of the door so it took forever for the heat to get over into the living area. My husband had to wear one of my long sleeve shirts to keep warm. The bathroom door was a barn door style that slid to open and close. It was heavy and hard to keep closed got my fingers caught in it once. Ouch

Clean, beautiful, good parking. Loved the lobby for morning coffee and lounging before the family got up. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet.

Only minor things. Doors to hotel rooms are noisy and can't be closed quietly. Ran out of half and half at the lobby coffee stand on Saturday morning; bar staff/waitress was not kind about it.

Nice, high quality furniture and lobby/ outdoor area.

The air freshener in the lobby and a little in the room was too much. I was feeling a little nauseous from the drive and it was really unpleasant to walk into the place. The shower in room 145 had very low water pressure. But the rest was excellent!

New building that smelt beautiful with very spacious rooms. Nice lounge / bar area where we were able to relax with food in the evening and kids play board games.

Needed to drive as no where within walking distance in the local area.childrens bed was a pull out sofa bed rather than a proper bed.

We have been here a few times. This time there was a wedding reception very noisy very. Also they offer coffee in the lobby every time it has been lukewarm warm or cooler. It is in air pots however it is not working!

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was a bit too firm, but ok. We slept well.

The room waS a disabled room, which we requested,, huge space and very high ceilings on main floor. That made it hard to heat but easy to move around. No microwave in room.

The location was really good. The hotel is brand new n it’s so clean

The only thing I didn’t like was. I called front desk around 9pm n no one answered. The other part was AC units it’s not blowing the air fast enough. I have it set for 70 n it’s 78 in the room it’s been over an hour n still has not cooled down.

The fire alarm testing that we were not notified about. It had me jumping out of the shower and throwing on a robe as the alarm recording says, “This is an emergency ‼️ Evacuate the property).

I was very pleased with the kindness of the staff, how beautiful the hotel was, and I loved the comfort of the beds. I am definitely considering this hotel the next time i visit. Me and my partner were very pleased with our stay overall.

There was nothing about the place that I didn't like.
