Excellent location, near the airport. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location was amazing - right near the convention center. Near restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was fun and welcoming. There was a lot of space in the lobby, which was great when needing to meet up with coworkers. The hotel staff was so friendly. The coffee in the lobby was very good.

The valet was the biggest issue. The first time I got my car it smelled like cigarettes. The second time, our car needed to be jumped and it took an hour. I think the valet must have left the lights running because the lights were on a different setting both times we got the car out. The restaurant was only okay. The snack bar didn't have a great selection. I wish there were healthy snacks. Neither issue was a deal breaker - but I might park my car myself in a nearby garage next time.

Very pleasant hotel in convenient location. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. But no one answered the front desk phone on a few occasions - I had to go down to the lobby to get a question answered. The Room was pretty and comfortable, but needs some attention.. Three of the electrical outlets were “iffy” and there were no USB ports by the beds. There were no drawers and only two shelves to unpack clothing- and the shelves had linen on them which I had to put on the base of the armoire under the hanging clothes to make room. Breakfast area is nice, but the fruit plate I ordered had spoiled melon and the avocado also was not in good shape. At $17.00, the food needn’t be fancy, but it should be fresh. Overall, for 329 a night on the weekend, one would expect a bit more.

We had room 713 and the king size bed my daughter and I slept in was very comfortable the pull-out sofa bed not so much. My 22-year-old grandson slept on it. the ceiling was not finished...looked like a parking garage when you looked up, but it was ok. We were there Jan. 22nd and we left right after court for an emergency. I left my charger for Iphone13, my pink glasses and my pillow. Sharon at the front desk was awesome as well as everyone. thank you I loved being walking distance to so many places. I would like to go back on better circumstances besides court. thank you.

Ceiling not finished, wish there was a pool, parking uncomfortable sofa bed. But most everything was awesome.

Modern hotel in a quiet area. Check in was fast. Bathroom was up to date with a walk in shower.

We booked a king sized bed room but were given two queens and were told that the air conditioning in some of the king bedrooms was out. Air conditioning in hall and lobby very cold. We didn't need the room made up each day but did ask for coffee pod refills daily. That worked some of the time.

I have stayed here many times, and it is always an amazing experience. The staff goes above and beyond what you would expect. This time we ate from the bar, and it was delicious. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was more than what we expected. The location is perfect to walk to Riverwalk shops and also the French Quarter.

The only negative about this property is that if you are staying on one the lower floors you view might be the best. You will be looking at one building the whole time. The higher rooms have a nice view from them.

The staff was very attentive, to the point that the gentleman in charge of valet parking help me save over $50 when I pointed out I would only be staying for a few hours. The front desk staff also allowed me to stay an extra 30 minutes because I explained I would only be able to sleep about four hours. And the lobby is very much of the style of jazz infused French Quarter, great for some photo ops. The room was everything you expect in a hotel in downtown New Orleans.

Perhaps the fact that it is in the middle of four one-way streets.

We liked how clean and fresh it is, great decor we had a quiet room, it was perfect for us. I liked the coffee station in the cabinet, although it didn't have water, and i didn't bother calling the front desk for that as i may as well call them for a coffee.

My hubby went to get us coffee in the lobby area and said he was charged $15 for my latte, he said his coffee was free as he had his room card.

Great size room, very quiet, super convenient to the convention centre and an easy walk to the city centre - Bourbon St etc. Breakfast was excellent - omlette in particular and their beignets were AMAZING. Make sure you order!

Wifi was down for 2 days which as a European on a business trip was not good. No notice given, no updates and no apology from management. Very badly handled.

It is close to a lot and easy access to streetcars. It was romantic and nice without feeling cookie cutter. The staff changed our towels every day, called us cabs, and held our luggage on the last day.

I liked that the lights weren’t too bright in the room, but some may have felt they were a little dim. I didn’t like the smell of the hair &body products so used my own.
