Ali and all of the staff were courteous and helpful. There is still renovation going on but despite this the facility was clean. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and the senora running the breakfast area was friendly and the food met our expectations. The coffee was good and when it got low, the senora made sure it was full and hot. The hotel room was a king suite and it met our needs and had plenty of room to relax and spread around our stuff.

There are renovations being made and so the appearance was not as good but once the renovations are done it will look fantastic.

Very accommodating staff and location is close to both Mansfield and Arlington. Very accessible.

I’ve transferred to rooms twice. 1st room has a faulty cabinet that has been installed wrong and the 2nd room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned after someone else check-out close it still dirty. Finally 3rd time’s a charm.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast was great.

They were in the process of a remodel so there was workers all over the place. They kept propping the outside door open which was making it hot in the hallways and making it accessible to people that are not supposed to be there.

Room was comfortable and conveniently located on first floor for us to exit out to dog relief area. Was quite cool and windy so really hard to enjoy walking around much.

obvious repair work going on, so cannot give good report on facilities.. Lots of paper peeling around baseboards. needs a lot of updating.

Easy to find. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great quick breakfast. Something for everyone. Love the body gel. Where can I buy some? Not overly priced. Thanks

The coffee maker in the bathroom. Don't forget when you flush particles go into the air. Unsanitary. Otherwise, it was a comfortable place to lay your head.

It was in a great area and convenient to drive to get food or other things we needed.

It was a perfect property for what we needed it for but I noticed later that the sheets had an old stain on one of the sheets.

Door didn’t latch without pulling it shut. Shower door was very hard to slide closed. Not installed correctly.

Immediately smelled like clean as soon as you walk in and every where through out. The FLUFFY PILLOWS. The best was comfortable and not just a hard box. The temperature in the room was PERFECT. Not too hold or too cold. Stupid crazy how perfect it was.

WiFi. WiFi wouldn’t work/connect

Breakfast was,ok. Not great.

Better food at breakfast. Better instructions for the hot tub. Pool area had too much of a chorine smell. More equipment in fitness area.

The reception and breakfast staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Hotel location provided convenient access to all our needs for this trip.

The road traffic made sleeping difficult. Cleaning staff never touched the room the 3 days we were there.
