I had an accessible room and it was clean comfortable warm and stylish. It was a studio and had a small kitchen area. I didn't use this facility but it looked very well equipped. The bathroom was a wet room and very practical with nice toiletries provided. Warm towels. The bar area looked lovely.

It was quite a treck (for me) from the railway station. But only a ten minute walk to the precinct where I found the Brewdog and Counting house. I was disappointed the hotel bar (which looked fabulous) was closed when I got in (it was late) and no one to serve me and my visitor a drink. We were referred to a vending machine for awful tinned cocktails. They took a £50 payment from my debit card for charged items and haven't yet, after 2 days, refunded me. I'm going to have to chase this up, which could be avoided if the receptionist took the time to advise about the refund process and time scales. I'm always amazed how companies can take immediate payments yet can't administer an immediate refund.

Cannot rate this place highly enough , beautiful seating areas in reception warm and comfortable staff on reception friendly and welcoming . Bar area cosy and meals really tasty (we ate there twice during the week) very reasonable priced also and again staff really friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was a large buffet selection with additional vegan/vegetarian sausages if required (I didn't as there was enough there already). Suite was fantastic warm and cosy with a seating area and small kitchen area which had everything you need for cooking meals under counter fridge and freezer compartment. Large screen t.v and good WiFi connection shower room with neverending hot water and large fluffy towels . Definitely recommend this place to friends , lots to do in Dundee with museums , botanics , Broughty Ferry quick bus to St Andrews and plenty of buses to other places . Bus station a short walk down the hill from hotel and centre of town a 10 minute walk . A Marks and Spencer food shop also 5 minute walk away down the hill in retail park .

The apartment I stayed in was quite big and there was everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean with very good shower. Staff on the reception was very nice and friendly.

Both of TVs had not the possibility to stream Netflix or other streaming platforms from cell phone - no chromecast, also no streaming platforms available We booked 2 rooms on Booking and while I paid the amount as per Booking, my colleague was charged 125 GBP more, which was found out when claiming expenses later in the office. Also amount of 65 GBP was held on his card (there is a deposit charge, but this one was an extra to that deposit). Fortunately, extra charges were reimbursed quite fast after contacting the front desk by email. However, pay attention to the final invoice when you check out.

Decent location in the eastern part of downtown but within walking distance of the various attractions and shopping areas. Parking however is very limited on site so we used the council parking area a short walk away. Note that there are 2 hotels onsite so make sure you know which one you are staying in. Room was spacious, very clean and airy. It was simply excellent. Beds were very comfortable and shower and toiletries and towels were great. Bar area was great for a nightcap. Breakfast could have used a few more options e.g. black pudding but was adequate.

No major complaints other than perhaps value for money.

It’s a convenient place to stay it was a great size and had kitchen with fridge and mod cons coming out your ears.

Glass wear in room had chips in them, room was complete darkness when we got there. A lamp on would give a warm homey feel which made me feel uneasy/unwelcome. You had to chase and find bar staff to get service. When arriving at the restaurant we hadn’t booked but they seemed hurried considering it’s wasn’t busy and plenty of free tables. The restaurant was slow, extremely slow. Over hour for our main meal to arrive. We were surrounded by dirty tables when we arrived at 730pm and were untouched over two hours later when we finally got our dessert.

Staybridge Suites are serviced apartments attached to Hotel Indigo. The apartments are exceptionally clean, modern and well equipped, with a kitchen, seating area, bed and bathroom. The communal areas of the hotel are modern, very clean and beautifully decorated. The food in Daisy Taskers restaurant was amazing and the staff were fabulous. The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. The apartments are about a 10 minutes walk from the train station and the centre of Dundee.

There was no cooked breakfast! Went down the first morning, and loads of folk looking for food, but all empty, not even bread! Coffee machine was empty. Staff came out with some sausages then bacon . Had to ask for bread. Again , only a few slices got put out. Next day, again , was the same! only cooked food was beans & scrambled egg. Another guest was waiting for food to come out , but said he’d been waiting ages . No bread for toast, and coffee machine empty .

Breakfast was a shambles on both mornings. We ended up going out for breakfast ! I can understand running out of one or two things , and more coming out in 5 mins, but this was everything, and speaking 15 mins before they were being replenished. Bread, all cooked breakfast items, coffee, fresh orange juice nothing! And this was 45 minutes before breakfast stopped being served.

Stayed here a while ago & this was definitely a better stay. Staff were lovely, place was more organised, clean & overall good value for money. Dog friendly, parking prices OK & close to Slessor Gardens (where we were going for an event). We had to get a room change as there was no lighting working in our first room, however this was done without problems. A bit of a bill mix up too but again this got sorted out.

Breakfast not the best, especially hot options if you're vegetarian - beans, scrambled egg & potato waffles only. Our window wouldn't close so it got a bit cold at night and noisy from adjacent road traffic early am. Personally found the mattress and pillows a bit too firm, but know that's preference.

I liked the frozen meals, and the facilities in the room.

The wifi was confusing there are two wifis, I tried to set mine up when i was in the dining room for my evening meal and it would not connect. When I was passing reception I saw a different wifi passcode in the lounge and enquired and they said there was a wifi for the Hotel and another for the suites. Extra parking charge adds alot onto your stay, fine for tourists arriving by train or bus . But when you are travelling for work it is a lot of money £13.75 per night additional £27 onto the price of the stay. The dining should offer bread or potato along with the meals these should not be additional cost after all its hardly fine dining....

Great hotel with incredibly spacious suites. We had a fantastic time and appreciated having a big room with privacy. Because of the great layout you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbors and can sleep really well. All facilities in the hotel are as described and the location, although not in the busiest part of the centre is only 15 mins walk max. You have to request cleaning on the weekend, which is perfect for us as we wanted to sleep in an not worry about leaving the room too late and miss housekeeping. Breakfast is great as well. It has a lot of options for different dietary needs. We really enjoyed the two nights we spent there and will be back for sure.

Only thing missing in the breakfast was a gluten free bread option - but that's me just being picky! Parking is a bit pricey, but they message you in advance about it and give you enough time to plan an alternative if you don't mind a short walk. We parked in the Olympia parking just 3 mins walk away.
