The hotel is very nice and warm, the staff are great.

The food was not up to standard, the fish batter was greasy, the chips was hit and miss (soft and hard), the lasagne was cheaply made and the steak well it was an expensive dish for a wafer thin steak and the onion rings were soggy... stopped eating meals thereafter.

The restaurant was beautiful and very good value for money. The room was great and extremely comfortable. Clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and considerate with ASD daughter, making us feel very at ease.

There were no instructions given at check in as to where things were which resulted in alot of back and forth with questions as the phone in our room did not work. No towels provided at the pool and unless you asked this information wouldn't be obvious. Also not enough towels in the room to cater for the amount of people staying.

We booked to stay here as it was within close vicinity for a family wedding. The hotel has nice decor, lots of seating in and around the reception and bar area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming The room was a nice size and clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely! Great selection of food, teas, bread, cereals including gluten free options which was welcomed. We liked the little terrace outside where we sat and had coffee in the sun after breakfast (it was no problem for us to take our coffee from breakfast outside, staff in the restaurant were smiley & helpful)

The beds & pillows let the hotel down as they were uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke with back & neck pain which is such a shame as the hotel overall is lovely and met the needs of our trip

Absolutely could not fault the staff!.They were genuine and friendly and very helpful. 🤗

Cost of breakfast!! 😞..total Rip off!!!!..I only paid for the room so when it came to the breakfast it was help yourself buffet...which offered plentiful choices, however, I only had cereal and toast fruit juice and a cup of tea-if I had time-..I had not idea how pricey it would be!!..for TWO mornings it was apparently £66+!!!!!!!!!!!!..so when I was checking out I found this out. He did reduce it to £40 for me , which I appreciated but it's put me right off going back..(for the wrong reasons) . I do usually book well in advance with breakfast included if I can...so am well disappointed!! ☹️

We were attending a family celebration. The meal was pre ordered but was very nice and everyone at the table of about 25 people was very complementary with regard to the food and service. We did not have breakfast as we don't have a large breakfast. Used the tea, coffee facility and brought some yogurt and fruit with us. We were advised on arrival that we had been upgraded from a double to a king size room.

Can't think of anything negative really. Only comment I would is make that if staying for a longer period there isn't much hanging space for clothing..

Excellent location in short driving distance to Glasgow Airport. Dinner food and Breakfast was excellent. Ample parking space.

Clearly the hotel has seen better days. Our room was in an older section of the hotel that has still to undergo a refurb. The lift to reach other floors is a pretty good concept. However the stairs up and down on the same floor but between different sections are irritating when you have heavy luggage. It has been a longtime since I had a real room key made from steel with a big keychain. Maybe it is time to switch to keycards that fit better into pockets?

The room was clean with space enough for a family. Beds were comfortable. The food was exceptional, really tasty in the restaurant and it was a great selection of options for breakfast too Brilliant coffee! The changing room in the leisure club was perfect with all the extras for little ones. Plus point for the effective hairdryer.

The room's wall seemed a little odd, also, there were 2 tiles missing in the bathroom from above the door. The short way to the leisure club from the rooms didn't feel welcoming. Improving those area would be a big hit for the future. Also, we were missing information about the leisure centre in the room. (about there is changing room, you need a coin for the lockers, you can get towels, etc.)

First time I have ever seen PEELED unusual plums I think they were, in a hotel breakfast! I loved the beautiful tables in both breakfast room and dining room. All the food was delicious. On the morning of my departure I ordered coffee and cake......delighted to see the cake was baked onsite with a special ingredient cream I've never tasted before with a fresh strawberry on the plate too! I need to return to Glasgow for work and I will definitely be staying at The Glynnhill hotel again!

The roller blind in my bedroom could have been a wee bit nicer...... But I DID love the curtains! I'd definitely put new roller blinds in the rooms. Also it was awkward trying to dry my hair as the wardrobe mirror was far away from the hairdryer plug.... It would have been good if a mirror was ontop of the dressing table. Overall, EASILY the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

Easy to check in. Room was newly decorated and clean. Staff at breakfast area were so helpful as we had to eat breakfast in bar due to dog. Bar staff were also friendly and efficient. Could have done with one more on Sunday evening as had to queue. Reception staff were also efficient and friendly.

No area for dogs to go to toilet despite being a dog friendly hotel and no dog poop bins. No mirrors well appointed for ladies to do make up with suitable lighting. Bathroom has sink in front, hall mirror no light above and no mirror at dresser??? Hairdryer was so low powered it was nearly useless. No A/c and so had to open windows which had too much traffic noise. Desk fan was pointless as just moved hot air around. Towels were very small. Most hotels have bath sheet size. Pillows to flat and not comfortable.

This is my second time here, and I'll ALWAYS book a couple nights here before we depart Scotland going forward. It allows us to have a little luxury at the end of our stays. Great food, great staff, great pool area and it feels JUST the right amount of posh for such a great price!

I don't remember our bed being sooooo uncomfortable before! But this room we had on this trip had an incredibly thin, spring mattress. The luxury of the hotel did NOT extend to the mattress ☹️ Everything else is fantastic (albeit a bit dusty in the room)
