The location of the hotel is phenomenal, less than a 5-minute walk to the metro that goes directly to the airport. What impressed me the most was the staff - all young, very polite, helpful, and patient. A special shoutout to the kitchen and the wonderful young woman who made sure I had a gluten-free breakfast. Those were the most delicious pastries I’ve ever had, and my stay at this hotel left a very positive impression on me. I highly recommend it.
they need to work on wi-fe because it didn't work well

Perfect if you mostly just want a place to sleep, as the rooms are small. The location is very convenient: close to metroline 2 and some buses, but the city center can also be reached by 15mins of walking. The airport is about 20 mins away by the metro. The staff is kind and helpful, easy checkin and check out. Beds are comfortable enough, room was clean, had a small kettle. Loved how the room got sunlight even at 8PM. :)) For the price I think it's a really great offer.
If I'd have to say something negative, the shower might be too small for bigger people. Wasn't an issue for me, just something to keep in mind.

I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. Despite the small size of the room, it was quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft, the cleanliness was very good, and the staff were very friendly and always available. The location is great. It's just a few meters from the subway, and you can also do a lot on foot. There are shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. For Copenhagen prices, I thought the breakfast was good. Fair price/quality ratio.
There is no air conditioning or fan in the rooms, so it may get a little hot during the hottest months of summer.

Great location for me as a solo traveller. Close to a metro stop and buses = easy access to Central Copenhagen. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when giving advice about the area surrounding the accommodation and further afield. I did my own thing for breakfast so no comments to make about it. The bed was comfortable enough for me, but everybody's different, so if you prefer a hard bed, perhaps this is not for you.
What I didn't like, (but it wasn't the end of the world), was the bathroom size. it felt a bit small and claustrophobic for me with no natural light. I also thought the seat/chair in the room was uncomfortable. Glad I didn't have to sit in it often/for too long.

Location (close to the lakes) - made orientation easier. Lovely neighbourhood. Supermarket, metro, lakes, bike hire , (close by.) Fine for one or maybe two people (max) Friendly staff. Room tidying was very good but unnecessary.(notice stated every 5 days) Quiet environment. Within walking distance of city hall. Breakfast buffet (and dining room - (exceptionally clean)) was good - although no daily variety.
First impression of cleanliness (meah!) - (room for improvement - especially bathroom ). Bathroom was too small. Plumbing- especially shower was awkward. Bed (berth) was slightly too short - but quite comfortable I like to keep the window open as much as possible. (air conditioning seemed to continue working with window open). Elevator broke down (final day). Breakfast was extra (final day).

The price was one of the lowest we could find in Copenhagen, so I would say it was the best value we could find as a family. It was in a quiet area, and had okay black-out curtains for the summer. The breakfast had a good variety, and was filling and nutritious.
Staff were okay, didn't go out of their way to make one feel welcome. So while definitely an okay experience, nothing great to write home about, unlike at other hotel stays in northern Europe that made one feel more welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, but tiny. However, we knew going in that the rooms would be small, and we got what we paid for in an expensive city like copenhagen.

We arrived early and got to put our bags in the storage before leaving and the same after the check-out. Rooms were private, small and included everything necessary for a one night stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to my friends. Towels were provided and there was also some complementary coffee and tea in the room.
Some behind the corners were really dusty. I accidentally saw it while washing my head, I wouldn't go look for it but it was unexpected.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with friendly staff and a good bed!! The rooms are based on the cabins you will find on an overnight ferry, so they are small but functional. The bed was really comfortable and I had enough space for my luggage. The bathroom is tiny, but everything worked and the shower was hot. If you are just like me and exploring the city most of the day, then this hotel is perfect for the price. If you are with two or more people and you spend a decent time of the day in your room, then this is not the place for you!! Location was great, next to the metro and within walking distance from Tivoli and the city hall

The staff was super friendly, and the facilities had everything needed for a short work trip. It should have been noted that the rooms do have 2 single beds but they are bed bunks - I did travel alone, so it did not have any consequence for me, but the room is effectively tiny for 2 people, it really is like travelling in a caravan. Other than this, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location is excellent. It is within 2 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro station that goes directly to the airport, and within a 10-15 min walking distance to a theater, shops, local convenience stores, including 24/24h 7-eleven, and has all the minimum amenities for a short stay - including a shower, sink and toilet, and bedding and towels, plenty of electricity sockets as well, and a small desk. A kettler for boiling water was included with some teas and a few samples of shampoo and bathing gel + 1 piece of solid hand soap. The breakfast has a lot of variety and its like an all-you-can-eat buffet, well worth the price if you are into a strong breakfast, or if you are on a tight schedule. If you're travelling for vacations and you only take a small breakfast (like a sandwich + latte), I would suggest hitting a local 7-eleven instead, that's cheaper.
The space is very minimalistic - 8 m2 room with 2 bed bunks + bathroom doesn't leave much room for movement, so it is definitely great for short stays, but not reccomendable for a long period (I'd say about 3-4 days is great value for money). One caveat is that some of the power plugs are connected with the general lights that must be switched on. This means that if you want to recharge your mobile during the night, you can't use those plugs in specific - but there are some that are fully independent, closer to the window, with a good support. The place was in general impecable, well cleaned and nicely set.

The ad says 'all you need to sleep' and it's quite right. The beds are comfortable and the space the room is manageable. The small room has a window and this makes all the difference. Kids loved sleeping on the up beds. I had second thoughts when I asked myself if I had to bring them down in the case of an emergency (my kids are big enough to enjoy the experience but still unable to move down alone and fast safely). The bathroom works well for the basics. The breakfast worth its price: many options and good quality. 20 minutes from the center by walk or 5 minutes to the next metro station.
Shower is not ideal for my taste (either you have the curtain touching your body or you will have water everywhere). Kids loved sleeping on the up beds. I had second thoughts when I asked myself if I had to bring them down in the case of an emergency (my kids are big enough to enjoy the experience but still unable to move down alone and fast safely).
