The hotel is nice, very clean and provides very good value for money for Copenhagen. The beds are very comfortable.

The reviews say that it is very close to the metro and train, but it takes 10 -15 min to reach them. The toilette , especially the shower is soo small. You can hardly take a shower there.

I love the location, and my room was pretty basic but essentially clean. It was a lovely, quiet and safe area, although it was near the train railways. Honestly, it didn’t bother me at all as it wasn’t that much noisy, so I slept comfortably and snoozed well. I enjoyed my stay; the manager who checked my reservation at that time was very approachable and appeared friendly.

Modern, efficient , staff good. I changed rooms with the help of the staff due to a problem. I paid more for a 12th storey room with good views...the view compensated for the negative points.

For the room size it was expensive, although high season. The double bed touched 3 walls and only had a single duvet. The bed was quite short with square thick pillows. The rest was basic, very small with not much surface to put belongings. I accidentally left a book on/in the bed as other surfaces were all used. Shower OK but not strong pressure. Note: Rooms especially lower floors on west side too noisy as facing main train lines.

Rooms were clean Location is near flixbus station and near train station Can rent bike for 20eu per day (if im not wrong)

The breakfast has few options and costs 13eu per person per day. Location is ok but for some attractions like the little mermaid and kastelle which are at the other side of the city is not convenient The family room we booked for 3 people was basically 2 rooms with a door at their separation wall. Each room had a big single bed (smaller than double bed) so the 2 people who were sleeping together were uncomfortable and they had little space for their belongings. The bed also had only one pillow. Good thing is that we had 2 bathrooms.

Very helpful staff, small but clean rooms, and easy check-in. 10 minutes walk from the train station. The bed was comfy enough for me, I slept like a baby. The breakfast is a little expensive, but has a variety of good options. Was perfect for the solo traveller I am.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which starts at the 15 min walk mark. (Most attractions are much further). That said I did walk every day and it is manageable. The bike rental from the hotel is a little pricey. I recommend the much bigger bike systems in the city, that lets you drop the bike also anywhere. The shower is very small, and the temperature is totally unpredictable! It really goes from cold to burning hot in a flash. They need to fix this.

Good location, very close to the central train station. Slightly further out from the centre, but very safe and quiet area. The city is pretty flat and walkable to this wasn't an issue for us. There isn't much directly around the hotel itself, but probably a 5 minute walk to the canal, 5-10 mins to the train station and closest Tivoli Gardens entrance, 10-15 mins to the more bustling areas. Very cost effective location option. Contactless check-in and out via machines in the lobby, very straightforward. Would have been good to get an email confirmation of our room number once it was allocated to the key card - you do get a print out (which we misplaced immediately) and forgot the room number on more than one occasion. This was definitely our own fault after too many Tuborgs, but an email confirmation would be helpful! Staff there if needed - we didn't really need to interact with anyone but seemed like there were plenty of staff milling around when we were coming in and out. Full bar in lobby with waiting rooms, toilets and good communal amenities. The room was compact, but for a couple on a 4/5 day city break it was completely fine. There's a little TV, couple of plug sockets and spare pillows/duvet in a drawer under the bed. It's totally no frills - a bit like being in a cruise ship cabin - but had everything we needed. I think they also had an option to do laundry at an extra cost. Air con in the room wasn't super powerful - I imagine if you were in an east facing room it would get a little stuffy in the mornings. There was the option for housekeeping every day, which we didn't need, but the option was available. The hotel was also fairly quiet generally. Bathroom also completely fine. Our shower was frosted glass - which I have seem others complain about - but protects your modesty to an extent. I imagine if you were travelling with parents or children it might be a bit weird, but again totally fine for us.

Overall location proximity to core areas of Copenhagen, easy access to bus lines, bus station and rail station, cleanliness of the rooms.

Elevator access from the entrance area (alternative to stairs to reach lobby) was stuck on the 4th floor. I had an quick emergency to find a plastic bag to cover my backpack due to rainfall and didn't want to carry all my bags back up the stairs to reception after I'd already exited the building. I just left them in the lower lobby unattended while I darted back up to reception, but I wouldn't have had to do that if the elevator reaching that level/area wasn't stuck that morning. I waited several minutes and I could see that the elevator was locked on the 4th floor. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

The room was not too big but very comfortable and clean with a nice view, so very satisfied with that. The location was close enough to city center (still walking distance). The breakfast buffet was excellent especially considering the price.

The bathroom in our room had transparent walls with blurry glass which was a bit strange and I didn't really see the point with that. The nearby train station caused some small background noise at night time (our room was to that side on 8th floor) but otherwise everything was okay and no issues.

Really close to the central station and Tivoli, took only like 10-12 minutes even on foot. After arriving the check-in was super easy and quick. The room was completely the same as shown on the pictures, really nice and clean. Especially liked the luggage storage after the check-out, with the automated lockers felt completely safe to leave all my stuff there before my late afternoon flight.

It is visible on the photos, but just good to note, that there is not much storage space for your luggage in the room. I was only staying there alone for 2 nights, so it wasn't a problem personally.

Hotel has a good location. Just a five minute walk from Tivoli and Copenhagen central station. You can see railway from the window, but walls are well isolated, noise wasn't problem for me. Everything seems very clean and bed was comfortable. There was only one medium sized pillow, which is rare. Shower is in the same room, without wall, something improvised, but it isn't that bad. Given the prices in Copenhagen, it was a good choice for me! Hopefully I will visit again.

I tried every possible way to turn off small lights over the bed, but without much success. Good that I can sleep next to a train, otherwise I would've called the reception. Room is small, but not very small. There is enough space for small fridge, which isn't there. Not much that I didn't like, hotel is worth a stay.
