We enjoyed our couple of days there. The pools and beach are fantastic. Staff were all lovely. Food was relatively good although vegetarian options were usually scarce. Cappuccinos in the morning at the bar area were delicious. But I can't imagine any reason why such a nice place would use Styrofoam plates (known carcinogen, aside from being horrendous for the planet). Why cut costs on plates? Seemed a bit tacky to us.

The rate of the triple room is much higher than the double room Not sure if this is something that could be fixed but Stella garden access to beach through another hotel owned by same group. However the beach in that other hotel (stella beach) is rocky with lots of jellyfish. So it wasn’t children friendly.. so we ended up swimming in the pool The beach water is very shallow you have to go till the end of that marina bridge so you can swim in deep water but it might be good for snorkeling there are some coral reefs there

I stayed at the hotel for a week on a family trip. It is a beautiful and spacious hotel with so many swimming pools that cater to different preferences. The hotel is beautifully decorated with replicas of Egyptian artifacts and tableaus. The food is very good accommodating different tastes and with changing themes every night. There are live entertainment shows every night. The staff is very nice always going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable to ensure the guest gets great experience. I would like to especially thank Mr. Ahmed Khamees in reception for being so professional, he texted me before arriving to confirm my arrival and ensured checking every day to make sure everything is ok and nothing is missing, he is very protective and polite and is constantly going above and beyond to ensure the guest is facing no issues, he kindly accommodated all requests with a smile and positive attitude . I would also like to thank Amr who took care of our room cleaning. We had really great time and I can’t recommend the hotel enough.

Our vacation was perfect. The service was more than perfect, especially the food. The hotel offers 4 different restaurants with different cuisines. We would like to thank Mr. Ahmed khames the manager of the reciption who facilitates our accomodatio. The main restaurant was organized under the supervition of Mr. Ragab. The pools were very clean and cuzy. The aqua was interesting. The beach is very nice. The home service was cooperative and very helpful. The animation shows were terrific especially our time in the main theatre at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner was perfect. The staff of the hotel were helpful and their treatment was nice especially with our kid. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend a nice vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The beach was simply amazing — clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The food was also outstanding, with so many varieties every day that there was always something new and delicious to try. A very special thanks goes to Ahmed Khamis, the Reception Manager, who was truly the star of our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and extreme support made all the difference, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best customer experience and complete satisfaction. The hotel itself is fantastic, with multiple pools and even a wave pool that the kids enjoyed endlessly. It’s a great place for families as well as couples looking for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommended — we will definitely be coming back!

“Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!” The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Khamis and Ms. Ledia for their warm hospitality. The Main restaurant service was also outstanding, with Mr. Ahmed Karam making every meal a pleasant experience. Last but not least, housekeeping staff like Mr. Ali kept everything spotless. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!

The beach in the stella beach is very shallow you have to go till the end of marina bridge so you can swim in deep water, it is perfect for snorkeling and diving, but it wasn’t children friendly. The kids areas need more focus and maintenance.

We were a group of 12 people , we reserved 5 rooms ,, this was our second visit to stella Gardens ,,from the moment we arrived at the hotel reception the staff were very nice and welcoming and Mr Ahmed khamis at the reception desk (who was a great help in all ways, special thanks for him ) was trying his best to give us a memorable and comfortable stay and he arranged us a group of rooms next to each other with a wonderful pool view .. The rooms were neat and clean with a nice big bathroom, and the room service was excellent. Definitely will come back .. Special thanks to Mr faris tarig and Mahmoud mohamed at the lobby bar they were very nice and helpful also thanks to Mrs Asma adil at the restaurant she was always cheerful and welcoming

Stella Gardens and Beach Resort in Makadi Bay is how everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, professional, friendly, and always attentive. We were given the golden band all-inclusive package, which gave us access to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit every taste. The facilities were fantastic, from the clean and spacious pools to the relaxing spa and well-organized activities. The beach was absolutely stunning — crystal clear water and soft sand, perfect for both relaxation and water sports. A special thanks to our reception manager, AHMED KHAMIS, who was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable and always checking us during our stay. Everything was great. The team was very nice and helpful..A special big thanks for Mr. Ahmed, the reception manager, what he did for us was amazing and unbelievable. He will do anything to let your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food is great menues change every day, at least 3 different types of meat, chicken and fish and many diffrent dishes for many countries in every meal. The pools are super clean and different, like waves, acqua, jakozzi,... grean areas is amizing.the rooms are very big and clean. Many thanks for the stella team, and definitely, I'll repeat it again and again.

❤️First of all the stuff were more than friendly and they help everyone & the room was amazing and spotless actually close to everything the restaurant, theater and pools too 💯They have alot of special pools like jacuzzi pool, kids pool, relaxing pool and 2 very big pools with bars ❤️They had variety of delicious food of everything & of course they had an a la carte restaurants ❤️ You can go to the beach by shuttle bus every 10 min through stella beach neighbor resort, its incredible long marine with seats have two ladders one to just swim in sea and other to have a great snorkeling experience and you can have snacks on beach or on restaurant in stella gardens ❤️ The animation team cant get bored ever through the day and theater at night have alot of excited varied shows So at the end you can't get bored at this resort its amazing and have bars & pools & meals and snacks everywhere
