Everything was amazing special thanks for mr badr he was extremely helpful and very accommodating also for mr mohamed taher from the restaurant he was always there for help us and thanks for the animation team especially moamen to sum up everything was absolutely amazing from the service to the room cleaning and the entertainment i loved my stay here

Only one person waleed from the family pool bar his attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional he maid me feel uncomfortable that I completely avoid even coming close to that bar throughout my stay absolutely rude and aggressive person other than that everyone else in the hotel was amazing.

Wow! It was an amazing experience. The adult only beach was a blast. The snorkelling was out of this world with the most beautiful reef. The meal options was endless with a fantastic buffet as well as ala carte restaurants to choose from. Our room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Even the diving club had fantastic service

We booked a deluxe swim up room with an adult only swimming pool. But the swimming pool was filled with kids! Not that I have anything against kids having a fun time, but if it says adults only.... it should be just that.

I can't recommend this hotel more highly!! It was an absolutely amazing experience. 1. Staff were incredible. All so friendly and helpful and hard working, nothing was ever too much to ask! 2. Grounds were impeccable. Lush, well manicured lawns and flower beds which is not easy in 35 degree heat 3. Plenty of sun loungers by pools and beach, no matter what time of day 4. Beautiful beach just a few steps from the main pool, with lovely warm water and great facilities 5. Best snorkeling we've ever done, so many brightly coloured fish swimming all around you right up to the surface of the water! 6. Luxury linen in the rooms with regular change overs 7. Resort so clean no matter where you go 8. Amazing food. Being a buffet produced in large quantities, we were not expecting much but we were incredibly impressed with the quality, taste and variety! 9. All the restaurants were absolutely fantastic and it was great to have 4 to choose from so we could mix it up 10. Drinks by the pool, also not expecting much but really tasty cocktails and lots of variety 11. Coffee from the breakfast buffet, not expecting much as it came from a machine but it was absolutely delectable and so nice that it's self service so could replenish as much as needed 12. Pools were beautiful and so well maintained. 13. Weather, we were worried that it was going to be 35 to 40 degrees every day but it was absolutely fine. Meant we could swim from early morning to evening and so long as there was water nearby we were never uncomfortable. Also beautiful aircon in rooms which was a lovely respite when needed! 14. No flies or mosquitos, which can be a real holiday killer I will be recommending this hotel and this holiday destination to everybody I know. It really was incredible and mind blowing value for money!

We really loved everything about this holiday! Only thing I would say is that the music gets quite loud when the nightlife starts, not a problem for us, the rooms are well insulated, but if you want complete silence at night make sure you ask for a room that is not in the central hub.

I visited sunrise diamond Sharm El sheikh with my wife for 3 nights stay on swim up room 9116 . "Our stay at sunrise diamond Sharm was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent service during my stay, I felt truly valued. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly loved the luxury bathroom and the comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The on-site restaurant served amazing food, and I enjoyed dining there each morning. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to go back again to sunrise diamond. Breakfast is very tasty, different selection of food available for different dietary requirements. All the dishes are labelled. The customer service is exceptional. The hotel caters for families, solo traveller and couples. I've had an amazing stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. I cannot fault this place at all. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean with very quiet AC and a mini bar that is replenished daily with soft drinks, water and beer (if required). The staff are the stars for me. They treat all their guests like royalty. Special thank you to Khaleed in the restaurant, Mr Rafaat, Mr Taher, Amir. Definitely returning back to Sunrise.

This place, the atmosphere, the food, the staff and everything is absoloutely amazing. What makes the experience so speacial is the amazing service of the staff, we had the pleasure of meeting some great people who work there and deserve to be recognized such as Mr. Ali at the Reception, Mr. Mohamad from house keeping, Mr. Hazim at the main restaurant, Ms. Yasmin at the Kids club and last but not least Mr. Mohamad Taher the Manager. They all made our exeprience 10 times better and made our vacation way better than expected. The rooms were very nice , super clean, and all had a nice view with great room services. Last day we upgraded to Posh club and it was defianetly worth it, the view was absoloutely stunning and it came with great benefits.

I recently stayed on a solo trip, basically a 'fly and flop' chill for 5 nights at the resort. I had an excellent stay and was really lucky, when I arrived Taher the front desk manager upgraded to a jacuzzi suite with a sea view (I strongly reccomend room 12127). The room alone made the trip! The resort is really well maintained, very lush and well landscaped, the whole resort is really clean and there are friendly staff everywhere to assist you with anything you need. There are so many bars and a la carte restaurants dotted around the resort and pools which is great, all offering the same menu from what I could see. Drinks were good, sex on the beach was my favourite cocktail. Dinner-wise my favourite restaurant was the Indian (reccomend the Lamb Rogan Josh) and the Mongolian grill (went twice in 5 days), this is more of a tapenyaki style place with a made to order sushi bar, which was my favourite part of this restaurant! The jewels buffet is good but probably better for families as it's bigger and has more standard offerings. If you're on a solo trip I'd seek out the entertainment team (big thanks to Solly & Yasmin for the warm welcome 😁) to ask what you can get involved in. They took me and a few other guests out clubbing with them to Pascha, we joined their friend's birthday and I had such a fun night in a VIP area, and they brought us home back afterwards. They made the trip and it was great to feel part of the crew! Thanks for a great trip! I 100% reccomend the jacuzzi suite if you can afford it, it's amazing...

The view, the food, the facilities, the staff, and the room are all perfect . The reception is very active and responsive. I arrived early, yet they checked me in at 12:30 pm. Also, they offered a dinner at my room when my wife was sick and offered lunch for my family even after I checked out because my trip back to Cairo was so long. I have travelled to Sharm Alsheikh for more than 10 years, and I can openly say that Sunrise Diamond Beach is the best there!!

Nothing major, only the dates of the shows are always in conflict with meals. Also, sometimes the night shows are a bit boring, but you can compensate that with the live music show at the Latitude Bar.

We had a jacuzzi suite - terrace overlooked the sea and pool area, outside was well maintained and clean seating area had large parasol so you could sit out of sun. Room and bathroom was modern - shower was amazing We love the posh club benefits - we felt it was well worth the additional cost

This was our first time to Egypt and wanted to just to rest for a week, so, booked as all-inclusive. We received a welcome message (through Whatsup) before the travel from Mr Badr. Communicated several times with him (and other hotel staff) throughout our stay. Mr Badr and all the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly - we cannot praise them enough! After three days of our stay, both of us became sick (diarrhoea, vomiting) - Mr Badr immediately arranged for the hotel doctor to see us in our room and we received an infusion and medicine - thanks to this we well-recovered in 1 (or 2) days. The hotel has a private sea beach with a coral reef - this is amazingly beautiful with thousands of colourful fish (it is actually much nicer than on a boat trip to Ras Mohammed national park). The beach is shallow (just for dipping, due to the coral) - to swim, there is a permanent pier access where you can also leave your towel just before you enter the sea (very useful as breeze in Dec was a little cold). Room was excellent (spacious & comfortable). Cleanness throughout the hotel was perfect. Gardens are beautiful. We enjoyed joining yoga & stretching classes. Breakfast (in Jewels restaurant) – choice was huge and excellent, with tasty omelette made in a minute to your order, variety of hot meals, cheeses, lots of veg and fruit and a lots of various pastries. Lunch (in Jewels and Gamila) was very good and convenient (Gamila by the beach). Dinner (open buffet) - Jewels – huge choice of meals but taste of some dishes could be improved (it is difficult to cater for a huge number of mixed international guests) Dinner (a-la carte): Basilico - choice and taste was very good (note that some dishes might not be fully-authentic Italian but were tasty) Mongolian - good but bbq meat a little overcooked Gamila - very good but we hoped for more choice of authentic Egyptian dishes Drinks - a huge variety of coctails etc in many bars

Private spa and beauty salon (in hotel) - these require improvement - it’s ok for fun (but not as a medical) - some spa/beauty management/sale staff not very polite - note that original prices are very bubbled.
