Kitchen amenities, lounge and outside verandah were functional and well used spaces. Gym area small with minimal equipment. Was a functional useful space. Nice sauna and bathroom facilities to use.

Toilet took awhile to fill up and flush throughout stay. Shower had a large fixed head piece which was loud with low water pressure when in use. Still functional otherwise. Bathroom door handle broke, fell off and temporarily locked out of bathroom. Maintenance attended room and resolved straight away. Room cleaned on 4th day of 5 day stay. Rubbish removal requested once outside this time which was organised easily. Bed bases drifted apart apart occasionally and slightly more firm than my personal preference. Clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Very enjoyable stay with minor non- urgent issues resolved and minor inconvenience experienced.

The location of the apartments was the primary factor for choosing Adina. Its proximity to the railway station and the main shopping area, and not far from the harbour were what factored into the decision to stay here. The apartment was a generous size with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge and dining were comfortable for our party of 4 guests. The apartment was quiet and there was no noise coming from surrounding apartments or hallways. There were some great dining options within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Lots of shops to browse and both major supermarkets within a short walking distance.

There was absolutely no staples for cooking or eating for example salt and pepper. This compares poorly with a typical Airbnb and even other apartment hotels. Although this hotel was far from the convention centre, I chose this hotel because there was a two bedroom apartment, which my work colleague and I would share. This facilitates reduced cost, shared meals and work collaboration . When I arrived, there was no two bedroom apartment, we were given separate rooms next to each other. It was also very difficult to get a split bill with separate receipts when we paid on check in. we had to wait for the software to update and approval from a manager etc. these are processes that could be improved by staff training and software upgrades.

The staffs are willing to help and polite. The toothbrush and toothpaste are provided on request. Room service provides three days a time. The location is convenient that you got almost everything you need around and train station nearby. There is kitchen, mini gym room, mini pool. Just some minor suggestions, that the key card isn’t working quite well especially in the lift. And the pool has a few dead bugs in it. If there’s instructions on how to use the gym machine will be perfect. There’s a sonar room and a bar, but I didn’t tried at once. It’s a good place to stay at this price in general.

Although the apartment needs a bit of a facelift we were told that the accommodations as a whole are going through renovations. Other than this the apartment was in a very good location with easy access to the train station, (for access to and from the airport) the Cat bus services (free around the city) and there are supermarkets within a few minutes walk. It was also very easy to get to Barrack Street Jetty, which was where many of our tours and excursions left from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the couple of minor issues that needed attention in our apartment were dealt with by the time we returned in the afternoon. Having laundry facilities in our apartment was fantastic as our stay wasn’t short, so we could do our laundry and not end up with a mammoth task when we got home.

Excellent location. Very close to the train station and shopping malls. Large rooms with everything you need including washing machine and dryer, kitchen and full bathroom. Stayed 2 nights and booked an extra night. We used the cot for our 11 month old baby. Reception staff were friendly and quick to assist with requests for fresh towels and nin changes. We were able to borrow an umbrella also.

The room was tidy but the carpeted floors and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen were dirty so our feet were black. I had to ask the staff to send someone to vacuum but it actually needs a good steam clean. The large double bed was 2 single beds pushed together which was annoying. Hotel is next to adult shops and a TAB, quite a few homeless people hanging out rhe front but they didn't bother us.

Location was fantastic, 200m from Perth CBD station making catching a train or bus a breeze. The customer service from Scott who ensured we received some compensation for the inconvenience of the air conditioning not working.

Air Conditioning was not working and we made the staff aware that there was a tag on the air conditioning unit indicating it was out of service. We were given portable heating which did the job but it was a little disappointing that air conditioning was not available.

Some rooms were a bit musty smelling. The fire alarm went off repeatedly.

Friendliness of all staff. Cheerful daily housekeeping staff with ample provisions and clean towels daily. Good size TV with many channels. Beds were extremely comfortable, each bedroom having a ceiling fan. The kitchen area was equipped to even cook a 3 course meal, with all appliances in a very good condition. We did encounter a bathroom leak and no sooner it was reported, we had a plumber and maintenance man on scene to rectify the problem. It was our second visit to Perth and if there should be another visit, we would definitely stay there again. Great value for money accommodation for a 3 week stay.
