The Staff, They were amazing and up normal people in a very good way. Like Miss. Yousra I was going to check out because some issues with my room but with her professionalty and skills I was happy to continue, She did what supposed to be done and here I would like to add Miss. Jamelih, Miss. Nancy and Mr. Frank for their hospitality and nice welcoming they were amazing. The mother of one of my friends is coming to Bahrain next week, And because of what I experienced I forced him to make her a reservation with you guys she would never find a better Staff. Thank you

The elevators system has lagging and the glass of the hotel were not clean Other than that nothing but I have a recommendation which is to cover the swimming pool with some shades it would be nice

room was great and huge, I had to upgrade to a suit since we had to lots of luggage, and it was a mazing with nice sea view, my cousin got the one bedroom, and it was huge with 2 toilets. easy access to the wedding hall from the rooms.

the shower was all glass but still wasn't big issue since u can switch the curtains down.

its location and the staff, very friendly. and the Margherita pizza, it was lovely.

it gets super noisy in the hallways morning time. not just from the kids but adults too. we found a piece of chewed gum inside one of the food menus.

Dear management, From Arrival to Departure it was just spot on, As being a hospitality professional for most of my career, i was impressed. We were welcomed and checked in by the Front Office Manager (Tanuj Tewari). Who made us feel truly welcome, no scripted check-in just a heartfelt welcome home for the coming 3 nights. Whenever i went for coffee in the lobby in the morning as i take a French breakfast (coffee and Danish), busy or not, he looks at you and greets you by name regardless. Room had an Insane view over the Bay, it was spacious, clean!, and the bathroom was breathtaking. Thank you to the housekeeping for my laundry, i am impressed by the care you took for my property. Dear Executive Chef and Team, I have ordered room service almost daily, Thank you for the quality and variety of food, the food was very flavorful and tasted fresh. Just one Comment as i only want to improve your product. the automated response for booking.com was very unpersonal to almost annoying. I answered the early arrival, but i got the same answer over and over. Which gave me a bad feeling prior arrival. But as a positive, next time i will book true your website!

I have booked for one night through Booking. The next day morning I have asked by the phone to extend one night. The employee on morning shift told me you have to pay 70 BD including the breakfast and I did accept. On night I came back to the hotel to pay, the employee asked me to pay 80 something BD. I tried to explain to him that I should pay 70 BD as the morning staff told me. He replied by un professional way say why you did not pay when they told you 70 BD. He should explain to me the price increment instead of being unprofessional. I do not think I am going to book again in this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very easy to get to and perfectly located — just a short walk or quick drive from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The facilities were modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated how convenient the location was; it really made exploring the area so easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

The location of the hotel was great. Just a short walk to Bahrain bay. There is caribou outside which is nice. I loved the spacious rooms, clean and nice. I found the bed comfy but my brother hates this kind of beds he likes it to be a bit more firm. The bathroom and the shower area with the bath was so nice. The view of the sea was stunning, I would come back just for it.

There was no hot water. I stayed there for one night only that is why I haven’t complained about it to them, but the shower was really bad. All you want in a cold night in winter is to have a hot shower. Also the water pressure wasn’t so strong. Saying that, the shower area looked so nice with the woody floor.

enjoyed the room and had good AC on the 24th floor. staff was nice. had a salon and nail salon in the hotel (convenient as I was there for a wedding) gym on location is pretty nice, the view is incredible.

Why was I charged more in person than the listing on booking.com??? not just me all of my friends were charged more in person than if we paid online. so like figure out what went wrong and fix it. also...PLEASE figure out your issue with humidity on the 20th floor. its so bad its unacceptable.

One of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in. I had the sea view from my room. Very spacious and well located on the Bahrain Bay. You can take a work around the neighbourhood as their is a park and wharf nearby. The hotel also a free shuttle that takes you on a boat ride to the Avenue Mall. Special mention to Ms. Rochelle of reservations, Mr. Anthony at the Conceirge and Mr. Fazan at the reception. Infact all the staff were friendly and had a warm smile at all times.

Hard to say. Maybe wooden floor but that's just my preference as I prefer a rug.

The place and the room were great, i actually didn’t expect the room to be that spacious, and the view was great also and on the Bahrain Bay, the staff were nice and helpful, a great advantage that you get to go to the restaurants and coffee places on the Bahrain Bay by walking only, i would really recommend this place to stay at, specially for couples

What i didn’t like really was the fact that i had to wait at least 7 to 10 minutes for the valet to get my car, other than that everything was great
