The location is superb, hotel is nice and rooms are ok but in a need of investment for renovation, facilities are becoming old at this point. The hotel has good underground parking but a little bit tight entrance. I like the facts that heating works great and hot water is always present.

The hygiene definitely needs improvement as the room wasn’t in the best condition when I arrived. The central air heating system needs cleaning. Generally the hygiene needs a lot of work, also some of the linens were ripped, but I didn’t mind them as I was in Hotel only for sleep.

I am returning for a third year in a row to this Hotel and I can say that it’s a great experience. The employees have good understanding for my requests and I always am welcomed as a guest. The hotel needs a bit of a room facelift, but let’s be realistic for the price and it’s function it’s superb. You stay here for a sleepover while exploring the magnificent city of Sofia during the day, thus it’s the perfect choice. Needless to say it’s literally 15 minute walk to the very center. I also love the fact that warm water is at disposal at all times and the heating was super. Also the staff for me as a returning guest was very helpful and understanding, thus giving me a free room upgrade with a fantastic view of the city skyline.

All things considered there aren’t many complaints, but definitely the hygiene is something which should be on a higher level. While the floor and bedding is clean, they walls (which are plastic or similar) are not clean. All in all it should be improved. Furthermore some of the windows aren’t closing perfectly but as I mentioned the heater is working like charm so you won’t have problems.

Fairly central location (25 Lev taxi from airport), 30 minute walk from train/bus station (or there's a tram if you prefer). Very helpful staff, who spoke good English. I'd brought the wrong phone charger with me, but they happily charged my phone for me.

Nothing - although if I was spending a few days in Sofia, I'd probably prefer a room with a bit more space (it was a few centimetres bigger than the double bed) Perfect for a late arrival at Sofia Airport - I have a further night booked before my departure too, which I'm happy about

Liked how it was so close to the metro and bus stations. Not very far away from the main attractions. It was a good room for one person. True to what they had shown in the pictures. The bed was okay, the windows were good. As opposed to some reviews there was no smell in the room. The comforter was a little thin for the cold nights but it was okay. The staff was super kind and answered everything with as much detail as possible.

The toilet and the WiFi. The WiFi was awfully slow most of the time I used my own mobile data. The toilet was sooooo narrow and small it was like an airplane lavotary but imagine the same space with a shower. Literally no space to place your toileteries.

This is one of my go-to places if I need to stay overnight in Sofia before an early morning flight. The room is small, and there's enough space for the bed and one chair, but I like that they have something on the wall where I could hang clothes. Since I'm only staying one night, this works for me. It's not a place I'd stay for longer but for a night, it's perfect. The bathroom is quite small - it reminds me of the bathroom in a boat cabin I stayed at once.

I recommend you bring slippers to use in the bathroom.

Room rating (comfort & size) are mediocre as I opted for the "small" room as I only needed a bed, late arrival, early departure. Reasonably priced, in a good location with friendly. efficient staff.

One of the receptionists was super friendly! It was also super clean and location was close to the Konstantin Velichkov metro station which connects seamlessly to the City Centre and rge airport.

The size is quite small. Very suitable for domestic travelers, single travelers or if you're traveling light with a backpack. One of the receptionists had a great customer service skills. However one of them not so much.

It was a great hotel for the money we paid and they even upgraded our room. The room has everything you need to spend a few days, useful but not fancy. It is located in a working district and very well connected to the city center by metro and tram with stops 5 minutes walking from the hotel door. They can keep your luggage for you the day you leave, which is fantastic!

Some of the staff members were not very cheerful. If you want a hairdryer you need to ask for it at the reception, and if the other guests haven't returned them you can't have one.

- friendly staff, check in super simple - best way to describe this place is imagine an easy jet plane in the form of a hotel - budget but still good - double bed to myself was lush after spending a lot of time in hostels - close to the centre and lots of places to eat around plus museums and parks within walking distance

- the bathroom was quite small, felt too crowded in the shower when curtain was closed but if i didn't close it the water would leak into the room which isn't great - would've definitely rated it 10 if breakfast was included or available as an extra

Location is really good. Just a couple minutes walk from the metro and some supermarkets. The bed is comfy and the AC worked. It had just enough room for 1 person id say (small double room). 2 towels were provided which was nice too. The check in and check out was easy enough with friendly staff all round

It is an easyHotel after all. There were some age related marks with the room. The shower also leaked so the extra towels job was mopping the excess water up
