The room had so much space in it. We had the two queen bed suite with the kitchenette and the sofa. It was more than enough room and I loved the fact too that the kitchen was stocked with cups plates, utensils, etc.. although we only stayed night so we did not require them, but I loved that they were there. Very useful if you are therefore an extended stay. The room was very quiet. We did not hear anything at all around us. The room was very clean.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the TV was a bit lacking in services. It would have been nice to have the option of being able to stream as in a smart TV.

Check-in was easy, fast, and we felt safe and secure at the location. Our room was spacious, VERY clean, and had most anything we could think of. I really appreciated the full kitchen and eco-friendly measures taken. The breakfast was potentially the best we have enjoyed at a hotel-my partner really enjoyed the taco bar. The noon checkout time was initially what prompted me to book here instead of the hotel next door that we have stayed with before.

When we came back from the show we went to, there was only one spot left in the parking lot and some inconsiderate guest in a large pickup truck had blocked it with their poor parking. The front desk had to instruct us to park in the adjacent lot and move our vehicle in the morning. It definitely interrupted our sleep and made us anxious that our vehicle would be ticketed or towed. That was the biggest issue we encountered. I wish there was another trash bin by the kitchen, but that's about the only thing I would recommend adding to the rooms. To accommodate people's needs better, I wish the hotel could offer to-go breakfasts for those not able to get downstairs for breakfast.

Great suite that allowed us to easily separate early risers from late. Adequate kitchenette with a full fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. We would definitely stay again as it was not terribly expensive, it was ideally located, and with an included breakfast it made it cheaper than other hotels that are not nearly as clean as others

Perhaps a slightly better location if you were visiting the downtown sites it's a bit of a trek. For our purposes though, it was ideal. Providing more towels per room would be better though; with 4 registered at check-in and only 3 bath towels for the room, we had to ask a few times for extra amenities.

The place had been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere helped us recover from jet lag quickly. The BBQ facilities were great—we enjoyed cooking steak outdoors. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, which added a nice touch to our 5am mornings.

There is truly nothing negative to say about this stay. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the quiet atmosphere that helped us rest well.

We loved all of it. The room was very clean and comfortable. loved the pool and breakfast. The staff were all ver helpful.

we were charged for our stay before we arrived at the hotel and charged another $100 while we where their. I just noticed that we have been charged on my credit card again this morning. We stayed one night !!! Not happy about being charged twice?? We were planning on coming back, rethinking if we will book again!😌

We visited last year and were very happy to see the same staff again this year, its a nice place to stay at to decompress and we decided it was a great staycation for Christmas 2024! It was very nice to see how much the staff genuinely care about the hotel's guests!

I had requested the room to be made a little bit special for my wife's pregnancy blues but it seems like there wasn't anything set up in particular to my request.

Love the spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom suite! Bathrooms well appointed. Staff friendly. Parking included. Complimentary breakfast and coffee. Great value. I look forward to coming back here again!

The mattress was a bit stiff, but that is a matter of personal preference. Overall, nothing negative to say about this hotel. Our stay was perfect!

The location was great with access to visit family in different areas with plenty of parking spaces. The 1-bedroom suite was spacious & comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a good choice of food. Overall, great value for money.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Room #415 has the best Jacuzzi Whirlpool propulsion of all spa tubs. The shower was a glass enclosure large enough for more than 3 adults, it is behind a separate door with the toilet. The closet has a safe,two extra medium soft pillows, two extra sheets. Also a warm separate spare blanket. The granite counter with American Standard sink has plenty of space with body lotion, bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner. There was 2 face cloths and 1 medium size bath towel. There is a gas fireplace by the sink yet the room was warm enough as the LG Heating/Cooling unit is controlled by a wall thermostat. The King bed is 75" wide and 80" long. It was more comfortable 2 years ago but still put me to sleep within minutes. Ivonne sanitized the room spotlessly clean and left a dishwashing pod, hand dishwashing sunlight soap. The Fridge was 6' tall with 21" deep and 24" wide interior wise. Large freezer and large fridge space. There were place settings for 4 people. Kitchen table has two separate chairs. There is a large 3 seater sofa. Ottoman and coffee table. Ample lighting in this double size room. The LG TV is 43" by 25" high.

The Hot breakfast has scrambled eggs and wafer thin turkey sausages. The home fries were golden brown. There are bagels, egg muffins, raison bran with white and whole wheat bread. There were 4 types of dry cereal, also oatmeal with almonds, raisins and dried cranberries. Fresh oranges, bananas and apples. The orange juice with pulp was not watered down like 90% of Hotels. The apple juice was also delicious.

The breakfast was good for the time i was there we also had a kitchen in our room which also helps. Overall I enjoyed my time there will I stay there again most definitely, YES!!! PS. Big thanks to the Sri Lankan lady working in the kitchen sorry forgetting your name.
