The location was great, the breakfast was awesome, it was clean and comfortable.

The festivities outside next to the hotel can get loud, really loud! If you area a person that really needs your sleep you need to make sure you get a room not facing the street

The hotel is being renovated. although the common areas still need work, the rooms are new with excellent facilities (including air conditioning!) The breakfast was the best we had during our trip around South America with good variety of hot dishes that changed every day. The location is great, it’s right on the edge of Getsemani and equal walking distance to Getsemani and the Centro Historico. The staff helped us to store our luggage after check out. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The hotel is located close to Getsemani which means that at night it’s not quiet. If you are a light sleeper you may want to explore other locations.

Great location, able to walk around easily or catch a cab. Breakfast daily was a buffet with plenty of options. Comfortable beds in a large room with a balcony. Mateo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Did not enjoy the "cool" shower, unless we had a long day in the sun! The air conditioning was excellent until it would unexpectedly shut off.

Customer service is ex ceptional from the employees in the property, very helpful and always able to go the extra mile to meeting the customer's expectations.

Rooms, maintenance is not good, some mold in the grout of the bathrooms, no water pressure at all in the the shower, not all the rooms have a refrigerator, etc.

The property was close to the old town and tourist areas. The rate was cheap and we stayed over Christmas. Breakfast was very good. The room was newly renovated and modern. The shower had hot water. No issues with the room.

We didn't know that we had to pay upfront all at one time. We ended up paying one time. Be ready to pay with a credit or debit card or Colombian Pesos as soon as you arrive at the hotel to avoid issues.

The staff, is friendly and ready to assist you with any question, or concerns. Norberto, the chef is very sweet and very thoughtful. The rooms are comfortable with all of the comfort. The location of the hotel is very convenient; everything is just steps from it. Good hotel.

Because it is located in downtown, ibesides, is a renovation project going on; iy is noisy and busy. But after 7:00 pm is better.

Breakfast was good, some variations offered everyday. The Location was key for us, a new meters to the main attractions.

Some maintenance were done during our stay specially related to elevador, so we have to use the stars instead. We choose the hotel because we wanted to make sure that the hotel have elevador because I was traveling with elderly.

The staff was amazing, very helpful, amiable, knew the area very well, offered tips for moving around the city. Everyone was so friendly.

Clean and well situated, easy to walk to and from main attractions.

Excellent front desk and staff. Am-Paro was great. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Hotel very centrally located. 5 min walk from the clock tower. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Great location! Lovely staff. Can use pool at sister hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. They even let us have breakfast and check in early on our day of arrival, much appreciated after a long journey.
