The twin room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and nicely maintained. Although our trip was short and we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, we appreciated the friendly and polite reception staff, especially for their assistance during check-in and with a late-night food order. One standout feature was the 24/7 shuttle bus service, which proved to be extremely convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, offering a great view of DXB Airport from the upper floors. The shuttle drivers were also very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

We wanted to maximize our sleeping time at a hotel near the airport, so we looked for one with a shuttle. Even though we arrived after midnight to Dubai, we were assured that the shuttle would pick up every half hour. So, we found the location outside Terminal 1 and the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes. A short drive away, and we were checking in to our room. The hotel is a great transit hotel and had a nice, simple cafe for food at any time of day. We didn't eat, so I can't rate the food, but it looked easy to get some food on the go. In the room, it was quiet, comfortable and all the facilities in the bathroom were new, clean and working well. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. This is what you need when you want to rest in the midst of long flights.

A little better communication about how to find the shuttle - we asked several people about whether we were in the right place for Premier Inn and there was no specific signage to help us find it.

Rooms are really cozy, although the location is behind the DXB airport but there were no disturbance regarding the flights. the building and windows are completely bullet(sound) proof. Staffs were friendly and try to help at most! They clean the room and bath every day and make it as new :) You have parking space if you travel by your own car. There are two clean swimming pools for kids and adults.

Great visit as always, room was clean, great breakfast. Lovely evening meals at Mr Toads. Enjoyed having a swim before breakfast at the rooftop pool.

It was our first time visiting Dubai and the hotel location was great for us as a family with kids since we were on transit. The free shuttle service was very useful. There are vending machines selling water, beverages and snacks, and you can use coins or credit cards very easily, and it works very well every time. A bottle of water was only AED 2. The staff were amazing - we found that were all very kind and helpful. Especially when we had a problem with an unlicensed taxi on the first day, Elizabeth from the reception came out and solved the problem with the driver for us! It would have been nice if they had; - a hair conditioner in the bathroom - facial tissues - better working hairdryer - the shuttle timetable from the airport to be emailed to the guests prior to the arrival

I arrived at terminal 2, of which transport towards the hotel does not go. Since I didn't have Internet available and no idea of lay out and distances, I had taken a taxi to terminal 3 and from there took the shuttle bus. This whole process took about 1.5 hours. Afterwards it appeared the distance from terminal 2 to the hotel is the same as to the terminals, in other words it could be communicated more clearly that if you arrive at terminal 2 it's best just to take a taxi or uber directly to the hotel.

The Shuttle from the airport comes every 30 minutes. Don't listen to airport personnel trying to tell you that you just missed the shuttle, as they may be lying to sell you taxi services. We were told we just missed the shuttle, but 10 minutes later it pulled up. Our housekeeper Soc, was so kind and helped us with extra towels and water since we were going to be out the room for just a short bit.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood. It is safe, but not near any places to visit, although you can take the shuttle to the airport to catch the Metro into the city.

The location is close to the airport, there’s a shuttle bus for airport transportation, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

My room door closed by itself but didn’t lock automatically when I left the room. I also had to slam it shut, which is probably annoying for other guests at night. I waited at the airport for the shuttle bus for a long time, and when it finally arrived, it was overcrowded. Some people couldn’t even find a seat. There should be at least one bus that goes to Dubai Mall or the city center at different times, as the location is quite far from the center.

I flew to Dubai to meet my future wife. Premier Inn had everything I needed there for about a week stay. Great all-you-can eat breakfast. It's near the airport with free shuttle back and forth. A restaurant for afternoon and evening meals. A coffee shop. Vending machines. Swimming pool on tbe roof to enjoy relaxing outside. Quiet rooms. Outdoor smoking area, but it's good for anyone to lounge outside. And, compared to many other motels in the area, the price is very affordable. It was the perfect place to stay for me.

I really missed the deep bathtub in my room that I got to enjoy during my first visit there, in February 2025. After a long day of walking around the Dubai mall, I was pretty sore l. Soaking later in that deep bathtub was like heaven. But, the Premier Inn has since remodeled. No rooms have those deep bathtubs anymore (sigh).

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good too. The staff were very kind and helpful. It absolutely worths the money specifically for short stays around DXB.

I wish they were more flexible with check in check out times free of charge.
