Staffs are friendly, service was great, food was delicious and the few house keeping ladies were superb as I witness the way the clean the room while I was in the room.

The air conditioning.. the room was warm and we believe it is centralize AC and the remote controller on the wall is just for decoration. We called the front desk and they came up to the room to check and just ask us to wait for 15/20mins. Anyway, after 20 mins still same. So be expect the room temperature around 27/28 degree.

The hotel is in a good location - just one street back from the main seafront and close to a marina. Plenty of restaurants & bars around. The staff were excellent - professional & friendly - for example, our room was located in a slightly unusual location (on the 4th Floor, but only accessed by a separate staircase from the 3rd Floor), so the receptionist walked us to our room. We also received a complimentary glass of cava on arrival. I had pre-booked the (limited) parking and the receptionist recognised my name on the intercom to let me into the car park. The room was luxuriously equipped, as was the bathroom. Unfortunately, due to it's location there was nil view (this was room 402), but that was no problem for us. Well-stocked and reasonably-priced minibar. Very nice rooftop bar and swimming pool - refreshingly cool as the air temperature was around 38' - towels, etc provided. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the tapas bar & restaurant that they offer looked charming. We also didn't try the gym and we had breakfast elsewhere. Very acceptable price paid for such a good quality hotel, also considering location and time of year (mid-August).

Gorgeous hotel, roof top swimming pool made the experience. After going out in the day, it was lovely to cool off in the pool. It seems an indoor pool but they open the roof and it’s ideal. There is outdoor sunbathing space too, with a little bar on the roof and a spa, that the photo doesn’t show, so it’s much better than expected. If the photo was taken in the other direction you would see the sunbathing area and bar

There wasn’t enough umbrellas outside for shade, and they could provide more sun beds. They don’t maximise the outside sunbathing area, which is a shame since it’s such a lovely space and fabulous feature for the hotel.

A wonderful 5 star hotel located in the idealic old town of Alicante surrounded by high quality restaurants and one street away from the harbour and promenade. Exceptional facilities including spa, pool and roof top terrace sun trap and bar. The roof top pool is contained within a glass roof/sides providing a beautiful view of the castle. Very safe for kids to swim and have fun. We had large connecting family rooms with separate bathrooms providing everyone with privacy and personal space. Despite our room balcony being on the Main Street it was sound proof due to high quality terrace doors. High quality products in the room which was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Lovely to have an espresso machine in both rooms. The weather was fab experiencing 24-29 degrees in early April. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable of the local area and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would specifically like to mention Jennifer who is an outstanding member of the team. Would recommend you visit El Campello which is either a short tram ride away or a 50mins bike ride which can be rented close to the hotel. An early morning trip to Santa Barba Castle is recommended with a cool drink when you reach the top to soak up the beautiful views of Alicante. We would also strongly recommend you visit the island of Tabarca taking a boat from the harbour or from Santa Pola (20min taxi ride south) which provided a more frequent service and is another beautiful town to explore. The cherry on the top was the picnic breakfast they made us as we left very early for the airport before breakfast was open - beautiful touch which encompasses the service the team provides. This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel. It is situated in the city with good underground parking. On your arrival at reception you are greeted by friendly and professional staff. Check in is a pleasant experience. The room was a very good size and very comfortable and clean with everything that you need . Breakfast is superb, with an excellent choice and the staff are friendly, efficient and happy. The rooftop pool and bar are fabulous. The room was serviced perfectly the 6 nights of our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. All the staff are wonderful. We can not wait until our next visit. Thank you to everyone.

Even though the hotel was overbooked by the time we arrived in the evening, the extremly friendly stuff found a perfect solution solve the problem and were very nice. Especially the duty manager Cristina was exceptionally friendly and taking care of our needs. Mistakes can happen but c‘est le ton qui fait la musique and so we‘d always come back. Beautiful rooms, great service, perfect location in the centre and next to the beach and a nice little pool and gym at the rooftop.

The breakfast is compared to the quality of the rest quite underwhelming. They picked the least charming corner, basically covered the windows so you dont have a view which gives it a quite cellar-like atmosphere. The food is ok, but the space is tiny and you‘re always in the way of the other guests.

The hotel staff at the desk was friendly and highly responsive to any requests related to housekeeping matters. We also appreciated the daily delivery of special treats.

The breakfast staff did not inform us, or provide us a written breakfast menu until the 3rd breakfast of the 5 we were to enjoy. Because of this, we thought that the dried out scrambled eggs at the bottom of the cast iron pot, which required extensive weight lifting expertise to access, was our only breakfast entree option. After being informed of the prepared to order breakfast items, we discontinued our internal breakfast discontent dialogue. Finally, we had requested help for a specialized group itinerary only to learn that the concierge services in this hotel are out - sourced to another entity. Unfortunately this arrangement did not provide the solution we hoped for.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location to explore Alicante. It is close to the beach, castle, shops and restaurants. On arrival, we were greeted by smiling friendly staff and were offered complementary drinks, we opted for cava, as we were celebrating my friends' 50th birthday, a really lovely touch. Our flight arrival was earlier than check-in, so we left our luggage in the secure lock up. This was a very easy process. The hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing with beautiful decor. Our room was a lovely size with also beautiful decor. The mini bar was nicely stocked with a variety of snacks. Breakfast also had a wonderful choice, and we can highly recommend it.

The room was beautiful, but a little maintenance needed as both our sink plugs didn't work. Our only other complaint was that the room was very warm, and I would have liked the air-conditioning to cool us down. We were informed that the systems were set to winter mode. We did open the window for our whole stay, but it was a little noisy,but we're glad we had that option.

Breakfast was excellent witha good selection (even if it was the same every day). The staff were very attentive and excellent. Front desk was really good and always helpful, knowledgeable and sorted anything straight away. Overall, this was a special trip for us and the hotel did not disappoint. The location is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, near to the castle, marina and the centre of everything. It was only a 5 min walk from drop off by the C6 bus from the airport. Brilliant.

The property is ideally located—quiet enough for a peaceful stay, but still close to local attractions, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a great base for exploring the area. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of options such as cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and cooked dishes.
