Very good, nice, comfortable, and pretty well-equipped apartment. You have everything you need during your stay. Central location with the connection of all of the city very easily. Thank you for your hospitality.

Just only thing I did not like is that there is almost no sound isolation, you can hear everything happening in the other apartments, people walking on the stairs, talking and so on also they say that bachelor parties are not allowed but this is not true during our stay of 7 days we had two different bachelor parties which I believe can do nothing about it.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for both sightseeing and dining. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, handled professionally by the friendly staff. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

While the stay was generally okay, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room locker was not functioning, which was a concern for safely storing valuables. Additionally, there was no washing machine available, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. These are small but important details that could enhance the overall guest experience.

The location was perfect — just a short walk from Sants train station, which made our transit super easy. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, and even though we arrived early, the staff allowed us to rest there until check-in. That kind of hospitality really matters when traveling with kids. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Check-in time was quite late at 3 PM, and early check-in wasn’t available. Since we were just there for a short overnight transit, it would've been nice to get into the room a bit earlier. Other than that, we didn’t face any major issues during our stay.

The location was close to the Main train Station in Barcelona! ( Sants)Which also had access to the underground network of the city. It was a 10 mins ride into the centre of the city. The accommodation was in a locals neighbourhood, which made the price of food and drink, better value for money. It was Close to the bars and restaurants and supermarkets! The Staff were very helpful , and gave good advice on the city! It was a clean , tidy and spacious! Definitely recommend this accommodation, especially due to the local neighbourhood that it’s in!

We stayed in one of the apartments on the higher level! The top half of the window opened fully, I felt that needed some form of child safety. To prevent possible accidents!

Very convenient to Barcelona-Sants train station. Safe and clean, modern building with elevators. Friendly staff who spoke English and made good dining and touring recommendations for us. (La Mestressa restaurant was great!) They provided complimentary bag storage after check out, too. Unit was spacious and clean with a good shower and lots of space to store things. Apartment had everything needed to make meals, even a dishwasher! We picked this place because of its name (we had a cat named Cosmo years ago) and proximity to the train station. It was pretty close to perfect for us!!

The coffee machine was yet another boutique brand (Cremesso) that we didn't have pods for. We were able to buy them from a vending machine in the lobby though, and cheap, only €1.20 for 2 pods. Which was good, as I wasn't able to find that brand at the local Mercadona supermarket, either.

Very easy to collect the keys

When we returned to collect our luggage from the storage area, there were 2 hosts behind the front desk - one was serving a customer, the other was organising room keys but the 3rd one did not acknowledge me, walked off and sat down to scroll on her phone. I had to ask her colleague to ask her to open the storage area so that we could collect our luggage and go. This was the only disappointing thing about our stay. The staff member who greeted us on arrival was excellent and very helpful, it’s a shame the others when we left were not the same

It’s a great location at Barceló Sants station with trains, metro and busses, including hop on/off service. It is modern and offers a great space. We stayed at the 7th floor so the views were excellent, too!

While very well connected, it’s noisy when windows are open. Barcelona isn’t loud in all places (but it seems to be loud in most 😎). Be prepared to also hear your neighboring occupants (and likely they will hear you, too). The property could be a little better maintained (details like cleanliness of switches, fixed sliding trash can, toilet flush, squeaky sliding parts). The kitchen is too scarcely equipped (e.g. no mugs for hot drinks).

Picked up keys easily but apparent that they have a few properties. Extremely well placed apartment for Sants station and modern and very clean.

Another host checking someone in was very rude to some other customers when they didn't know what property they were in. Should ask name to cross reference with what they have booked instead the first question was which place are you booked in. The same question was asked of us but I stated this building as I hadn't booked anywhere else and the host checking us in was lovely. It is evident that this must happen quite frequently with people checking into the wrong building if they have 4 other establishments.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Wheelchair accessible. We liked the location as it was easy to get to from the airport, easy to reach the city center but in a more 'authentic' area. Lots of places to eat and little shops near the hotel.

They ask you to take the trash out for which you need to cross the street. I think things like this should be clearly stated in the description as part of the rules. I was traveling with my mom in a wheelchair and a toddler, and not once did I have someone help me open or hold the door for me...

Fantastic location! Right next to the train station and hop on hop off bus location. Easily walkable for food and entertainment. Rooms were clean and good repair. We heard no street noise or train noise. Safe location with lots to do. The staff was exceptional! Very pleasant and helpful. Parking was a challenge for us and there was some confusion at the end of my stay regarding payment fee for parking, but it was settled easily. I would stay again if ever in Barcelona.
