Was a good stay there! Quick check-in and i liked that the door was opening with a code they provided, so you don't have to take a hotel card/ keys with you. Also it was clean, everyday fresh towels and neat bed. Location is in the city center so you can walk everywhere by foot, or take metro that is 5 minutes from hotel. Train station is also 5 minutes away and you can explore Basque coast easily. Room was not super big , but enough space to freely open suitcase, but i knew it in advance. One big plus that there is one spare room for all guests with a fridge, where you can store you food, coffee machine and kettle! When you economy traveller it's a big deal!

I cannot say that I didn't like it, but was no air-conditioning. There is ceiling fan that worked very well, and it was very comfortable to sleep like that. And other thing it was quite noisy in the morning, cause my room was in front of lift and people were walking and speaking very loudly.

Centrally located, walking distance to theater, cathedral and Gran via. close to all good restaurants.

I would call this Hotel " Zig -Zag" puzzle find your room. Fun for children to looking for their room as hotel rooms run like a zig -zag puzzle. Shower hand needs to be lowered for Children especially with family. Shower hand bracket is too high. Lower it down or install sliding bar, NO BREAKFAST AT THIS HOTEL SERVED !!! For breakfast don't bother getting up before 9 AM. Only one cafe is open before 9 AM near by and it is crowded. You can make coffee or tea at the hotel lounge but not comfortable.

The staff was extremely nice! We got a map, an explanation of all the major things to check out, and even how to get around via public transport, all completely unprompted and extremely helpful 🙌 The location is perfect - right in the old town and in the walkable distance from the city center, while also being close to a metro stop. The bed was really nice! And the balcony from the kitchen area offers a view of the old town street right below!

The floor is creaking quite a bit in some places, to the point where when someone would pass our room by, we would hear the creaking inside. It wasn’t too loud in general, but you could also hear fairly well when someone was hanging in the kitchen area outside. Maybe it was just our room specifically :) Also, it was quite humid after using the bathroom, as there’s no active ventilation and the door doesn’t close fully, so we had to open a window for a while to let the humidity out. But neither of these things made our stay bad, just something to be aware of.

Very nice welcoming staff. Reasonable sized functional room which was very clean with comfortable bed. Old building right in the centre of the old centre. Had to walk from car park that was maybe 10 mins away though to be expected for hotel in old quarters and staff helped to get discount rate of 18 Euro a day that allowed you to come and go. Floor a bit squeaky though in old building. Small common area where there was fridge and plates etc if you wanted to make your own breakfast. Good value stay with great staff. Guggenheim 25min walk along river.

The lady on reception was very helpful and told us all the sight seeing places. She told us about the Barik card which was very helpful as we used it several times and it saved us a lot of money. The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to all the shops, bars, buses and the market is brilliant.

We couldn't get the safe deposit box to work so we had to carry our passports and valuables with us. We're not sure how safe the City is but we never felt unsure anywhere. The lady on reception came to see if it was just us that couldn't get it to work but she shouldn't either. She said she'd get the maintenance man to look at it.

Great location in the heart of the old city. The room and bathroom are spacious and because the window of the room looks into the air shaft, has a lot of light and is very quiet. The mattress is very comfortable. Also extremely useful is a shared room with a big fridge, many appliances (microwave, toaster, cuttlery, etc), tables, to prepare your breakfast. There is also a vending machine. 24h reception, luggage deposit, elevator (third fllor).

The bathroom's ventilator was not working.

It is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town, indeed there are several hotels of the same brand in the old town. The guys working at reception were very helpful and welcoming. Especially I would thank Patricia who recommended me a nice and not expensive restaurant with local cuisine just round the corner. My room was spacious and had all necessary appliances to spend several nights. The bed was comfortable. Everyday I had cleaning service in the room. The location of the hotel is in the nice historical building in the heart of the old town and just 10 min walk from the railway station.

All was great I would just add a small refrigerator in the room.

Clean basic rooms in a very central location with incredibly helpful staff. There is also a small kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a vending machine. We stayed in the four bed family room which was massive and had plenty of room for us all. They also helped us book discounted parking at the train station which is about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. The room was very quiet at night with not noise from other rooms or from the streets outside

The hotel was clearly well organised and the check-in staff were friendly and professional. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. The hotel is in the old town, which can be quite noisy, but fortunately I was overlooking the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet. I have never stayed in the old town before, but it was very convenient for transport - metro, tram, euskotren and there are loads of cafes, bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling solo and the room was really spacious for one person. Everything was clean, the staff friendy, and I was very happy with my stay. As a solo traveler, I felt truly safe there. Great location, everything was close by.

The only downside was the quite noisy floors - whenever someone walked past my room (which was at the beginning of the hallway, so a lot of peple passed by), I could hear the footsteps as if they were inside my room.
