Excellent accommodation probably in the best possible location in Bilbao. Value for money with good equipment to cook. I am a light sleeper but the soundproofing was amazing and didn’t feel any disturbances during the night.

The only negative is the absence of room service which is something needed especially when more than two people are staying for four days in the same place and using the same toilet. Please consider it for the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Bilbao! It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location was absolutely perfect, placing us right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Beyond the apartment itself, the building left a lasting impression. The stairwell and the building facade were simply beautiful, adding to the charm and character of our experience. What truly surprised us, however, was the incredible tranquility within the apartment. Despite the windows facing a lively street filled with restaurants and bars, the soundproofing was exceptional, and we enjoyed wonderfully peaceful nights. This made for a truly relaxing and undisturbed stay.

The location is perfect, it is very close to the old town, train station and shopping complex. The Libere app was very intuitive and made the whole check-in, check out, opening doors (both entrance and apartment doors) very easy. The apartment is surrounded by multiple restaurants but is surprisingly nice and quiet. We didn't hear any noises. The apartment is spacious for two adults and two young kids. The black out curtains were good, which allowed the kids to sleep in longer. The lift and washing machine with drying functions were a bonus. The staff were very responsive to our queries. Upon our arrival we received a welcome pack, which was very nice.

The bed in the main bedroom is quite squeaky. No other issues noted. The apartment doesn't get much natural light but it's not an issue for us as we spent most of the day out and about

Location was excellent, just in the center of the city and have sound proofed windows. no problem with sleeping etc. check in and out was very easy, you just need to download an app. size of the apartment was great; modern interior and good finishings.

We stayed 3 person and the privacy was not that great in terms of apartment layout and quality of the bedroom door. The pillows was extremely uncomfortable; we asked for harder ones but they said the don't have. The quality of the pillows had the same quality as decorative living room cushions... The bathroom had no ventilation and the door did not close properly.

Perfect location in Bilbao, close to the old city centre, a lot of shops and cafés nearby. We didn't hear any noise from outside, it was spacious, clean and everything you needed was there. I would definetily come back, the sleeping couch is also very easy to set up and most important we were able to put our bags in a room when we had to leave, so we could still explore the city, the guy who helped us was absolutely lovely.

The only thing i would change would be that they could have made it more clear that the code to get in the front door is the same as the code of the appartment door. Another thing i would have changed is the layout of the appartment, because if the two chairs and the sleeping sofa were switched, you could actually make a seperate room, which would have made it even more comfortable.

This location is perfect. It was so loud outside but once inside you can not hear a thing. We locked ourselves out of the safe and they were more than happy to come and help us out twice!

We had to ask for a cleaning kit as they had not given us anything. Be advised although it states it has a kitchen which is does unlike other places you are not provided with any basic things like salt/pepper. So if you intend to use the kitchen be warned that you need to have your own provisions.

One of the nicest places I've stayed in. Bright, airy, clean, quiet even on a Friday night with a crowded bar outside. Note that I was on the courtyard side, and was upgraded to a larger room rather than the studio. The hallways were wide, the elevator was always free, and once I was in the front door I had no issues getting to my room in a wheelchair. The location was great too, right by the train station and easy access to the river.

The front door is a pain to get through if you're using a wheelchair, as it was split in two and I needed to open both parts instead of just one. I needed to unlock two heavy bolts on the second half of the door to get in and out each time. In the flat itself, some of the storage was very high up. I'm 5 foot 6, and I would have needed to stand on a chair to get the glasses in the back of the top kitchen cupboard or into the safe. Everything else was reachable from standing height.

The property is on a very busy street with bars/cafes and we actually did not see the main door at first. The apartment was on a courtyard so we were not disturbed by noise. The bars close early enough. The bed was a folding bed and we only discovered that when we received the email for the code. but that was no problem. It was very comfortable. Just that it was not clear at reservation. The process to check in and out and get the code for the main door & apartment is straight forward. There is no reception only online. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and even a washy machine with a little cleaning pack and a nespresso.

The location is perfect as there are pleny of food options and bars around. The old city isn't far either. The area is busy without being too noisy. The apartment was pristine, extremely confortable with enough facilities that we would have happily stayed there longer. Beautiful building, we would definitely be back. We even received a welcome pack with drinks + food but also enough to do our wash etc.

The sound proofing could be better as you can hear it all through the front door of your room. It is often the case with buildings like these renovated with new air circulation systems. We were also just next to the team offices and the linen room on the first floor so noise started early everyday. I do not know if it's the same on every floor. There was no noise issue with the room next door though. Can't complain about anything else.

We had a fantastic stay at this excellent accommodation. The location was so perfect - it was so close to everything. On exiting the accommodation, you are straight onto a street with lovely bars and restaurants. It was really easy to visit local attractions by foot as they were all within easy reach. There was a great vibe in this area which continued into the evening but when the windows were closed in the evenings, you couldn't hear a single sound from the street. We cannot fault this accommodation and look forward to returning.
