The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful! Location was perfect - about a 20 minute walk to the train station and 30 minute to Alhambra. Quick walk to the city center for lots of restaurant options and attractions. Great Value for the price of the room.

The bed was quite soft and the area can have some noise. This didn't bug me, but could affect some people. The pictures of the room are a bit misleading. Nothing too drastic but the rooms aren't all the same so don't expect an exact match.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The single room was comfortable and spacious enough for one person. Central location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and main sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and talking through main points of interest upon check in. Although the property might be a little dated as mentioned by other reviews, this didn’t impact my stay in the least. Would definitely recommend.

Hardly a big deal but a mini fridge and/or kettle in the room would have been great.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city. Everything is close - restaurants, shopping area, supermarket, bus stop. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Very nice and friendly staff. They were ready to answer all questions and to give good advices. They are there for the whole 24 hours. There is no breakfast, but you can have a kettle in the room and you can buy water and soft drinks in the lobby. The hotel has an elevator.

The location was central and in a prime area. The room was clean and nice.

We booked early and we were charged higher price. When we entered booking.com was showing room availability at less than half. The parking space they reserved for us was 700 meters away also not open 24X7. We had to leave at 7am on the day of checkout and had to coordinate a lot with the parking attendant for the same. Rest was ok.

A small hotel in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral, situated on a pedestrian street but without much noise. The room was spacious, with all necessary amenities, clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are grocery stores nearby, as well as plenty of bars, restaurants, and pastry shops.

Very nice staff, excellent location, right in the city center. Big room with plenty of space, bathroom is also spacious.

The walls have no sound insulation, you can hear neighbors' rooms very well. Main door has a gap under, so we hear a lot of noise from elevator and people walking the aisle, as its floor is covered with tiles, not carpet. Very annoying when people come late at night to their rooms.

The hotel and hotel room is very clean. The room is big, many windows, many mirrors, very comfy bed and linen. All personnel very nice with us. Location is perfect.

Unfortunately our room smelled of sigarette once we arrived. Once advising the reception they set an ozone machine in our room (apparently there were no other rooms available?) which made disappear the smell. Unfortunately, every time we came back to the room the smell had come back so we thought it came from the walls. Without this cigarette smell, the stay would have been 10/10.

Personal bias, but since it’s an old estate, the vibe can be a bit eerie. Also, facilities are not as stable. I had to move to another room as the AC of my original room was broken. Before checking out, the hair dryer was not working too

Location is great, room was super clean though quite basic. Staff was very helpful and friendly! There is an elevator, read some reviews which stated otherwise.

Walls are quite thin, so light sleepers may want to prepare with earplugs. My windows were to the street, so heard street cleaners etc. Not a big deal for me, I closed the window and was fine but might be important to some.

The Location was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and provided us with maps and guidance throughout the stay. We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Sacromonte and commuting through the city.

It would have been great to have coffee and tea/ kettle at the room with mugs for hot drinks. While it is not mandatory, it would have made the experience much better!
