Really nice hotel with friendly staff! Sergio is definitely a big asset to the hotel, he was really friendly and helpful, every morning he greeted us with a smile and was happy to chat with us about our day. The roof top bar staff members were also great, unfortunately, didn’t catch their names. In our first room the ac didn’t work so we got moved to a different room with no issues at all. The room was spacious and it was cleaned and towels changed daily. The pool on the roof is decent size and there are enough sun loungers as well. Not only they have a gym, pool and sauna they also had table tennis and pool table which was great. There is a room of computers for guests to use and also a book shelf for guests to borrow a book whilst they are staying. At the time of our stay they were doing some renovation on the roof top so maybe they will have even more things to offer for their guests. There are loads and loads of food places around the hotel and also short distance to the beach so the location of the hotel is great. You can also get a towel from the reception for the beach or roof top pool. The hotel is only 40 minutes on the bus from the airport and the bus stops are nearby. The hotel also offer guided day tours around the island where you can’t get by the bus, we tried a few of them and really enjoyed them. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Same as other reviews I would suggest to put a mini fridge in the room.

Location is excellent, right next to playa de la Canteras (where all the beach and restaurants are located), and also convenient pickup point for day tours. There’s a taxi stand right outside and a bus stop in 10mins walk. There’s also a supermarket right next to the hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner with lots of choices. Generous supply of toiletries. The price is excellent for all these offerings. The hotel reception staff are very knowledgeable about the surroundings and have plentiful ideas of suggestions for sightseeing.

The walls are a bit thin and when people talk loudly along the corridor it is quite noisy.

Reception fast and efficient, very polite and helpful, accommodated my request for floor 4 to be nearer pool. Lovely warm pool on the top floor, also well stocked bar, had my Liqor 43!! Lovely cafe con leche and not expensive for drinks, there's a pool table too and lovely city views from top floor. Food choices in restaurant excellent and plentiful. We had breakfast and dinner, lots of choice for drinks at breakfast available and fresh fruit for both, staff in restaurant very attentive. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, very comfy beds. We had a wee indoor balcony in the room which was good for fresh air and a bit of a sea view. Room had air con too. Big well done to Viktor on reception who is a fabulous member of staff, always cheerful and helpful and Paola on the bar was bubbly and engaging, there were others but didn't get name's. Will definitely book again if visiting the area and look at other Bull Hotels in GC *****

Not a lot of different choices of beer in the bar, possibly could do with a couple of different bottles? Understand its not a big bar however and everything was excellent otherwise, nothing to change!! :)

1st of all the great asset of this hotel is their staff especially the reception team - very helpful, very accomodating and very hospitable. Helped us a lot with booking taxis and gives directions when we need. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Swimming pool is nice but can be more heated during winter/spring times but still good for a swim, rooftop bar and seating very comfortable me and my family goes here at the end of the day to bond and relax. Gym and sauna available. Dinner different food every night, some night have better options. But tasty enough. They clean our room everyday and gives toiletries. No kettle in the room but you can ask the reception and they will give you one. Lobby is comfortable and homey, dinning room nice colour and ambience.

Room is dated, bathroom needs more attention to cleaning. More sunbeds. More pillows at least 2 per bed would be nice. Small triple room, not much space for our bags and luggage.

The hotel is located very centrally, close to the beach and the bus station. Comfortable, clean room and bed, quiet although at times there was some noise I think from the pool / lounging area on the roof but only during day / evening and it didn't disturb me. Although I didn't use it, the pool area and the bar on the roof looked nice. Breakfast buffet is quite ordinary, but plentiful and a good thing to have. A safe is available in the room and the rent was at this time a very affordable 2 eur/day. Friendly staff.

Great location just a few minutes from the quieter part of Canteras beach. Best thing about the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Special thanks to Anders on the reception who gave us a warm welcome and useful recommendations when we arrived late on New Year’s Eve. Also a special mention to Erik and Juanma on the rooftop bar who gave us great customer service and made us feel very welcome. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast was good and the room basic but clean. We would have liked a fridge in the room. We’ll definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Gran Canaria.

A small fridge in the room would have been useful.

Everything was nice - the staff were friendly, the room was nice, it was so good that the pool was heated otherwise it wood be too cold to swim, the food in the restaurant was good too even for vegetarians and the prices were adequate too. We also liked that the beach was so close and many shops and restaurants nearby. And it was such a great weather and the sea was so warm!

The food in the hotel's restaurant was varied enough for vegetarians, but we really missed some sauce for the dinner. There was this great sauce from fresh tomatoes for breakfast, but only mayonnaise/ketchup/mustard for the dinner and we don't like those very much. The interior of the hotel seemed a bit out of date, but if it was all new and fancy there would be a different price for the stay.

Very comfortable bed. As for food, I enjoyed meat and salads. The location of the hotel is just perfect, a few steps from the store and the beach. Surprisingly, the bonus was to find a huge rooftop terrace with a cute mini pool. Good place for the evening to watch sunset.

The furniture is pretty old-fashioned, but it still works well, especially cupboard and bed. As for food, I didn't like how the fish was cooked, kind of so boring that you don't want to take it. The fruit selection could be much better.

It is a good tourist class hotel. Hotel facilities are fine, cannot see any reasons to complain. I had an accomodation package which included three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. At first I was a little bit sceptical about the offer with this relatively cheap price (accomodation+ 3 meals for 2 persons cost 100 eur per day). In reality it was marvellous- large variety of food in every meal and so in every day!! I highly recommend!! Transport connection from the hotel to different parts of the town very convinient. Bus stops 200m from the hotel (opposite direction to the sea). Different buses to St Catalina and the old Las Palmas. Bus ticket costs 50 eurocents (if u buy 20 trips ticket).

swimming pool- unfortunately towels were not provided when visiting the swimming pool. It means you have to take it from your room.

I really like the hotel as i it was close to the beach, i enjoy the breakfast and dinner that was provide and the staff was very kind and respectful.

My only issue was that the Air conditioner was a bit annoying as it would turn on for 5 sec every 10 o 20 minutos which means you would still be hot and if youre a light sleeper like myself it means it will take you a longer time to fall asleep.
