Everything, from the friendly staff, the view on the pool and the very clean and the beautifully mantained property. There is the possibility to do your loundry in the nearby structure and some restaurants as well as the sand dunes are at walking distance.

Only a few small flaws like the freezer door that wouldn’t close properly and the shower that had some minor issues. Also, ideally it would have been practical to find salt, sugar and oil in the kitchen.

We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful zesty colours of the cute villas and beautiful plants and trees all around. The two pools were very big and perfect for a swim with more than enough loungers for all guests.it was great to have the option of a free bus to maspalomas and Play del Ingles. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our villa was very well presented with nice beds and televisions and good wifi. Everything we needed for self catering was available. It was fantastic to have an on-site mini market too. Overall we were very very pleased with our stay and would come back here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only thing we can think of what may have improved our stay would have been air conditioning. While ceiling fans were very good. This is the only thing that would have improved the experience of our stay.

Cleaners did a good job , pool always had free sun beds and space, relaxed and quiet by second pool.

Cockroaches and lack of air con (fan upstairs was about half as powerful as downstairs so was hot during the night so had to sleep cramp on sofa bed).

Fantastic pool, one of them heated. It's great for swimming but also for kids. The bungalows are very cozy, with two floors, balcony and small front yard / terrace. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, at reception, restaurant and facility managers. Breakfast was very good. Despite a lot of people, we never had the feeling that it's too crowded. We had some neighbors who are there for 1-2 months, while cooking for themselves and not using the catering options. Our 2-year daughter also felt entertained by the pool, the playground, the turtles and the cats.

Dinner could be better. We missed better descriptions (e.g. there was always soup but no sign what kind of soup), better vegetarian options (e.g. pasta was sometimes only offered with bolognese sauce), and overall better quality (e.g. freshness).

Very nice and clean. Good beds and bed linen. The kitchen is well equipped. The heated pool is an absolute game changer!! Highly recommend! We were feeling very secure during our stay. We were staying at no 94 and it was very comfortable, not much sun light hitting this bungalow, but due to it the room temperature was very comfortable all day long. Location is perfect, very close to the Dunes, the beach and the promenade. On site parking is good too, there is also a bigger car park on the other side of the road, 1 min walk from the hotel.

The sounds insulation is very poor, we heard everything our neighbours were talking about and all noises they were making. The drying rack on the balcony is way too small, I would suggest hotel to supply a bigger free standing drying rack .

Super good location (especially if you rent a car)! Couple minutes to beautiful Maspalomas Beach! You can also take a bus there! Loved cozy bungalow type houses. Very thin walls though 😅 little kitchen with all you need! Two swimming pools. One is heated where is absolute bonus! Very clean! Lots of cats!

No Washington machine on site, you need to go to other hotels for that. Not convenient. We went self catering as plenty good places to eat around. I Have read not to eat in a hotel. However one day we want a quick lunch after a morning trip. We thought as it’s waited service, food can’t be that bad! Of how wrongly we were. Food was as from buffet. Awful. Absolutely do not recommend. Please avoid eating here.

Excellent accommodation with 2 fantastic large swimming pools. There are plenty of sun loungers. Rooms were clean, spacious,and modern. Bungalows were cute and looked beautiful from the outside. One bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds along with another room upstairs with a huge king-size bed. The lounge also had a sofa bed if required. The buffet on the evening was great if you wanted to have it on the odd night. Free parking is available right outside, along with a huge overflow carpark over the road at the sister hotel. Lots of wardrobe space for clothes. We had room 128, which was great as it was fully shaded and protected the rooms slightly from the heat. Excellent facilities after check out, including a large shower, toilet, and dressing area to use with towles before leaving for the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Real shame that there is no air conditioning at this property as it does get VERY hot in the summer. Each room has a ceiling fan, but they don't do much at all. Would be great to see this installed as it's one of the only real negatives. The fridge was also not very cold, and there was no way to make it any colder. Drinks that were in there for days were still not ice cold.

I love many things about Cordial Green Golf. I have stayed there three times now, twice with friends and the most recent with kids. Staff are great & friendly. Place is kept very well, plenty of peace at the pool area, plenty of sun loungers, big pools, and accommodation is spacious and relaxing. Kids loved the animals around the place. Cats, turtle pond, and one night, a Hedgehog even gave us a visit. Air conditioning was great in rooms. Lovely welcome gift, which was a nice touch. While staying there, I signed up to become a member because I know I will be back again.

There is no iron. You can hire a steam iron at reception for €30 which I was told wasn't refundable. Just take a travel iron with you, I forgot this time. There's nothing really to write here as we all loved our stay, including the kids (12 & 6) who have said they don't want to stay anywhere else, and this was their first visit.

Evreting is excellent. Very good located, big resort with amazing pool and decorations. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be found it at the resort and are amazing at accessibility prices . Many thanks for evreting it was another excellent year at the resort.

The fact of not having a living room mirror is very important for people who are coming in holiday for taking photos from they memories with friends. The mirror from the bedroom is not enough being positioned in a space where you can really get group photos. I think it is an amazing idea they to improve this having a big mirror in the living room for creating group friends' memories.
