First and foremost, I would like to emphasize the quality of the personnel. They were extremely helpful and kind. We had a request upon checkin about the room, they fulfilled it. We had a problem in the room and they reacted immediately and efficiently. So in this respect, the hotel is a 5 star. I also would like to emphasize the parking. They have in an underground parking garage dedicated places. Upon arrival, you get a card with the number of your place. Therefore, there is no surprise of not finding an available place. The last one to mention is the location: next to the beach of the ocean.

I was thinking a lot about mentioning it, but to be objective, I have to mention that we had cockroaches in one of the rooms (this is what the staff reacted promptly and efficiently). It is not necessarily the fault of the hotel you have them also outside and they can easily come in. In the other room btw., there was no such issue. Other than this, there was no issue.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

They do not provide an electric kettle in the room so every time we had to warm up our baby’s food we had to go to the restaurant which sometimes was closed. This was very annoying. Sometimes when we were in the restaurant waiting for the water to warm up we were checked carefully by one of the waiters as if we were there to steal the food, this was not nice as we felt treated like thieves.

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the boardwalk and town. The room was reasonably comfortable and very quiet at night.

The hotel lacks a good restaurant. The food we had was mediocre at best. There are no ‘little touches ‘ that say you are appreciated. Although they were accommodating when we asked for a coffee maker. One should be aware of the restaurant bills on the boardwalk. It is not uncommon to be grossly overcharged.

The people who work at the breakfast restaurant are extremely nice. The gentleman with curly hair who seems to be.in.charge is so friendly and genuine and happy and very nice. The young ladies who also work in the breakfast restaurant are also very welcoming with a beautiful smile. The location of the hotel is amazing, and the food is really good as well.

I contacted the hotel online as I wanted to know if I left my phone charger as I wanted to pick it up later, but I did not get a reply.but it s okay, it does not matter as I know they are busy

As a frequent traveler to Gran Canaria we used to stayed in 5 star hotel on the south of the island. Unfortunately the hotel changed the policy and now is adult only hotel. As we always travelling with our son we decide to stay in NH imperial Playa in north part of the island and such a discover! Very comfy and clean room with spectacular views from the balcony. Location the best in Las Palmas. Fantastic and very professional staff always with smile. We discovered the best hotel in the island. Thank you for a lovely stay and we are looking forward to spend Christmas in NH Imperial Playa Las Palmas

On the beach - however, also close to many restaurants. Which is great to go and eat out. Logically, the noise from the restaurants is there. Not drastic (Feb), I can not speak for the summer months. Usually, during the weekdays after 22:00 it was ok. We stayed from Tuesday till Sathurday - so I can speak only for the night from Friday till Sathurday (which was a bit worse than the weekdays).

venue is on best place - location, location, location! we were arriving on 5th January and traditional celebration is starting just in front of the hotel! great views during breakfast, possibility to swim ... all and it is in the area where there is so many great bars and restaurants. great location for visit

our room was having view to the wall ... but ok, it didn't bother us so much as other views were great

I only had a lunch one day which was acceptable. Loved the location and the staff were more than helpful. I asked for a change of room and it was done without any difficulties.

I think as a 4 star tea and coffee making facilities could be provided in the room. I did ask and a kettle and a few coffee sachets were provided. I was told if I wanted milk I would have to buy in the supermarket. Not a good look.

The location was fantastic, the room was nice clean and the most important the ac where working marvellous , and the reception were very nice and friendly .

No parking facilities and no information about how to enter to the hotel Because the property is in a pedestrian street and we didn’t know that you could drive thru to leave the suitcases

Great location right by the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, staff all very friendly and very clean. Breakfast was fine and you can ask for cooked eggs and bacon if you want.

Only thing is you need to ask for coffee and tea making facilities at reception if you want, which I find a little odd as it was advertised as standard when I booked the room.
