My check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and during check-out, one of the employees even helped carry my luggage to the taxi. He went above and beyond by communicating my destination to the taxi driver in the local language and did so without expecting any tips. • Prime Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right in the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area and very close to transportation. • Thoughtful Room Design: The room was designed efficiently, making the best use of every inch, and providing a comfortable and welcoming space.

Inconsistent Shower Temperature: My only concern was with the shower. The water temperature was unstable—it would suddenly switch from hot to cold mid-shower. This was especially inconvenient since I was staying during the winter when the weather was very cold.

1.need to be careful that I nearly be locked outside of the building after 1am return they only give your the electric door key, while other residents of this building have physical key of the gate and have chance to lock you outside, electric key can't do anything and no one can help you, luckily I meet a guy who own the key when he was returning to this building 2. outside very noice around 3pm 4pm when some drunk guys across the main road

The location is perfect for getting you around to the main things - 2 minutes away from Gran Via. It might be an issue if you don't like crowds as it's a very circulated area, but I couldn't hear noises from outside in my room so that was fine. My room was kind of small (which I expected based on what I read about the hostel) but super clean. The staff was friendly.

My room didn't have natural light (it was a single room), so that turned out to be very depressing - maybe that's a minor thing to other people, but I am mentioning it here. Also, I couldn't hear any noise from outside (which was great), but I could hear noises from inside the hostal quite close (when someone would go at the reception etc.) so keep this in mind.

Location is excellent, it's right in the heart of the city, the entrance to the building is from one of the main pedestrian streets. However, there is no problem with the noise as my windows were facing inside court. The room is very small but if you just need a place to sleep and don't plan on spending daytime in the hotel that's for sure not a problem. The room was modern and felt quite cozy.

The windows are facing inside roof which provides very little natural light to the room, not to speak about the view of course. So if you want to spend time in the hotel apart from sleeping maybe it's a good idea to think about somewhere else. If you only here to sleep, however, I see no problem.

The hostal is 50 mts from Gran Vía and from the metro station Gran Vía. Location is excellent. Very important to request an inside room because the first time I had a lovely balcony looking to the street but couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The amenities are simple and okay. The bed is very comfortable and the room was clean. I would have loved to have a small refrigerator but no such luck.

The building has an elevator but to get to it you have to go down or up a short flight of stairs. Not very easy with suitcases.

Great little hotel in a prime location, walking distance from a lot of attractions as well as public transport, supermarket etc..

Only thing I didnt like was the fact the room didnt have a small refridgerator. For an extended stay, always good to provide one so guests can buy their own items rather than having to eat out every day.

The location is excellent! This place is right in the center of Madrid. The rooms are very well isolated from noise and fairly clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The bath cabin didn't close, so the bathroom got wet every time we took a shower, not a big deal but definitely something very easy to solve probably with a curtain?

Best stay option which we had in Madrid for many years. It is a typical affordable hostel, common for large Spanish cities, but every aspect, like room size, cleanness, mattress, sound insulation etc was better. The location is also great, close to tourist "essentials" but also a few steps from the bohemian residential neighborhoods.

We would prefer softer towels.

location. location! its right across gran via station. the room is basic but modern, clean. Thats all i need for short stay.

there are some stairs to go to lobby floor because lift dont have access to! its fine if you have a big luggage with you. Lobby area is very small. No sitting area. Reception staffs dont speak English well. But again its the price you’ve paid for.

The location is exceptional! It is very close to Gran Via and the Metro and Buses. The bed was comfy, the bathroom is a little small but it's good. I will totally recommend and I'd stay there again!

At first it was a little hard to find the Hostel, because it is on the third floor of the building, so at first I wasn't really sure I was in the right place
