All as expected from the brochure. Breakfast was very good and a wide variety of items. Reception staff were extremely helpful booking a restaurant for dinner and directions to various places.

There was no on site restaurant. The website specifically stated Restaurant, a photo of the dining room also shown. This turned out to be the breakfast room. The website needs to be updated as we booked thinking a restaurant would be available. This was the only criticism we would have. Everything else was excellent.

It has an excellent location, the room at night was super quiet, so I could have a great sleep, breakfast was very good, and staff was polite

The only thing that would improve the experience would be to have a little fridge at the bedroom

Excellent location, 2 min walk from Opera Metro Linear 2 and a number of places to see and visit. Comfortable room and friendly staff, overall an excellent location for a city break to Central Madrid. Would highly recommend a trip to San Miguel market food hall.

This hotel was perfectly located for our 3 day trip to Madrid. It is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, museums, bus and metro stations. The room was somewhat small, but the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable, plus the bathroom was fully stocked with towels and shower products. The hotel staff were extremely polite and on our arrival we required an iron and ironing board. I requested this from reception, and both were promptly delivered to our room by staff. The main reason for our trip to Madrid was so that my son, who is a massive Real Madrid supporter could visit the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. I went to reception and asked the lady present the best option to travel to the stadium. Yaniéa ( I hope I've spelt the name correctly) went out of her way to draw the route on a map and circled the station that we needed to board and counted out the number of stops before we were due to get off for the Bernabéu. I thought this was very nice as she was aware that it was our 1st visit to Madrid and also it was very important to my 12 year old soccer fanatic son. All in all the staff were brilliant and on our last day one of the other receptionists who was working on the morning of the 4th July (I can't remember her name) made sure we were informed about our best travel option to return to the airport.... All in all, we can't wait to go back....

Clean, friendly, super comfy beds, amazing location

You could sometimes hear the toad noise, but just close the shutters properly and it’s fine, you’re up early exploring the city anyway

Location is amazing, just off La Rambla. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Our room faced the street with a tiny balcony, which was charming. Easy walk to the Cathedral, on-off buses, taxis, etc. the place is clean with efficient staff. There is breakfast and a cocktail hour we did not take advantage of but great to know that's an option.

It was really a fine place. Decor could use some updating and our toilet was not fully attached to the floor.

Really friendly hotel, great central location, walking distance to main sights or metro station. Very clean and comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. Loved the blinds which meant a great night's sleep. I left my luggage for a few hours which was really handy and everything was very professional.

There was nothing at all I didn't like, it was quite a small room which was perfect for just me but might have been a bit of a squash for two.

The hotel is a beautiful, well-maintained building (make sure to check out the staircase). Great location, right around the corner from the Opera and the Royal Palace. Friendly and polite staff with lots of useful advice. We'll stay here again next time we're in Madrid.

It's evident in the photos and the room description, the bedroom itself is on the smaller side, so maybe not the best option for a couple.

It was in a great location. I did almost everything on foot. The room was always cool, which is what I needed in the Madrid heat. The shower was great, as were all the other appliances. Super comfortable bed.

i couldn't remember that it was a twin bed and not a bigger one, so that was a bit disappointing. a room with no proper window is a bit sad as well. for the money i paid, i wish i could've gotten a regular room and not a smaller sized one

The location was amazing, the metro station is 2 mins away. There is a convenience store right across the street. Restaurants are very close. The staff was amazing! I asked about the transportation and they handed me a transportation card ready to be charged and used.
