Loved the ambiance / really relaxed feel

The beds weren’t made well. Every night the sheets ended up off the bed as they weren’t fitted sheets. We could’ve done with more of a choice of freshly cooked food. Lots of refurbishment going on which we weren’t told about when we booked.

Location and hotel is fantastic. I've visited previously and can see improvements have been made, for example, rooms decorated and new restaurants. Sunsets are amazing. It's so peaceful and lovely to walk to the bars and shops on the sea front. Restaurant staff were lovely and were very personable.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room as there were cigarette ends that hadn't been cleaned, and I am a non-smoker. It was an oversight. If this was my first time, it may have put me off however I have been before, and I know this doesn't always happen. Patio door also needed attention. Which was within 30mins.

BREAKFAST WAS WORTH UPGRADE TO PRIVELEGE IN GAUDI RESTAURANT. HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS,GREAT FOR MOBILITY SCOOTER. VERY PEACEFUL LOCATION WITH GREAT SUNSET VIEWS. SAFE AREA. JAPANESE RESTAURANT WORTH A VISIT. VERY COMFY BEDS AND PILLOWS, GREAT SPA TO GO TO WHEN ITS RAINING.

MORE OF A SELECTION OF SNACKS IN PRIVELEGE LOUNGE WOULD BE NICE. ITALIAN RESTAURANT WAS OK. BALCONY IN ROOM NEVER GOT THE SUN. PERHAPS MORE ENTERTAINMENT TO SUIT A YOUNGER PERSON.

The Privilege Facilities were out of the world and worth every penny. The food at the a la carte restaurants were awesome and so were the choice of drinks at the multiple on site bars. Staff were super professional and friendly.

Though we were Privilege customers, we tried the buffet restaurant a couple of times. The quality of food falls a bit short of standard, in particular the breakfast. The buffet restaurant also felt a bit understaffed.

We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Drinks at the pool were overpriced, considering there isn't waiter service. The website link to the services available in the hotel is confusing and not user-friendly.

The swimming pools were very good: clean and spacious - 4 to choose, 1 heated, all salty. The hotel caters for those with coeliac and other dietary conditions. There was an extensive menu to cater for all food tastes at both breakfast and dinner The hotel location is excellent - close to Maspalomas but quiet and spacious surroundings and great views over the sea and golf course

Nothing in particular.

Calm, large room, nice view, perfect location, large bathroom with walkin shower. Swimming pools are very nice, not crowed, losts of room. Beach is cool, required around 100 steps to reach but perfect.. Nice excllent restaurants close to the beach.

Bed are very large yet much too soft for my taste. half course is not OK, food is below average with limted choices. Breakfast is standard.

Clean ,comfortable, good facilities and excellent food.

Directional signage could have been better as this is a large hotel and the first few days can be quite confusing. I booked a premium room which was very good but no view and did not have direct sunlight but hotel managed to get another room which suited us well.

Good size rooms. Great location. Quiet, a little walk away along the promenade from the main strip of restaurants. Lovely views out to sea, from the pool areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent food. Comfortable beds, great shower.

Really only one thing… needs better pillows. It’s rated as a 5 star hotel, prices are also 5*, but has 3 star pillows. Not feather so hypoallergenic, but lumpy/not good quality so not very comfortable.

We stayed in room 707 which had a lovely view of the sea, the pool and the hotel. We decided to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary here as we came here in 2018 to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary and honeymoon. It was a nice touch that the hotel left Champagne in our room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. There was alot of choice when it came to breakfast which was buffet style and we did have dinner on 2 nights as well, also with a good food selection. We also booked a couples massage with Fran and Lara. It was the best massage ever. All in all we had a lovely stay.

My husband would have liked a kettle in the room as he does love his morning tea but everything else was fine. One last note and I know that this is not a reflection of the hotel or staff as they were wonderful but as a women of colour (I am black ) even my husband who is white became very aware of the stares. I found it very uncomfortable to be stared at all of the time by the other guests. I tried to ignore it but it did get abit much at times, however that doesn't mean that I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.
