Nice modern room, spacious always cleaned well

Water not available in the room or Kettle for coffee tea

We like the location - close enough to the old centre but had a more local feel - and we particularly liked Bar Monaco just up the road. The bathroom was a good size and the room and whole hotel were very clean and fresh in decor. Breakfast was simple but good and plenty to set us up for the day.

Room was a bit smaller than we expected from the photos on booking.com. Pool on roof is very small - again not expecting anything significant - but more a large plunge pool than a swimming pool.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, the room I had was big, bathroom was great, bed was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

The bathroom I had has a small terrace in front of it where people can actually see me when I’m in the bathroom. The curtains do not fully cover the glass panel of the door in front of bathroom.

Quirky little hotel with a surprisingly good little restaurant, Boira which provided an excellent value and filling breakfast. They also did a really good evening tapas and beer deal at 5 pm The bedrooms were a reasonable size and provided no frills comfort. Plenty of very hot water and large bathroom. The staff were helpful and unfailing polite.

The location was in an out of town poorer area though at night there was always a police presence on the big roundabout which dominated the square. It was a brisk 10 minute walk to reach the Plaza Mayor. The swimming pool was being refurbished so couldn’t go on the roof terrace to see the view ( too cold for swimming!) There was always a coffee machine for small espressos but no kettle or large cups

Spotless clean and comfortable hotel, close to the city center with wonderful staff - Luisa was wonderful!. Room was into patio calm and quiet, with window and door one could open. Walk in proper shower, highly appreciated. Rather small room, but bright and neat. Staff very accommodating and smiling. No problems, only solutions attitude. A nice sunny well organised roof terrace. Somewhat pricey hotel, but justifyable by the good quality of everything.

Limited selecrion of breakfast options, but food on offer was very good quality, tasty and healthy. Same for the menu of the restaurant, also limited, but everything on it was good quality and tasty. For a week+ stay somewhat limited options, probably perfect for 3 days.. 😊

The hotel has a really nice ambience, it is quiet, clean and nicely decorated. It has a roof top terrace with small pool which is probably nice in summer (I did not had the change to spend time there). The breakfast is served at the table, you have to choice between 2 out of 4 options plus you get fresh orange juice and fruit salad... it was really delicious. It takes a bit longer to have breakfast that way but it is a great way to start your day. There is a water station where you can fill your water bottle, which is a nice extra feature. The staff is really welcoming and helpfull.

The doors to the room give directly into the hallway, when I stayed at the hotel it was really calm and quiet but I can imagine that, during summer, noise from the hallway can be heard in the room.

A great hotel with a cool location. The staff is simply superb; we were greeted by the wonderful employee Evgeny at the entrance, who was always ready to help and suggest activities. The room was cleaned every day and was in excellent condition. The hotel has its own nice bar with breakfast options, as well as a gym. It is not far from the central bus station, where you can take a bus to any part of the island, and also close to the city center.

Possibly not the best choice for those who come exclusively for the sea, as it's about a 20-minute walk to the shoreline.

Nou Baleares completely caught me by surprise. I knew what I had booked, but it was far better than I expected to be. Room is very spacious, it’s arranged nicely and it has all the facilities that you may think. Location: 10/10- very close to city center Staff was incredibly friendly and smiley. I loved interacting with them. And the restorant is 10/10. Best food I had in Palma

The general decor of the hotel was outstanding. Old building sympathetically restored with a modern, stylish twist . Our bedroom was spacious and very beautiful. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant. Roofto terrace with a smill plunge pool- much appreciated in the very hot weather!! All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding area not great but only 5 minutes walk into old town.

Nothing really

Great location walking distance to all the highlights. Even though it bordered a sketchy area, we never felt unsafe. The staff were amazing! Natalie at the front desk was excellent and went above and beyond, making our stay so enjoyable. Helped with our car rentals, train schedules, and recommending restaurants. Luciana, our waitress in the restaurant was also very sweet. Breakfast was very good.

Some noise at night due to surrounding area. Their restaurant breakfast was great, but because it was not included with our room rate, we didn't get free coffee refills.
