Very good breakfast selection, tasty food! Jovana, working at the omelette station, is a hard working person, greets and smiles , she is the embodiment of the word " hospitality". A true asset to your orgaznization ! The renovated room was very nice, clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the " welcome" bottle of complimentary sparkling wine ! The housekeeper was friendly and helpful !

While we understand that the people clearing the tables during the breakfast service are working hard as well, at least some basic hospitality towards your guests should be shown. Pointing towards a plate and asking " finished?" without saying at least a " good morning" or a " buenos dias" is not much of a friendly service.

A good value three star hotel. I had an 11th floor room with modern facilities and nice outlook. Breakfast food and environment good. All staff very pleasant.

The room was not serviced during my three day stay

I just spended a week in a bubble there with my best friend : Spacious room with a balcony with 2 singles beds ( as requested ). Room was cleaned everyday + fresh towels. Very nice breakfast and dinner buffet with a lot of choice. Animations all day every day with the best animation team ( big up to them, they put a lot of effort to entertain us :))) ! All the staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. I highly recommend and would definitely love to come back !!

-Some gluten-free bread on the breakfast buffet would be highly appreciated. -The remote of the TV was not working well and we never found how to put on the Chromecast system.

The breakfast was super good with lot of choices to pick from! Location also really nice, the closest beach not that good for swimming (gorgeus sunsets!!) but to the fine sand beaches only 15-20 min walk. The staff was super friendly and nice, so were the cleaning ladies. Pool area was good too!

The balcony door didnt really keep the noise from the outside out, they should be replaced, so i recommend earlblugs! Also the walls are thin so if your next door neighbors decide to watch tv on high volume (like mine did 😂) you will hear it too.

I recently stayed at this pretty hotel in sunny Tenerife and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with beds that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The hotel itself is charming, with lovely decor and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food - both breakfast and dinner offered an incredible variety of choices, catering to all tastes. Everything was fresh, delicious and well-presented. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service and amazing time in Tenerife!

Breakfast was amazing - full buffet, chef on site cooking your eggs the way you like them and making pancakes! Champagne at breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, bread, rolls, everything you can imagine! Rooms were as expected - good spacious enough for a duble room. Massive shower head - amazing. 2 chairs and table on balcony. We were on fifth floor Location - about 8 minutes walk to the strip - lots of resturats and pubs around. It is at the top of a hill so if there are accessibility issues be mindful of this although it isn't that steep and quite manageable

Rooms could have been cleaned a little better - had to ask for fresh towels on a number of occasions Other than this I really couldn't fault the hotel and would definitelt stay here again.

Breakfast : Nice selection of hot and cold options as well a pastries and a chef for eggs/omelettes. Dinner : Nice selection of foods, could do with a bigger drinks menu similar to the bar next door. Premium pool : On the roof of the main building, fantastic open space, quiet. Room : Beds were huge and comfortable, air con and ceiling fan made sleeping comfortable. Quick walk to the bars/restaurants. Free parking opposite hotel with plenty of space.

Bacon at breakfast always burnt, not crispy, but cremated. Crepes only during the week, bit strange. Shower door was glass, as was the bathroom door and they both opened into each other, could get messy! Shower door also leaked slightly at the bottom. Loose tiles up at the premium pool, not a danger but could cause some to lose balance.

We were party of two but still got apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are very basic with little outdated furniture but duvet was clean. Bathroom same little bit dated but was clean and did the job. We stayed just for 3 nights and house keeping was trying to clean the room but we declined as it was waste of their hard work as there was nothing to clean in our room tbf. Hotel lobby and restaurant looks clean, again nothing spectacular. We had breakfast included and it was nice. Plenty of choice and we always left feeling full and happy. Pool are is super clean and pool water was warm. Not sure if pool is heated or was it a sun but it was very pleasant. Overall good hotel for a decent price. I think I may come back for couple of days.

Air con in the room was not working. We were in room 356 on 3rd floor and you can’t really see the pool - just the solar panels. Room is above entertainment area so was super loud till midnight. Also we were cold at night so had to use blankets provided and they stink, so please wash them more often.

We like the ocean view. The breakfast was very good.

We couldn't sleep untill 4.00 AM because of the big noise from the Veronica's night club...and that happened every night.

We loved the rooftop pool. It became our go to place. It was very quiet and peaceful. Also the breakfast was amazing, so many options and generally it was delicious, The pool bar served the best drinks. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Over all the hotel and the room had a very modern look and gave us the wow efect when first walking in. Also the A/C worked perfectly.

The look of the hotel corridors didn't quite match the rooms. Looked a bit outdated. It didn't bother as that much though. Also the pool bar could have served food for a longer time period. Now it was only 2-3 hours. Also the safe in the room was expensive since it was 3 euros per day.
