The location was ideal,5 minute walk to the strip and beach. 5/10 minute walk to Siam park and Siam Mall. Most of the staff were very friendly. Lovely pool area and supermarkets right outside hotel. Room cleaned often.

The tv remote cost €10 to use and no hairdryer included in room, had to rent €3 per day of your stay and a €10 deposit on top of that (cash only). You also are not allowed rent it for one day at a time, you have to pay for as much days as your stay is even if you don’t need it everyday. There was a group of girls blaring music all day everyday and even when complained by several people the staff didn’t tell them to turn down the music or deal with the complaints. One of the staff members at reception was rude and not helpful, women( middle aged).

Really lovely hotel only 7 mins walk from the waterfront. Very useful corner shop outside. Staff speak good English and were very helpful. Lovely pool and snack bar. Rooms had everything you need for basic cooking and a good size fridge. Loved our sea view and view of the pool.

Only thing is the wifi didn't always connect. They also take a 150 euro deposit for the room and when you check out you have to wait for the room to be checked for the refund. Also no air-conditioning which was fine in March but maybe not in summer

Nice clean it's my favourite place in Tenerife very quiet. an elderly lady at reception who checked me early cause I had a new born baby and offer me a bottle of water for.my daughter she was very helpful with a smile that's why I gave 10 out of 10 even tho a yong reception lady wasn't nice talking some time she looked stressed and top up cleaning for 3 days wasn't good cleaner and other days was nice and clean. kitchen had everything what we need so yeah all good thanks to the maintenance team working hard fixing all issue and cleaning the pool ...

Everything was perfect apart from that It would be great if a cleaning supervisor checked after the cleaner when they do daily cleaning and thanks all for the hard work

The location is perfect. Great sea view and central and close to the beach yet quiet at night. Also close to bus station. The pool is excellent and always clean with plenty of sunbeds. No music which can be annoying when trying to read or relax.

There are not much in the way of facilities. There is a Pool Bar but it closes early and there does not appear to be many restaurant staff. They don't seem to do much business. A few years ago it used to be very busy with great waiter service. Possibly difficult to get staff after Covid. It would be great if bar and restaurant were open till 8pm and serving dinner. There used to be Table-Tennis, Pool and Crazy Golf but this is all gone which is a shame as have to go to other hotels or bars for game of pool. Apartments seem aimed at over 70's sometimes which is ok if you like it quiet.

Great hotel to stay in Playa de las Americas, near the main street. It is away from the main road so it is still very quiet. Room was big and clean, the kitchen fully equipped, a nice and clean bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool area and sea. Big parking lot in front of the hotel that belongs to the hotel, so parking spots were always available free of charge. Fast WiFi. Supermarket in front of the hotel, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Overall a great hotel for a great price. This was our third stay in this hotel and we will definitely come back.

The Hotel is located within a 5-minute walk from the beach. Just in front of the Hotel there is a large supermarket where you can find anything that you need. Aside from that in the area, there are a couple of local restaurants with really nice food. The hotel has a free parking lot which is very useful if you rent a car. I didn't use the Pool but the area looks very nice and clean from the balcony. All hotel rooms face the seaside and you can have some beautiful sunsets directly from your balcony.

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom even if it wasn't used for long time.

The pool was beautiful and kept very clean with a lifeguard and lots of sun loungers. Hotel was very accessible for mobility issues. Location was excellent with supermarkets outside and bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Electric went out in our room and we needed to move on our last night which was not ideal to pack up but apart from that enjoyed the stay.

This is a lovely hotel. Apartment was bigger than I expected. It was clean and had all the necessary extras to make my stay comfortable. Towels and rooms cleaned 5 out of 7 days.lovely poolside Apartment. Hotel is on a hill , but is very close to the beach and still far enough away from the action to allow a good night's sleep. Reception staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They are a credit to their profession. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely pool, clean room and friendly staff

I requested a late checkout as our flight was at night. The lady on reception the morning before did not seem interested and said there was no availability. I asked about a shower room to use. She said that the only shower was the pool showers and no soap could be used. This spoilt my last day which happened to be my birthday. That evening there was a man in reception, I think his name was Pedro. I asked him again could we pay for a late checkout. He said yes, no problem at all as our room had not been booked out. This was a relief but highlighted a massive difference in customer service.

We had a fabulous time at this little apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay, including a small kitchen, allowing us to prepare a few meals and save some money. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful and let us store our bags when we arrived too early for check-in. There was a beautiful looking pool, but we didn't swim in it. The complex felt nice and safe, and was just a couple of blocks from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. There were at least two supermarkets and a couple of eateries within a minute walk from the front door. Highly reccommend this apartment.
