Excellent facilities, great location, rooms were nice and clean.

Pair of designer sunglasses went missing from room. Cleaners went in to clean our room and when we came back in the glasses were gone from the table. Tried to find cleaners to ask if they seen them but could not find cleaners.

The staff is excellent, special thanks to the entertainment team, they made the holiday extra fun. Dani, your flying dunks are so much fun! The kids are very well minded in this hotel! The food is nice and the rooms are kept clean. All in all its a nice hotel!

The noise did not bother us very much, the rooms are small and the beds not very comfortable. Also, the 3rd bed is where a night stand should be and when moving at night you accidentally turn the light on. Very frustrating is the lack of available sun beds, being such a big hotel there are simply not enough.

The original room we had was very small and we were bit several times by mosquitos, which we think were in the room. The air con was none existent. The towels reserving sun beds by the pool was a bit out of hand but you get that most places. However when we asked to move room this was done without question.

Noise from bars nearby. Ask for even room no. in Block A or odd room no. in block B. The noisiest rooms are on the outer edges.

The hotel is located with an exit to the promenade, in center of Las Americas, near the beach, beautiful beaches nearby towards Costa Adeje. I had the room on the 10th floor with a superb view of the sea and a part from Las Americas. 2 swimming pools with sea view, pool bar. We had breakfast and dinner, good and tasty food, good quality drinks, sweets and fruits. Very kind staff.

Parking for 10-12 cars (but you can find on the streets, or other public parking places free of charge... walking 3 to 10 min) You should not leave the car near the Veronica Disco, the party keep till morning at 5 AM. The noise from the nearby Veronica disco club is very loud, you have to sleep with the door closed, even so you can hear it. Only in the morning after 5 AM can you hear the waves of the ocean. But it didn't bother us too much, and somehow compensated with the superb sea view.

The location is in the heart of the place was expecting it to be a bit noisy but didn’t experience any of that from our room. We had a partial sea view which was absolutely beautiful- thank you to the front desk who assigned it. Breakfast had plenty of choice for the children and many local restaurants near by for lunch and dinner. Good access to the free shuttle to take you around the area. Beach was clean and the area so vibrant . Most definitely would go again.

We had a great experience. It was a short trip, but a good one. This is what my daughter (5 year old) said - 2 things i loved about this place - Charlie - and go for swim. We had a situation where my daughter was the only child in the hotel during our stay, but the animation team was so great and entertained her all 3 days. Thanks to Charlie and the team. The food was great! I couldn't stop eating. Prepare yourself, not to sleep until evening entertainment is over. The location is perfect!

Not enough sun loungers. People are reserving them by putting their towels, and they just leave for hours... which is not really fair to others. Swimming pools are not heated.

Everything was great. It’s full of families and people partying so expect that - obviously as it’s beachfront on Playa De Las Americas. Only downside, and it might seem petty, was there’s only 2 elevators for my section with 11 floors, so they were quite busy, and could take a while to get up/down sometimes, as I was on the top floor. Might be a petty comment but it was the first time I have ever even noticed an elevator being busy in a hotel

Breakfast was good: a lot of to choose from, vegetables, fruits. We lived in 8th floor, so view was nice from the balcony. It was clean- towels were changed almost every day, bed linen once in 5 nights. Nice, big bathroom.

It was not quiet at night, caraoke bar was just across the street open till 2 maybe, but i was able to sleep. Furtinute in the room looks very used, curtains even worse. The pool area is very small for such hotel, but very nice beaches around- the closest that i loved Playa del Camisol.

Entertainment was brillant

Towels left on sunbeds and nobody on them until 4pm . Should not allow this. Nightmare trying to get a sunbed.
