The staff, the rooms...the security gaurd was very helpful. Was an all around lovely hotel

There wasn't anything not to like about the hotel.. but I think people should be made aware there are alot of theives in tenerife in general especially at the verconia strip. If we had known that, we would of stayed away. Due to a family member being robbed, unfortunately we won't be going back. But I have to make it clear the hotel was fantastic

Poor entertainment inside and poolside Food and drink standard poolside bar was poor I felt As a single traveller for 9 days I spent 2,600 Canadian dollars so not cheap Letting people put towels on sunbeds from 7 am onwards was pretty bad especially for older people trying to get beds

The breakfast options were great. So much choice. The pool bar has a great selection for lunch. The pools were fab and pool areas were kept clean. The bathrooms in public areas were kept clean and the app was very handy to check out what activities were available every day if you wanted to join in. The staff were all welcoming, polite and friendly.

I honestly don't have anything that I didn't like. Will definitely go back.

The wide variety at breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. The location was also a bonus as it was walking distance to a lot of the local ammenities with us only using transport for the monkey park and siampark

The beds was definitley the down fall of the stay when booking 1 double bed or 2 single beds where the options. Upon selection we chose 1 double bed and mentioned this again through chat a few days before our stay. it was not until then we were informed the hotel does not offer double beds only 2 singles pushed together.

I booked this stay as a treat upon holidays. The location and facilities were good, however I thought I will be able to use other pools too. The water in the heated pools was at good/ pleasant temperature. Breakfast had a variety of items- amazing breakfast :). Our room was upgraded as well, which was a nice surprise. The location is great and the facilities are good. I will definitely recommend it my friends and come to stay again :).

When other people possibly from the room above flushed the toilet, I could here the noise, it was a bit better with the toilet doors closed but still. Due to this I could not sleep too well.

The hotel is owerall beautiful especially the swimmingpool area and the lobby. Excellent breakfast with everything you can imagine having for breakfast. The staff wery helpful and smiling.

The hotel room needed to be updated a litle bit. The beds did not reach my expectations. The pillows too thin and just a sheet as a duvet, not wery comfortable for my taste.

We stayed here for 3 nights but wish we had stayed longer. The staff were so friendly (special mention for Victor in the bar, such a nice person). The breakfast buffet was superb and the menu/food at the pool bar was fab. The bedrooms were a perfect size and cleaned daily. All public areas were spotlessly clean. I loved that towels were provided for the pool. We had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend Spring Hotel Volcano.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The main pool was big and warm. The upgrade to UP was worth it. Cocktails etc were included.

The hotel rooms themselves were a little tired looking. The hotel still had a corporate feel to it. Like they held business conferences there, which distracted from the holiday feel. This is where the upgrade to UP! Came in handy, those areas felt far more like a holiday.

The location was great. The staff were overall very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The facilities were good overall.

I didn’t like the fact that certain facilities were out of action due to the fact that you had to upgrade and spend a lot more money to get the benefit of them that part I didn’t like.
