The rooms are spacious, clean and towels changed daily. It is easy to get taxis and within walking distance of some nice bars. Check in really good - Lots of information about the all-inclusive and the hotel given, with a map. Expected standard of food for Canaries All-Inclusive; Food available most of the time and can pout your own drinks. Good selection at breakfast.

The hotel is full of such rude people! Fighting for sunbeds at 8am, pushing in line at the breakfast buffet, etc. It looks like nobody is happy to be on holiday. Not the hotels fault but disheartening. Believe the alcohol watered down, not sure cocktails had any alcohol in whatsoever.

We loved our stay. I was travelling with kids and grandparents. We all absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed 14 nights. The staff are just all so lovely. The food was good, entertainment every night and a kiddies disco. Location was about 8 mins walk from shops and the promenade. The area is very well kept and there is loads to do around. Layout of the rooms was also very good (lots of storage space) and beds were comfy.

Nothing, we had a great time and honestly didn't want to leave. Many thanks to all at the hotel who made our stay so wonderful.

We were with our family. We liked everything very much. The food is not very varied, but tasty. On Friday there were salmon steaks and shrimp. The location is convenient to the sea, about 10 minutes walk. Tip: if this is your first time in Gran Canaria, go to Amadores beach, you won't regret it)

the beds move very far apart

A really well-kept and nice hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and lots to do. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. We traveled with our 9-month-old baby, and they had everything we needed to make sure she had a great time. A big plus was that there was always butter and unsalted crackers at the buffet, which meant our daughter could snack while we ate.

We got a room facing the bar street outside the hotel, and unfortunately, it was pretty noisy at night. We didn’t mention it, but I’m sure they would’ve moved us if we had. Maybe improved soundproofing on the balcony doors could be done during a future renovation. The beds weren’t connected, which made it tricky when our daughter didn’t want to sleep in her own bed. It would be great if there were clips to join the beds together.

Great food, good location, bus to the beach is available. Great animation team. Cleaning very good.

Check in was 1.5 hours later then is written, kids pools were cold. Only 2 big pools were warm. Sport courts a little bit needs renovation, same with gym. No balls or swimming mattracess or kid boats are not allowed in the pool. Mainly old people in the hotel. To get table in the dinner or breakfast, is better to stay before opening. After 30min it is full and people's with plates are searching where to sit.

Plenty entertainment and pools for kids. Food lovely and lots of choice. Rooms all renovated.

Frustration that no lifeguard at kid’s pool meaning they closed it 5/7 days. I’m sorry but parents should be with the children in the pool, it’s not down to a lifeguard. You can’t have a kids pool, splash park etc that they can see but can’t use. Nightmare. Lifts broke a few times - nightmare for prams.

A lot of different food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, . There were lots of options to eat. Not everything is tasty but you can definitely find what you like the most. Apart from that I would highlight thoughtful navigation across the hotel. There are 2 principal swimming pools. Next to them you have a snack bar to quickly eat something like pizza or a small burger. The family room is also quite big enough.

There are 2 single beds which are moving from one side to another. It's a small issue. We always forget to ask reception to fix it.

Size of the rooms was brilliant

My room was right on the edge of one of the wings, so was a little trek to get too. The beds were on wheels, single size and moved so easily, but just simply getting on them, very frustrating. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed

The food was nice, there's quite a lot of choice, an the desserts were tasty. The room was clean an spacious. Good view from the balcony!. Overall nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, would return.

The room wasn't ready to check into on arrival had to wait, was allowed to go for lunch whilst waiting ( lunch was good ).. There's a 50euro deposit which wasn't returned within the 3 days they said. But was eventually returned. Would be better if had lactose free options on the food, sauces etc.

My family and I had a wonderful, peaceful, pleasant and fun week at Abora Buenaventura by Lopesan Hotels. We liked everything! The hotel is super well located, the staff are helpful and polite, the room we stayed in was large and clean; the drinks, especially the beer, were always super cold, which is incredible! Every day there were different varieties of food and plenty of food, which made me return home with a few extra pounds :)🤭
