Quite ,clean,food very clean

Value for money, Good location, 20 min taxi from the Airport costs around £45. Good size basic room, good variety of food, excellent staff- Alexander from reception was very kind and helpful alongside bold fella from pool bar whos always smiling while pouring your drinks:)

Average age of guests ( in October 2023) was 60+ so it's not a party place for young. Food was prepared without spices however variety was pretty good. No pool towels available in the room( you have to pay for them)

Food and pools were great, pool bar and food stand were perfect

Having to pay for a safety deposit box and pool towels in cash only when on an all enclusive basis, the entertainment was, a bit of an embarassment

The rooms are not renovated. We had the last room available on booking with Mountain View (I will never take this room again), because in December (from 18 till 23 december) was cold, some days raining & the room was really cold too, very windy at the balcony. I switched on the conditioner at maximum & barely I feel a little bit warm but very noisy. The heater / conditioner is not working properly. Probably the other rooms with sea view was very sunny during the day and warmer.

Good location, very close to the ocean and a scenic walkway. While hotel parking was 10€ a day, there were free parking spaces available on the street behind the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds and general seating area. We enjoyed having our meals outside and were able to get a table every time. The food was great, plenty to choose from, I especially enjoyed mexican night tacos! While the all inclusive alcohol seemed watered down (as it usually is), we really enjoyed the sangria! 🍹 The property is quite full with greenery, the atmosphere was lovely and there were 2 big pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely balcony.

The room was quite outdated, the closet door didn’t function properly and I pinched my fingers several times trying to open it. The bathroom was quite small and the shower curtain was a bit torn. Sound isolation was poor, depending on which side of the hotel your room is located, it’s either traffic or other guests. Was startled awake at 2am by a loud thud somewhere outside our room. Overall this was a small grievance and the good things made up for this.

First of all, it is not one of the newest resorts on the Earth. BUT... Spotlessly clean. Food is way more than enough, which is delicious whatever we tried during our stay. Animation and programs are well organised and indeed entertaining. The staff is superb, from the dearest cleaning Ladies ever till the front desk manager. They are generally attentive, kind and extremely helpful. Location is amazing, sandy beach is just 200 m away You may park down the street if not willing to pay extra fee for hotel yards (small car recommended). The garden is well maintained, beautifully organised, pools are just right. ...and the view from the room was breathtaking. You can have everything to relax indeed.

The gift shop (external contractor) provides hectic and limited availability. Obviously...not run by Relaxia. )) ....oh... pillows, mattresses...super comfy, guess recently purchased.

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly Food selection is good & replenished frequently. Freshly made pizzas & meat, fish etc cooked Their daily soup & a bread roll (for lunch is amazing)! Swimming pools are good & nice to grab a sunbed & some rays! Outside bar is great also the lady that does the burgers, toasties & snacks Outside bar closes around 5pm & the indoor bar then opens until 11pm with evening entertainment Lovely views over the ocean from the balcony & bed! Beach promenade is about 100m from the hotel Beds are very comfortable, pillows too The cleaning lady was very thorough with her daily cleaning, towels changed etc Lots of hot water 24h a day It's a 3 star hotel & all inclusive (optional)- slightly overpriced but worth it Yumbo or Cita is a few stops on the bus or 5 mins in a taxi Any issues or need a taxi, the team on the front desk are happy to help, even with information about the local area or getting somewhere Really enjoyed my stay here & will be back again in a few months

Was on the 7th floor, could hear the air extractors / cooling system on the roof humming during the nights, light sleeper Rooms are basic, curtains could do with a clean & net drape was torn in several places No coffee / tea making facilities or a kettle in the bedroom, however there are several help yourself coffee machines around the hotel or bars No mini fridge... Only 1 small waste bin located in bathroom

From the begining the receptionist was kind, he was all about enjoy enjoy :), the room was clean and for the food there was not enought time in 15 days to try it all, a lot of varieties in the 3 meals and a nice burgers and hotdog from 12 till 17, i am not big alcohol drinker but the coctails have been to sweet for my taste, i think on every meal you have at least 6 or 7 different foods, but if you want to taste all at once you will get sick from food fast, you just cant mix pizza with chiken wings, fish and roasted pig leg in the same meal, if you do that, then you will find that there is not enought warieties wich is definitly not the case, the sweets have been delicius, espesualy the dounats and the chocolate muse.About location, its next to the beach, you are on the first beach in about 3 min. walking, 5 min till the first small shoping center, there is 2 stores on 1 min walk, and a bus stop on maybe 5 min walk... Great location. I was having a great stay with minor problems :) i hope i will see you again :) thanks for having us there :)

Just minor problem: AC was not cooling in the time when lunch or dinner is served, proububly all the coolant was going in the restorant, and the stuffs are entering in the rooms realy fast and thay catch me naked one time in the shower, and the elctricant come in 22:30 to check the terasse door for some problem(ofcourse i was naked), so its only that, i think you can make some easy red-green push-pull sign on the doors so we can use it when we are inside so nobody will disturb the guests(not a deal breaker, and not changing my mind that it was one of the best vacations that i have it life)

Welcoming hotel with excellent all inclusive. Food was delicious, plentiful and varied. Very comfortable beds and pillows, slept soundly. Entertainment every evening at 9pm . Quiet areas available if you prefer. Wish we could have stayed longer but the waistline is thankful !Towels for pool were free to hire for a deposit. Lovely location for walking along the promenade and across the dunes to Maspalomas Faro ( the lighthouse and museum)

Cocktails were premixed and tasted artificial but no worries the wine and cava were good . A drinks list for the all inclusive would have been helpful
