Great location pretty much on the beach at the very end of town where it was quiet. Andrea, the front desk clerk was amazingly nice and helpful with suggestions for parking, where to eat, and places to visit. Very clean hotel, nice room. Beautiful views of the beach and the coast. The bathroom a little small. Great breakfast. The only thing that wasn't that great was the very firm mattress.

Scenic location with good facilities around. Comfortable bed. Views directly across to the beach. Chilled vibes. Bottles of water in fridge in room - much appreciated after arriving from a day of travelling in a heatwave. Complimentary tea/coffee etc in foyer.

Booking.com advertised the room with breakfast which we thought we paid extra for, however the hotel does not offer breakfast. Hotel is at the far end of the smaller beach in San Sebastian, so a little bit of a walk from the main area for pintxos. It's a lovely walk, however if there are mobility issues it could be more challenging

This is a great location near Zurriola Beach and only a short walk to the historic old part of the city. I stayed in a single room without a view, but it did have a skylight. The small twin bed was comfortable and the separate bathroom was small, yet good. Room was clean. The staff were very nice and made sure I was well taken care of. They gave me great recommendations for getting to know San Sebastian. I like that there is a buffet breakfast option, which is 9 Euros a day, a reasonable cost. At night the area was very quiet, which I liked. It was a lot of fun to watch the surfers everyday!

This hotel is my all time favourite in San Sebastian, been there many times. A tiny place with a friendly vibe in an incredibly beautiful seafront spot. The location is so special that it casts a spell on you and makes you come back again and again. The rooms are ok, and during the most part of the year, the price to quality ratio is just perfect for Donostia. No issues with temperature or noise. Never tried the breakfast, the local neighborhood of Gros is 5min walk away, with all amenities.

The humid environment of Guipúzcoa takes its toll, I did find some mold traces on the bathroom wall. I'm sure however that it has been removed already, given that the place is managed properly.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June and upon check-in we were provided with some very helpful information and recommendations for restaurants and where to visit in Donostia. Parking outside and around is now limited to only 3 hours maximum stay from 9am to 6pm so we parked in the Kurdall car park for €20 per night which is payable in the hotel. It's a 2 Star hotel and we had no complaints with the cleanliness, location and the basic continental breakfast choice. Tomás

I booked here to be close to the Kursaal auditorium. The view and sound of the Cantabria sea was wonderful. What they charge for breakfast is ridiculous (although I don't know what they served). There is a small bar/Café right next door that serves toasts and really good tortillas. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful

With a room facing the ocean (which on the other side of the walking boulevard) we had the best ocean view and enjoyed listening to and watching its huge waves and the many daring surfers trying to anticipate and ride the waves. The hotel is small yet very professionally run. We were able to park behind the hotel and explore the town and it’s beaches by foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they really cared and provide us with lots of local information, a huge breakfast, and great restaurant tips.

Nothing! The room was a bit on the small side but even though we are tall people it worked out well.

Location and view was awesome. Lots of food options just downstairs and awesome sunset !

The shower lacks privacy. I was travelling with a friend and the glass pane between shower and room is not completely transparent but allows for the person in the room to see everything. It would be great if this could allow for more privacy.

Staff were amazing, friendly, and super helpful. Room was OK. It wasn't fully clean and i had to scrub the toilet myself. I did check in early so not sure if it normally is or was rushed and forgotten. Location was great. Right on the beach and across from a nice Plaza which was great for watching sunsets. A short trek to bus stops that service many buses. Safe in room was large and appreciated.

Pillows were too firm and raised for my taste, but not terrible. No luggage rack, only a closet, but doesn't really help for keeping it open.

Great staff all during our stay, especially Andrea at check-in. Nice details like complimentary coffee and tea in lobby. Great beach views; easy walking distance to old town and lots of shops and restaurants in local quarter.

Street parking is a challenge, everywhere in San Sebastián.
