What I liked the most was how lovely, kind and professional the staff were. I would like to thank Juan in particular as he was so helpful, friendly and provided me with great advice about Santiago and Galicia, but everyone in reception was always really nice and willing to help.

There were no blinds, so there was light at night time, and I could hear the lift noise a big too much from my room. The location wasn't as close to the city centre as I thought, but it was very useful to be in the shopping centre with the supermarket and so many shops around.

I was contacted several days before the booking was due to start and told the hotel could no longer accommodate me, but that I could be moved to another hotel in the city. I agreed to the move and the booking was changed to the Eurostars Gran Hotel (which is part of the same group) at no extra cost. I was given an upgrade and free parking by way of compensation. I was extremely happy with the communication from the hotel, the move to another hotel and the stay itself.

Close to amenities (in a mall). Close to the city of culture where we had an event. 30 mins walking from the historical centre.

Noisy at night from other rooms / apartments. The breakfast has limited options. The bathtub is sleepery, you need to be very careful or you can easily slip and fall.

Location was really convenient - inside the shopping mall and metres from the Alcampo supermarket-department store. Great laundromat also about 300m away - in the mall. Bathroom was really clean and shower was strong and hot! Cleaning lady is really attentive to detail! Front reception staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you to Miriana and Juan especially for looking after me so well, and answering every question!!

The room itself and surrounds are VERY dated. The small size wasn't so much the problem (as I expected) - but the noise every time anyone shuts a door!! And when I shut the door, everything rattled LOUDLY above the doorframe into the ceiling. Aircon was a little rattly too and didn't seem to be operating consistently. Whenever anyone moved anything even slightly, you can hear it - which leads me to wonder why do they have such heavy wooden furniture? The view outside the window was into the mall, which was a different experience that kinda grew on me. The worst thing though was the lift. Too tiny and very old - and at peak times, guests are forced to wait for the lift to empty completely, or take the stairs with their luggage.

Hotel had parking and the receptionist Juan was very helpful I. Explaining how to get into the secure area . Also we had difficulty getting out of the the garage and once again he was so helpful in sorting out the problem and getting another member of staff to help us , he spoke very good English which was a bonus . He was gem !

It was a very comfortable stay .

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the surroundings are green perfect for a silent night. It's a Hotel designed for people who want a slow pace and relaxing environment with spa options. It had a good breakfast included which is pleasant to start the day.

The location is a little remote making it a little hard to get to at night and the check in make take a little bit of time as the hotel staff is limited at night.

Good location, only a short walk to the old town. Being in a shopping centre is very convenient with cafes/restaurants/supermarket. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern with a bathtub. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. The buffet breakfast was really nice and good value.

The fridge and air conditioning weren't turned on because of the season, but would be good to have a working fridge.

Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Laundromat within the complex.

The distance to walk back into Santiago de Compostela. I did catch the bus one day but was uncertain where to get off as I did not have a map of the bus route.

A well stocked supermarket and self service laundry within the mall. Able to accommodate bike storage. Try the local restaurant "Restaurante O Afiador", much cheaper than the ones at the Cathedral.

Didnt request for a street view and the air con doesn't work.

Great hotel, location is a bit far away from city center, but it's a plus if you seek quiet place. Hotel located in the shopping mall, so you have a lot of shops and supermarket in 1 min from you. Very helpful staff, helped a lot with navigation and transportation in the city.
