Great location . Very friendly staff and really nice rooms. Overall a really good hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like were the “guests” who stayed in 2320 and 2302 on our last night beside our room . They belonged in a zoo given the level of noise they made and their respective ages Absolutely unacceptable behaviour in a 5 star hotel . If it was a student hostel I’d have said fair enough .

Seville is a city we were very much looking forward to and it did not disappoint - the 5 nights at the Eurostars Torre Sevilla played a significant role in how much we enjoyed our stay in the wonderful and beautiful city that is Seville. The room was excellent - spacious, clean and with the most amazing panoramic views. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and highly professional. Particular thanks go to all of the the breakfast staff in the restaurant (especially Laura) who provided such a lovely experience to the start of each day in Seville. Gracias

On the ground floor there is a sign saying 'lobby' bar - very deceiving as the only bar was the terrace bar on the 37th floor which granted, has amazing views. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to actually remodel the ground floor and introduce a lobby bar, however, that does not detract from what was a fabulous stay in a truly 5 star hotel experience.

Loved the views from the hotel room and also a great roof terrace to watch the sunset. Good breakfast choice. Location was good not too far from the center just a short walk away. Room was very modern and woke up with amazing views across the city!

We were not made aware when we arrived that the spa pool was not open for all of September due to maintennce. We were also not made aware when booking. When we asked why we hadn't been informed they were very blaze and said there isn't a pool just a spa area and the treatments which you pay for are still available. The reason we chose this hotel was that that due to the warm weather there was an indoor small pool in the spa too relax after long days of walking. We also didn't like that water wasn't provided free of charge daily. You only receive 1 complimentary bottle when you arrive.

We stayed at this stylish, contemporary hotel with a welcoming and friendly team. Our room was generous in size and came with everything we could need. The queen sized bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room cool in the 42° heat. The buffet breakfast was impressive, it offered a wide variety of options and was delicious, with something to please every palate. The dining staff were exceptionally attentive—especially Laura, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

- The hotel is located next to the train station and the area is not so nice compared to the Seville center - The breakfast was too crowded and despite the efforts of the personnel (too few maybe?) the service/cleaning was problematic

I've stayed here before and I really love it. The room and the view are spectacular and you have easy access to the viewing level and lounge. It's such a great experience to see Seville from way up in the sky. Plus everything is new and modern and very clean, and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The location is great - I find everything in Seville is walking distance. And having the mall so close is also very helpful - there are several great restaurants and shops nearby.

There were a few minor issues at the start, but the staff worked quickly to ensure everything was resolved soon. They are a wonderful team and very efficient.

This is a big tower in Seville with lovely views of the city. A modern hotel with great facilities and really good service. The lifts and parking might confuse you but the excellent staff will be able to help.

I had booked my car in as part of the room booking and would have appreciated better communication on which section to park in so that I could have had a quicker and easier entrance to the lobby. We parked somewhere in the huge car park and then walked through the local mall to get to the hotel. Staff were apologetic and helpful with directions. The lifts work by punching in room number and then presenting card, which is great for security as long as it works. We had to go back and forth to reception several times before card was properly activated.

This is the third time we stayed in this hotel and it won’t be the last for sure! It is simply fantastic. It is modern, spacious, clean and it has everything you could possibly need, spa, gym, a sky line terrace with a bar, etc and it is super close to the city centre! We always include the breakfast in our stay and it is absolutely delicious. There are plenty of choices to suit every taste. One thing I would like to mention is the staff friendliness, from the front desk to the bar and the housekeeping staff, everyone with a smile on their faces, greeting people, willing to help them. You can tell they are happy to be there which makes the stay even better. Lastly for a five star hotel it is quite reasonable price. I absolutely love it!

The female staff at the front desk that served us was exceptionally personable and welcoming. Upon learning we were there for our anniversary, she gifted us with a pair of mojitos on the top floor for that night as well as offered us free parking. This made a phenomenal first impression. The room was clean with delicious "welcome merengues!" The bed was very comfortable and the view impressive. We opted to include breakfast with our night and we do not regret it! The variety was impressive and quality impeccable.

We regret to say that, though we specifically chose a room with a jet-tub, it did not work. This was very disappointing and upon informing the front staff, the reply we received was, "Oh, sorry." Considering the caliber of this hotel, we expected a different response.

This hotel rates itself as a 5 star. There is no way it is a 5 star. There was no porter at the door. When we requested a taxi, the front desk told us to go to the taxi stop and get one. At a 5 star hotel your luggage is taken to your room and the gadget in the room are explained by the person escorting you to the room. We had to take our own luggage to the room, They only have bath towel and hand towel. We could not get a wash cloth to bathe with. They give you shower gel so how can one bathe without a wash cloth?
